In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous notes, resinous floral hops, treacle, light butterscotch, lightly oxidized, still solid. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, treacle, light butterscotch, light mineral notes, nice and rich. 2 years old bottle from Rome 2016 BB 30-09-16
3.5 Bottle share at Chriso’s for Kenny’s 20K. As ’Brewfist Burocracy IPA’, 6%. Hazy dark orange, very big foamy tan head, light lacing. Aroma is toffee, musty fabric, flowers. Body is light, quite foamy, soft carbonation. The taste follows the aroma - toffee malts, drying flowery hop resin. Not bad.
3.2 Bottle at ChrisO, during Kenny’s 20K celebrations. It pours hazed golden - amber with a medium off-white head. 4.2 I’m a great fan of the IPA’s of Brewfist. They seem to be constantly refreshing with a nose for good hops. Just as this Burocracy. It has a firm texture and a great bitterness to it.

3.1 Hazy amber colour, almost no head (only some minimap off-white lacing); aroma of some resiny and tropicsl fruity notes as sell as caramel; taste is the same - not really good IPA
3.5 Bottle 0,33. Dark yellow color, huge head. Fruity aroma. Hoppy, long bitter aftertaste. Good IPA.

3.0 Bottle. Hazy amber colour, white head. Aroma hops - not very intense, but mostly fruity notes. Some caramel. Taste firstly hoppy, then comes the bitterness, which is not very clean and pleasant, i would say it is a bit adstringent. Bitter aftertaste. A bit alcohol in taste.
3.3 Aroma sweet malty. Christmas confection and bread. Deep amber color and hazy appearance. Medium carbonation. Atypical ipa to me. Lots of herbal notes and hars bittwrness. Not bad but needs som adjustment.
3.3 (Draught) Pours a clear orangish amber body with a moderate off-white head. Aroma of caramel, grass, apricot, and orange. Flavor of mango, citrus, caramel, and grass with a dry finish.
3.2 Bottle at Sorspecialista.hu Budapest. Orange colour with almost no head. Little aroma and not a perfect taste.
3.4 Bottle from A La Biere Comme à la Biere, Paris - FR. Color: clear amber beer with normal carbonation and small white foam. Smell : hoppy and grassy domination. Small caramel finish. Taste: good palate and grassy balance. Notes of hops but not so important. Easy drinkable. Aftertaste: Grassy, wet bitterness, caramel. Good beer but not so strong bitterness.
3.8 the aroma is malty and herbal with some shades of citrus... the taste is malty and spicy with notes of pine needles, grapefruit, perfume and spicy grasses... bitter and dry aftertaste...
3.1 Bottle. Darker orange body, tall head. Nondescript hoppy aroma with maybe some orange juice. Taste has woody bitterness, old pine needles and some more orange juice. Drinkable but not very exciting. Bitterness is a bit astringent.
3.0 At first nothing but f*cking foam. Hazy light brown beer with a beige foam. Quite mild aroma, more yeast than hops. Sharp and grassy hops. No fruitiness. Quite light body. One dimensional.
