Wonderfully hoppy traditional India Pale Ale. Full flavoured with an intense floral aroma, finished with well balanced bitterness.

1.5 Bottled beer served in Shoeburyness, end of the line. Not a good beer, far from being a good beer. It reminded me of a strong lager with that nasty syrupy taste. Yuck, yuck and double yuck. Vicious, you hit me with a flower.
2.9 Amber coloured that n head taste hint of caramel leafy green hop in the finish
2.8 Butelka. Złoty kolor. Piana średnia, biała o drobnych pęcherzach. Słabe cytrusy, karmel, słód,lekkie owoce, nuty kwiatowe, trochę trawy. Oleista tekstura....nijakie takie
3.6 5.2% gold in colour with a thin head, some hops in the aroma, the taste is malt and hops.
2.0 Recently bought a couple of bottles of this from LIDL, the first time I've bought this particular brew in a while, since I last sampled it the label design has gone through a couple of changes (now predominantly white background). Honestly I think they need to hire a better designer as somehow every revision of the label results in an overall less premium-looking bottle. Unfortunately the newly down-market look of the label seems to have carried through to the contents. Last time I tried this ale I remember it being a nice, hoppy, fruity aromatic IPA with some tropical notes; the label mentions Cascade, Chinook and Admiral on the hop bill, you can taste there is Cascade in there but very muted, and not much in the way of late-addition or dry hop aroma. Generally the beer just isn't up to the standard I remember; somewhat thin tasting and lacking in fragrance, the beer also lacks aesthetic appeal in the glass. It has quite a fizzy, gassily carbonated mouthfeel, yet the head completely vanishes, a matter of seconds after pouring and leaves no lacing on the glass. Overall, a disappointing purchase mitigated only by its low price. Both LIDL's own Hatherwood Green Gecko IPA and Aldi's 'Wild Bill American style IPA' offer similar ABV with far more flavour at the same price point.
3.1 Bottle from Aldi Supermarket, Keighley. Golden with a small head. Full-bodied brew but still very drinkable with a lightly malty-sweet flavour alongside a decent hoppiness.
2.9 500 ml bottle. Clear amber coloured, creamy head. Some pine, some tropical fruits like mango, orange zest, some metallic notes, some caramel. Metallic bitterness, light malty sweetness. Light bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry bitter finish. Okay!
1.9 Light golden. Tangy
3.9 Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into English pint tulip glass. Appearance: Nice colourful copper colour, rich creamy head which soon fades but nice lacing remains. Aroma: Hops, malt, hint of citrus and herbs, metal. Palate: Medium to full body; gentle carbonation. Taste: Hops, grains, bread, hint of caramel and sweetness, but bitterness is soon takes over. Overall impression: Light and drinkable despite bitterness, tasty and interesting.
2.0 Mislim da je kupljena u Lidlu. Ima lijepu bakrenu boju. Bez pjene totalno. Okus gorak. Bez dvojbe bitter po vrsti. Poprilično neukusno.
3.3 Aroma: Caramel and cereals. Appearance: Ambar color with clear liquid and frothy white head. Taste: Medium bitterness. Palate: Medium body with creamy texture and soft carbonation. Long bitter finish. Overall: Strong features but easy to drink. It pairs with strong cheese.
3.8 0.5l bottle. Light copper color with white head. Aroma is caramel, toasted malty, some citruses and UK hops. Taste is malty with some toasted malt and UK hops. Overall it's very nice beer.
3.1 Amber color, medium white head. Aroma floral hops, herbs. Taste pine, caramel, herbs, watery body, bitter-sweet finish.
3.4 Bottle. Clear amber body with white head Aroma is malts caramel herbs. Taste is the same but with some Gras in the background. Aftertaste is is nice bitter balanced by some malty sweetness.
2.7 Clear red brown beer with short and small cream-colored head, smell is light floral, taste is malty, average carbonation, medium body, oily texture, bitter, long finish, dry, (I have 0.5l bottle with best-before Jun 19 and batch L8109 04:58)
3.4 Aroma: malty and a bit fruity, Taste: malty and a bit citrus. Plate: medium carbon, medium body, nicely bitter finish.
2.6 Kellemes kis IPA. Testes enyhen kesernyes. Ar ertek aranyban is kiraly. Kar, hogy csak Szlovak Lidlben talaltam.
3.0 500mml. bottle tasted on the 05/06/2018 at home. Clear dark golden colour with a low off-white head. Aroma is hay, sweet malts, citrus and floral hops. Taste is floral with a strong presence of malts and hay leading to a medium bitter and sweet finish. Next one please!
2.9 500ml Flasch.heller Bernstein, fester Schaum. Malz und leicht faulige Blumen. Antrunk sehr blumig. Tulpen, Kräuter, Hopfen und Malz. Bitterer Abgang.
3.0 Kupljeno u Lidl... Prvo englesko pivo iz Lidla koje mi je bilo dobro.. bez mirisa..okus skroz ok..cak me iznenadilo ...fali hmelja naravno..gorkasto..pitko..
3.1 Bottled 500ml. -from local Lidl Zagreb. Clear golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, mild malty herbal nose. Light toasted malt, caramel, mild fruity and slightly herbal hoppy with rather dry bitter finish. Drinkable.
Aroma a malta y pino.
3.2 Ihan mukava keksinen perusbitteriä hieman tukevampi runko. Tuoksussa hennosti pihkaista humalaa.
2.9 500ml Flasche. Bernsteinfarben mit leichter Trübung und mittelgroßer Schaumkrone. Citrathopfen. Feinherb. Etwas trocken.
Poco persistente. Poca retención. Aromas a maltas, cereal, caramelo. Sabor seco, agradable. Notas terrosas (lupulos británicos), cereal, maltas. Agradable y bastante bebible.
3.7 Very nice english ale. Smooth, highly drinkable. Appearance darkish ruby colour. Aroma floral hops, bit spicy. Taste is hop forward as well. Lovely beer.
