4.0 Superb example of an unpasteurized, unfiltered unadulterated pale ale. Very drinkable. It’s what I drink watching the rugby down at my local.
3.3 Ruikt prima, en ziet er ook prima uit. Kruidig, te veel carbo. Zoethout? Gekke smaak..
3.2 Bottle at home. Pours pale with medium white head. Aroma: Citrus, pear, cassis, light malt. Taste: Light sweetness with a little bitter in the end. Notes of citrus. Texture is a little sticky, carbonation is lively.
4.0 Aromat: cytrusowy, owoce tropikalne, s?odkie aromat. Wyglad: ?ó?te opalizuj?ce piana drobnopecharzykowa pozostaje do ko?ca. Smak: goryczka ?rednia, lekko slodkawe Odczucie w ustach: Pelne nisko wyscone. Ogólnie: bardzo Dobre APA.
3.7 Mooie oranje kleur met een goede kraag. Ruikt fruitig citrus, orange , hop. Smaakt fruitig, citrus, bitter. Tikkeltje dun.
3.5 Mooi oranje met een goede witte schuim kraag. Ruikt fruitig, thee, hops. Smaakt thee, fruitig. Mwa.
3.5 Yellow hazy with a nice head, aroma of fruits, lemon, grass, mango, flavor of grass, mango, lemon, lemon grass, medium bodied.
3.0 Couleur orangée trouble, légère mousse. Nez fruité exotique et agrumes. Gout houblonné agrumes, notes florales et malt-caramel avec bonne amertume. Corps moyen. Fin amere, fruitée et note reglisse.
2.8 Bottle 33cl shared by Calisky. A clear copper beer with medium head but poor retention. Nose is on exotic fruits and lemon. Aroma is dry on lemon and berries, low body, medium bitterness, no malt, touch of licorice, ok again a boring exotic fruit beer.
3.9 hazy orange colour, medium size dense off-white head; aroma of grapefruit, some resiny and minimal floral notes and bread; taste of grapefruity-citrusy bitterness and malty sweetness; not bad at all!
3.4 Cloudy golden with a large white head. Aroma had fruit and pine. Flavor was bone dry with tropical fruit and pine needles. Finished bitter.
3.7 Aromat bardzo dobry. Wyraźne nuty amerykańskich chmieli i leciutki diacetyl. Barwa złota, lekko mętne. Ładny lacing. W smaku to samo co w aromacie. Owoce tropikalne, mały diacetyl i średnia goryczka. Bardzo pijalnie, orzeźwiające.
2.2 As much as I enjoy the other beers by Brau Kunst Keller I think this one is a rather numb and dull tasting Pale Ale.
3.8 Lecker, riecht intensiv nach Grapefruit. Schöner Schaum. Frischer Geschmack, leicht herber Nachgeschmack. Solides Pale Ale.
3.6 Bottle. Thanks to beerhunter 111. Amber body with large lasting white head. Aroma is citrus with pine. Taste is malty with some fruits. Aftertaste is nice balanced between hop bitterness and malty sweetness. Very nice one.
3.5 Hazy amber, stable white froth. Fruity, hoppy aroma, peachy notes. Flavour has peach and passionfruit with piney bitterness.
3.8 Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ Tilburgs Bierfestival 2015. Hazy deep orange, creamy white. Nose is mellow mandarin hop, stone fruit, fruity bitter, tad too malt forward,… Taste is somewhat sweetish sugar, light honey, candy, mellow mandarin, orange peel, caramel,… A bit too malt forward in body & taste but good still. Quite decent. (Thanks for sharing!)
3.7 Maker: BrauKunstKeller, Michelstadt, Germany *** Beer: Pale Ale *** Style: American Pale Ale (APA) *** ALC. VOL.: 5.1% *** "Made using Cascade, Citra & Amarillo hops." *** Colour: Bright, hazy orange; big creamy head. *** Nose: Grapefruit, pinewood, herbs. Some yeast. *** Texture: Medium body, a bit watery still. Firm. Moderate carbonation. *** Taste: Bitter grapefruit, herbs, notable pinewood. Then orange, thus a bit sweeter than before, floral hops, a bit of resin there. The latter is much(!) more notceable in the bitter, hoppy finale. Citrus wiff still present, but overpowered by bitter resinous notes, which also account for the long-lasting, bitter aftertaste. *** Impressions: A model "medium-ABV" pale ale, with agreeable resinous notes, fruitiness and herbal essences. What it lacks is entirely due to the moderate ABV, namely the depth of malts that comes with the alcohol. Otherwise, really good and eminently drinkable.
3.2 Pours clear golden amber, thick, long-lasting white head. Aromas of grapefruit, citrus, light pine. Taste is light bitter, some malt back bone. Slightly thin, but nice.
2.8 Draught. Pale yellow with white head. Aroma is some maltiness, tropical fruits and quite dominant green apple. In taste malty sweet, grapefruit like bitterness and low acetaldehyde. Medium to low body, medium bitterness. Could be nice pale ale without acetaldehyde.

3.4 Keg at Hopfenriech, 22nd April 15. Aroma is lovely, aromatic and floral, this does not follow through in the taste however, a little watery
3.3 330 ml bottle sampled April 2014. Unclear orange body with a small off-white head. Decent aroma with citric fruit, peaches, pale malt and hint of caramel. Flavor is soft malty, fruit, oranges, orange zest and moderate bitterness. A bit sweet but still refreshing. Medium body and average aftertaste. Totally OK, nothing extraordinary.
3.5 bottle quasi ambrata velata buona schiuma un po grossolana persistente agrume citrico un nota floreale buona secchezza discreto amaro un nota fruttata citrica
2.5 Bottle. Excessively dry beer, with bitterness throughout. Grapefruit, tropical fruit, resin - pleasant hoppiness, though the flavour subsides quickly and the harsh bitterness lingers on. A beer for extreme hopheads, too unbalanced for my liking.
3.0 Bottle from Bierothek best by April 17, 2015, 11:37am. Hazed amber with a lasting off-white head. Resinous aroma hops are raw, orange-like and minty; malt is cookie batter and cereals and dry pet food. Moderately sweet with strong bitterness, it’s resinous and grassy and orange-y, the finish is powdery like raw hop pellets and the malt falls apart quickly. Pretty rough around the edges, unbalanced with the excessive bitterness.
3.1 In bottle. Good German pale ale. Slightly bitter until the very end. Excellent with pizza or hummus.
3.9 slight yellowish dense head leaves structured lacing. orange blonde colour. aroma is passion fruit, peach, hops, bit of honey, slight yeasty. taste like aroma, hopresin quite fair bitterness. rather slick oily mouthfeel, medium body. impressive, given so close to the bbf date.bottle 33cl / bbf apr-2015
