English: I Hardcore You is a 9.5% Imperial India Pale Ale, an international collaborative effort between 2 of Europe’s most rock ’n roll brewers. This beer is a blend of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and Mikkeller’s I Beat You. After the blending, the beer was then dry hopped a further twice. Making I Hardcore You a beer which has been dry hopped four times, or maybe even six times. We kinda lost count.

3.4Dark orange cloudy pour from 12oz bottle at home. Dank apricot aroma. Malty, tangerine and off tasting fruit flavor. Odd. Ok.
3.8Aroma:
Malts, caramel, sweet overripe fruit, hops.
Appearance:
Slightly turbid amber beer with a slight off-white head.
Taste/Palate:
Starts sweet with malts and overripe fruit; gets more bitter towards the end; ends slightly bitter and hoppy.
4.3Even een borrel na de bevalling! Diep warm honingzoet, kruidige hop, soort van koude sinasappelthee met balsamico en suiker. Hoptoeter. Op ’t leven. Backlog from 2015/02/06.
3.8(BrewDog / Mikkeller I Hardcore You) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a shaker, ABV 9.5%
Deep orange to red colour on the body, clear, with a snall and a bit thin off-white head sitting on top. Average retention.
Nice aroma, very fruity, with mango, tropical fruits, alcohol, caramel malts.
Taste begins sweet with caramel matls, tropical fruits, pineaplle, mango, then turns to a nice bitterness with hops and a bit of pine.
Well hidden alcohol on the taste.
Medium body, soft carbonation.
Good, I bet it’s even better when it’s fresh.
4.19/10/2010 11:17:33 AM Bottle from Bierkoning. Really nice amber body with tall dark head. Nose of hops and fruits. Taste of bitter and plenty of hops. Really smooth and prickly and nice.
3.9bottle at home. poured a deep dark golden to orange colour with a fluffy white head. bottle was fairly old. lot’s of sweet juicy fruits, tropical, pineapple juice. fleshy stone fruits, and pits, sweet sticky malts, and still a very strong oily pine bitterness. long lasting mouthfeel. nice
4.2Bottle - Hazy deep golden colour, small but persistent white head. Intense citrussy and resinous hop aromas with sweet malty nose, some honey and slight caramel. Taste is sweet first, then comes the serious hop bitterness. Tropical fruits, mango, grapefruit, spruce, and some alcohol warmth. Medium to full body, average carbonation, chewy mouthfeel and long bitter finish. Decent IIPA, very nice.
3.9Aromat: Słodkie owoce, cytrusy.
Smak. Słodkie z wysoką goryczka i duza dawką owoców tropikalnych.
Jest to dość słodka interpretacja IIPA nie zmienia to jednak faktu że bardzo dobra .
4.0Deep gold pour with a decent off white head. Malty, citrus, tropical aromas, and similar taste, sweetish, toffee, with nice big piney bitterness at the end.
3.1Deep honey gold; off white head with fine bubbled lacing. Grassy pine and pithy citrus hops in the nose. A bit boring
4.5Possibly the best, most balanced, super hoppy Imp IPA I have had. Sweetness from a fair bit of malt and a hop kick to match, all made in hop heaven
3.9Bardzo udana współpraca !
Piwo przyjemne, podkreślone i nie przesadzone.
Idealne w stylu i bez wad.

Goryczka jest !
Polecam bo bardzo dobrze reprezentuje styl :]
4.1Można? Można! Kolejny przykład na blend dwóch piw w którym wszystko gra. No i chyba najlepsza DIPA jaką kiedykolwiek piłem.
4.0Look - Dark apple juice body. Thin white head even with strong pour. No lacing.
Smell - Malt. Malt. Malt. Hops are stirred up when swirled.
Taste - Malt. Grass. Wheat. Hard candy. Not bitter until the after taste.
Feel - Medium to heavy body. Carbonation heavier than what look hints. Alcohol is warm but not sticky.
Overall - This is not what I was looking for in a Brew Dog / Mikkeller. Very candied malt. Almost a barley wine and not what I want in an imperial IPA. Fours across the board for the hope I had a bad/old bottle AND would rate well if labelled as a strong ale or barley wine.
4.8(bottle) aroma of honey, citrus, tropical fruit; bright honey amber colour with a small beige head; rich, balance flavour with a long, light bitter finish; oily palate; excellent
3.5Pours a slightly golden yellow. Aroma is grapefruit and some malty spirit. Taste is caramel, slight mandarin and some alco heat.
3.512 oz. bottled poured into a pint glass. Deep orange color, very hazy. Pours with a good head and good lacing. Just too dark and too sedimenty, though. Looks like a homebrew DIPA. Hoppy and a bit boozy. Estery. A little messy. Tastes of fruity hops and fruity esters. Sweet caramel malt. Medium heavy body with medium carbonation. Warming finish. Not bad, not fantastic. Some funny off-flavors going on, but not too offensive.
3.9330 mL bottle. Darker gold amber pour, tal semi dense head, sticks together fairly well. Aroma of Caramel, tropical fruit, pine and lots of it. Medium mouth feel, slightly sticky. Heavy malt taste, toffee that leads into, a nice bitter pine hop finish. Alcohol is present right in the middle.
(Rating #6353)
4.1Bottle - 330ml. Beautiful hazy amber body with a thin, white creamy head. Rich, well balanced, malty/hoppy aroma with fruity (mango, orange) and caramel hints. Alcohol is discreet. Its robust, complex hoppy taste carries malty, woody, herbal, and fruity notes. Ends with a long, warming bittersweet finish. Awesome!
3.8330 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy, golden orange with a long lasting, average, beige head that laces. Sweet, malty aroma with caramel, grapefruit, peach and pine. Sweet fruity flavour of grapefruit, peach, mango, caramel, pine and alcohol with a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. No shortage of hops here!!! An excellent IIPA.
3.8Bottle. Opaque burnt orange pour with a white head. Big malty notes. Huge malt presence with grapefruit hop backbeats. Good body and mouthfeel.
3.711.2 bottle thanks to the sticker scratching AndyReynolds - a bouquet of citrus hops and such like minty fresh. Syrupy and bitter. Balanced and heavy.
4.2Perfectly blended supple yet strong and powerful. Potent nose with great lacing and a big beaming head. Heaps of resiny pine whick is complex and delicous. Until recently the undisputed king of UK Imperial IPAs and still a worthy contender among its new rivals.
3.5Wonderful beer, really najz taste and work perfect with all food. If you wanna impress your friends buy this beer!
3.8On tap at El Pedal. Off-white head with good retention. Hazy amber colour. Aroma is floral, citrus, caramel and tropical fruits. Flavour is complex, citrus (orange peel, grapefruit,), bitter, caramel, fruits.
Full body medium oily palate.
Excellent imperial IPA.
4.2My ears are burning, and that’s just the first sip. Surprisingly, the malt still shines through this dense hop bomb. Orange body with a skin of off white head, pungent, almost sour aroma. Taste is very much pine resin, followed by burn. A hop lovers dream.
