BrewDog O-G Hazy Jane (7.2%)

BrewDog O-G Hazy Jane (7.2%)

East Coasts collide and crank it up for this new New England IPA retuned in Scotland. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a hazy appearance and super smooth delivery. Dry-hopped for a full-tilt fruit hit with pineapple, mango and a hint of zesty lime. Low on bitterness, high on haze, heavy on hops.

Hazy Jane - embrace the opaque.

3.5 Gylden med lavt skum. Aroma av tropisk frukt og sitron. Smaker samme. Grei.
3.9 bitter. orange. juicy. juicy. bitter. orange. no frizz. thick hazy (i guess that’s double). very easy drinkable. make sure you first drink a glass of water if your thirsty cause otherwise you’ll chuck this down in one quenching gulp. not that it is watery. not a all. it’s a core NEIPA no frizz. perfect as it is.
3.4 Citrus hints in the taste, thin to medium head. Fairy low bitterness for IPA except finish that was quite bitter.
3.7 Draught as DoubleHazy @BrewDog Göteborg. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of pineapple, mango and tangerine. Sweet and fruity flavour with a mild palate. Mellow bitter finish.
3.1 Smell of overripe fruit. Cloudy amber colour, white head. Aroma of overripe citrus, hops. Fizzy carbon. Medium bitter.
4.4 Dangerously drinkable hazy IPA with fruity tones and low bitterness.
3.6 Glas bij "Brew @ the Zoo". Goudgeel troebel bier met matig schuim dat als een film blijft liggen. Aroma is fruitig, smaak is iets bitter. Nasmaak is ook bitter. Drinkt lekker op deze gezellige avond.
2.8 12 oz can, born 3/18/22. Pours hazy gold orange with a medium rocky white head that retains fairly well and leaves little lacing. The aroma is sweet bready malt with some ripe fruit. The flavor is sweet bready malt with a little fruit and a mild earthy bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation. Overall, a subdued malty NE IPA.
3.8 12 oz can from Total Wine and More in Short Pump, VA The ale poured a slightly hazy amber-gold color with white foamy head and lacing. This is very smooth NE/IPA. The aroma of pineapple and tangerine. The taste is more pineapple with mango and lemon. The ale has a medium body and average carbonation. This is a good IPA and worth trying. A very balanced IPA with mild bitterness. Earlier Rating: 11/13/2019 Total Score: 3.6 Growler form Growlers to Go in Short Pump, VA This was purchased for a tailgate at a South Carolina football game. The ale pours a slightly cloudy light amber color. The ale has a small head and no lacing. The aroma of tropical fruit and tangerine. The flavors mirror the aroma with also pine resin added in. The ale has a medium body and soft carbonation.
3.9 originally had only 5 months ago and already forgot. a pretty nice fruity IPA. Didn't get the oats this time. Original 3.7 IPA is fine. perhaps too much oats for my taste but basically a decent IPA.
3.7 As "Double Hazy", 440ml can from Love Wine in Jersey. Pours a deep yellow with a white head. Aromas & tastes of pineapple, passion fruit, mango, resinous pine & hops. Medium body. Hints of lime in a mild finish. Very enjoyable
2.9 Pours hazy with a thick white head. Aroma of orange, pineapple. Taste has pineapple, citrus, lightly resinous, nice soft hops. Palate has more citrus, soft hops on the nose, malty. Low bitterness. Not bad.
3.4 Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and modereate hoppy aroma. Some perfumed notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
3.5 440ml can - Pours a hazy orange gold colour with a small white head. The aroma is hoppy and fruity, stone fruit, passionfruit, and sweet citrus. A sweet juicy fruit taste, peach, mango, melon and orange flavours with a hoppy bitter finish.
0.0 Loved this . Hid strength. Biscuit creamy grapefruit . Chewy. Easily sunk.
3.0 Can. Lots of off-flavors and aromas. Billed as a New England IPA, but the hop:malt ratio is ~ 60:40. Missing the vital citrusy hop aroma and flavor that is key to NE IPAs. Instead, it has strong vegetal overtones and very subdued hop aroma and flavor. Slightly sweet, slightly bitter, with moderately bitter finish.
3.6 Hazy amber, white head. Aroma of mandarin, malt and bisquit. Fruity, fresh and drinkable. With IB, ch, bg at brewdog
3.8 @Brewdog Nice Creamy, hoppy, sweet aroma. Sweet, creamy on the palate. Hoppy and fresh. Malts add sweetness. Low bitterness. Very drinkable.
3.0 440ml can sampled on the 1st January 2022. Pours an opaque amber with a thin white head. Hoppy aroma with grapefruit notes. Thin resiny mouthfeel and poor lacing.Short biscuit malt backbone fades fast. Strong hop resins give pink grapefruit note juicy in the mouth. Bitter finish adds astringency.
4.2 Hazy, darkish yellow with a small head. Fruity (citrus) aromas. Taste of fuits (melon, pineaplle, citrus) and hops. SIly and smooth finish - defintiely one of the better Brewdog beers
3.7 Aroma is mild hops fruits and citrus Hazy yellow colour with small head Taste is citrus pomelo, pine and hops Low carbonation with smooth mouthfeel Good! Tasted new years eve
3.8 Hazy indeed. Not quite juicy though. Good blonde with a tint of amber. Persistent 1cm head. Nice nose: grapefruit, mango, passion fruit. Same in the mouth, nice medium hit of hops up front. Bit more sweetness or body malts would have been good. Falls off a tad quickly but still very nice.
3.1 Can had at home pours a hazy colour with white creamy head smells of orange zest apricot Taste a nice sweet flavour with a nice aftertaste of apricot flavour with lasts a while quite sweet
4.3 Strong but very nice and fruity
3.9 hazy pale yellow colour, large, dense off-white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma and taste of apricot, tangerine, grapefruit, maybe slight grape and piney-resiny notes; not bad at all
4.1 Wow. Øl fra øverste hylde. Masser af fylde og velsmag. Lækker indbydende aroma.
