3.1sweet hoppy aroma, amber, clear, white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, light body, creamy, soft carbonation, nice dild finish.
3.1Bottle from a trade with Cunningham. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is marmelade sweet fruity hops, not inviting, more shy and weak. Taste is spritzy, orange peel, light sweet malty. Tasteful, but motueka will not leave a permanent trace in my mind, nice to drink though.
3.4Dark golden-yellow colour, big yellow head. Aroma is not as strong as you expect from an IPA. Hops, pines, some herbs. Taste grows from medium sweet to bitter and leaves the well-known dry feeling at the back of your tongue.
3.4330 ml bottle. A clear orange golden body with a decent off-white head. Very nice aroma mainly of citric fruity with some caramel malt. Not particular strong in the nose, but pleasant. Flavor is sweet and fruity with moderate bitterness. Medium body and an aftertaste where the bitterness becomes a bit more pronounced. Maybe not the best IPA in this series, but a very pleasant and balanced session beer anyway.
3.6Orange öl med vitt skum. Melon, röda bär och blommighet i aromen. En fräsch sötma, med grapebeska, i smaken. Ananas och citrus hittas där. En trevlig ipa.
3.4Bottle, Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Golden pour with a middling off white head. Fragrant grassy hop and tropical fruits were present in the nose. Sweet malts mingled with further fruits and grassy/straw hop notes. Decent but probably not podium material.
3.8Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Heavy hoppy and moderate malty aroma. Moderate bitter strange but nice herbal flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Surprisingly nice balance. MOderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.
3.4Bottle. Hazy amber liquid with small to medium off-white head. Aroma of red berries, tangerine, light hay/vegetal, biscuit, tropical fruit and light mint. Taste is dry to very light sweet and medium bitter with tangerine and light biscuit. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Quite all right.
3.3Bottle. Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, some citrus and malt. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some floral, citrus and spruce notes. Medium body, average carbonation.
3.3Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It pours a thin, off-white head over a clear, golden body. The aroma is a bit weak I think, with citrus fruit dominating. Some caramel maltyness and biscuits. More rounded in the flavor too, soft carbonation, full body. Citrus peel, pineapple notes and pale malts in the flavor, some caramel. Lasting bitternes in the swallow. A pleasant and well tasting beer, but a bit boring. 121017
3.7Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape and some floral. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a citrus fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
3.1Bottle. Amber, clear. Nose has the usual clean caramel, malts. Hop-wise a bit more on the grassy side. I actually found it a bit buttery, which, combined with the hoppy notes, made me think of coconuts and overripe mango. As always, a nice brew but the worst of these ipa is deads.

5.0Birra fantastica, luppolo interessante! Odore e sapore molto particolari, decisamente di mio gradimento!
3.533 cl bottle @ home. Pours slightly cloudy amber with a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is hops (with hints of grapefruit and citrus) and caramel malt. Flavour is caramel malt, grapefruit, and citrus.
3.5Bottle. Pours cloudy orange in colour with a foamy white head. Bitter hops and grapefruit in aroma. Malty and bitter grassy hops mostly in taste.
3.8330ml bottle. Clear amber color. Small white head, stays. Good lacing. Fresh, floral, hops, oranges in aroma. Grapes, mandarin, grassy, mango in flavor. Very well balanced. I could drink that every day.
3.7Bottle share with JF on Southampton beer up - 09/09/12.
Clear golden with a decent frothy white head. Lively carbonation present.
Sweet caramel, hops, pine, tropical fruit, citrus, burnt sugar and grapefruit on the nose.
Taste follows nose - toffee and caramel backbone.
Higher end of medium bodied, rich and oily on texture, low carbonation with a sweet caramel finish.
Köszönet a csakajosor.hu vezérének, Armandonak a teszt lehetőségért!
3.6Bottle from Mane Liquor. Orange pour with a small white head. Punchy, summery fruits on the nose. Fairly easy going hop. Summery, very fruit driven - citrus, lychee, mango. On the creamier side as far as the palate goes. Nice, sessionable stuff
3.6Bottle from Brewdog Slovensko. Small off-white head. Hazy orange to amber colour. Beautiful floral and grassy aroma. Taste is medium bitter, almost medium sweet. Some malt character present. Hops is rather subtle, but very pleasant, with extreme drinkability.
4.1Bottle. Hazy orange pour, thick foamy off-white head. Aroma is grassy, wet hop, buttery and plants. Flavor is slightly bitter, very fruity, strawberry, milkshake, creamy, well balanced and with a decent body.
4.04x0,33l bottle, IPA Is Dead four-pack from Csakajósör, Budapest. Clear, orange color with medium, white head. Resiny and fruity odor. Less pine, soft, sweet fruity aroma. Much lighter bitterness than HBC and Galaxy. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Fruity and a bit honey finish. This hop is very delicious too, but much less bitter. It has dried fruity, honey and sweer flavours mostly. It’s a light but rich aroma hop.
3.9Bottle from Systembolaget. This hop was not all that exciting to me, a fair and balanced bitterness but flavourwise it would have been more present. compared to other IPA is Dead-beers this one was a bit on the malty side. A slight sweetness and some tropical fruits in the aroma but not as much as for example Citra.
3.9Bottle.
Pours orange with nice, off white head. Head settles fast.
Aroma: Wow! Pungent with tropical fruits, grapefruit, caramel and citrus. Really nice!
The taste is also nice. Well balanced between the sweetness and bitterness, full and lasting. Really like it!
3.7Bottle from Voldby. Clear orange with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 040812
3.3Amber color with a tiny white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, grapefruit, lychee, caramel and some citrus. Flavor is a bit sweet and fruity hoppy with grapefruit, lychee and caramel malt. Medium body and sligtly bitter aftertaste.
3.9Lovely fruity nose melded with caramel. Well balances, but drinks much bigger than 6.7%. Fruity and some pine and citrus, lychee pineapple and rough around the edges quality. Top notch.
3.7from Erzbierschof - clear amber-orange beer with a nice head retention; correct lacework; the hop is mainly fruity showing hints of apricots and mango; velvety palate and medium to full malt backbone; a charming and decent bitterness, slightly almondy and fairly fruity hoppy finish; quite dry
3.9Bottle from Craig drunk at Naomi’s house. Bright golden colour. Minimal head and gas.
3.6The beer is light copper colored in the glass with a flat, off-white. It smells very hoppy-citrussy, grapefruit, orange, and herbs. Starts with lots of citrus hops and exotic fruits (papaya, mango), in the background dominated by grapes. The middle part is hoppy and fruity, citrus, with lots of exotic fruits, coupled with a subtle hop bitterness and a slight caramel flavor. Goes into a very fruity, hoppy and bitter finish, again with lots of exotic fruits!
