3.4sweet fruit hoppy aroma, golden, clear, off white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, light body, dry soft very hoppy finish.
3.5Bottle from a trade with Cunningham. Pours almost clear golden with a big frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, light grassy. Taste is grainy, grassy and herbal bitter, lingering minty and liquorice. Nice.
3.2Golden yellow liquid, yellow head. Strong hoppy fragrances running up and down the room. Classic IPA aroma but not very complex. The bitterness rolls over the tongue, dry felling when it gets to the back of the tongue and the fruit, of course: grapefruit.
4.1Flaska 33 cl. Mycket bra.
3.3330 ml bottle. A clear orange golden body with a decent off-white head. Rather strong aroma of grapefruit, pine, orange marmalade, berries and caramel. Flavor is sweet caramel malt, fruit, oranges, zest and bitter. Medium body and a fairly bitter aftertaste with more berries and oranges.
3.5Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter slightly flowery and spicey flavor. Average moderate bitter finish- Oily palate.
3.1Bottle. Hazy amber with minimal off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, red berries, candy, earth, bit floral hops and grain. Taste is dry and medium to high bitter with notes of red berries, light dill and biscuit. Not very nice. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Not very good.
3.1Woody aroma. A little thin in the taste. Nothing stands out, but still a good IPA none the less.
3.3Bottle from Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Clear amber pour with a middling off white head. Grassy nose with citrus and sweet malt notes. Similar dryish flavour of hay and grassy hop.Bitter fnish. Perfectly acceptable offering which wouldn’t be turned away at the doorstep. I thought Punks weren’t dead ?
3.5Bottle.pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of peach, orange, hay, malt, biscuits and herbal hops. Flavor is sweet and bitter with some peach, zest, spruce and floral hops. Medium body, average carbonation.
3.5Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, firm off-white head. Mostly oranges and the white part of orange peel on the nose. Some green pine cones and a light biscuity maltyness. It’s rather bitter on the palate, dry and very soft. Somehow hard on the carbonation. Orange peel and orange marmelade. Bitter, citrusy finish. A nice beer, although a bit zesty. 121017

3.4Bottle share with JF on Southampton beer up - 09/09/12.
Clear pale golden with a thick off-white bubbly head.
Caramel, weetabix, biscuit, twix, sweet tones and tobacco on the nose.
Tastes of earthy hops, slight sourness, biscuit and toffee, and a little chocolate.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
3.4Golden body, white head. Aroma of harsh hops, bit piney. Caramel and green hops. Ipa but not your American one. Quite nice.
3.3Bottle: Deep golden, nearly clear, medium-sized lacy loose white head, moderate medical-hoppy and fruity nose; moderate dry bitter flavour, soft and medium bodied; a faint tinge of cough-syrup in the relatively short bitter-fruity finish. Quite an inoffensive I.P.A. ....

3.1Bottle @ Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Earthy and dusty nose. Grainy, grassy, bitter and dry flavor with quite some vegetables which the heavy hoppin’ can’t overcome. Medium bodied.
3.6Pours dark amber with a small head.
Nose shows honey and herbal notes, also spicy and grassy hops along with biscuit notes.
Weird flavours, very herbal, earthy and spicy. Some caramel underneath, followed by an assertive but well-balanced bitterness.
Could use more carbonation.
3.8Bottle. Hazy orange pour, foamy off-white head. Aroma is a bit sweaty floral hops, somewhat fruity and quite harsh. Flavor is nice bitter hopped, a bit lingering and well balanced. Always a nice hop, but better to combine with something fresh to compensate the sweatiness.
3.3Hazy golden with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of grassy hops, with a herbal note and some raw wood.. Dry and grassy hoppy flavour, with a good bitter finish
3.5Bottle from Craig at parent’s house. Hazy golden colour. Fair sized head that goes quite quickly. Medium bitter.
3.84x0,33l bottle, IPA Is Dead four-pack from Csakajósör, Budapest. Clear, orange color with medium, white head. Typical english odor, much like Fuller’s ESB, spicy, caramel. The aroma is much more intensive, as hoppy as a Brewdog IPA, resiny, spicy, earthy. It’s surprising me, that an English hop can be this resiny. Heavy spicy bitter taste. Medium body, average carbonation, creamy texture. Interesting herbal, hoppy finish. It’s a real tasty one, it surprised me, that the Challenger can be this complex.
