3.2 bottle a light golden yellow colored beer with a white head aroma malts citrus fruits spicy grass and hops flavor malts citrus fruits spicy grass and hops
3.7 Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a medium head. Aroma is lemon, lemon cake. Body is light, pleasantly salty over more lemon flavour and a tart light sourness with a low but lively carbonation. Feels almost like a salty lemonade, in a balanced way. Palate lingers on fruit, yet still rather dry. Smooth experience, good.
3.2 Backlog. Aroma of citrus, lemon and lactic. Yeasty. Notes of salt. Starts light sweet turns sour and finish light bitter. Light and watery.
3.3 Degustata alla spina. Colore giallo chiaro abbastanza limpido. Non molta schiuma ma persistente. All’olfatto pochi sentori, leggermente erbacei e citrico. Gusto molto lemonsoda, leggermente frizzante in bocca ma subito evanescente. Poco acidula. Ottimo il finale, ben calibrato tra amaro e dolce.
2.9 Hazy, small head, weak aroma, fruits, honey, flavor of lemon, fruits, a bit of yogurt, medium bodied.
3.3 Bottle. Clear golden color, transparent, minimal head. Aroma: fruity, citric, a bit soapy, some caramel. Taste: light sour, a bit sweet end, salty.
4.3 On tap @ Elfo’s Pub, Perugia, Italy. Pours with a light yellow hazy colour, medium white head. Aroma is very rich in citrusy notes, lemon and orange (not from the hops obviously), quite well-balanced. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly bitter, and definitevely salty (it’s a Gose...); really really dangerous, you drink it without even realizing that it’s a beer. Light to medium body, creamy texture, average carb. A great Gose interpretation by Brewfist and De Molen.
3.9 A light hazy yellow colour. A snow-white head, but not a huge one. At the nose pleasant notes of bergamot and bitter oranges peels. Some scent of hints and a sense of minerality. In mouth is light bodied, slips well in your mouth and on your tongue leaving a fantastic bitterness mixed with a very enjoyable salinity. More young you drink it, better this beer is. I drunk it during a summer hot day and I enjoyed sooo much. Super refreshing. Absolutely raccomended, but young
3.2 Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - yellow golden pour with white head. Fruity aroma and taste with notes of lemon, straw, hay, wheaty notes, a pinch of salt into the finish.
2.9 Draft @ Taphouse CPH Pours light yellow with a haze from sediment, decent head with good retention. Aroma of lactic acid, bread. Tastes of lactic acid, wheat with a bit of fruitiness. Medium salinity and acidity. A bit watery. Bitter aftertaste. Refreshing, but unremarkable.
3.2 Clear golden liquid with frothy white head. Aroma of hay and honey. Taste is salty, medium sour, light bitter, lemon. Light body, light feel, average carbonisation, long finish
3.0 Mild säuerlich-salziger, ein wenig herber Antrunk. Steigende Intensität im Mittelteil, süffig, langer milder Nachhall. Gut. 9/9/10/10/9/9
3.2 Bottle Aroma-fruits Appearance-golden, hazy, white foam, Taste-medium sourness, light sweetness, salty Palate-light body, thin feel, lively, long finish, Overall-very refreshing
3.0 En meget sur øl! :( Den har en lav alkoholprocent, men ikke helt uden, så der burde være mere smag i.
3.2 Aroma: bread, lactic acid, salty ayran. Taste: sour and slightly salty. Good.
4.0 Yellow color with a bit of white head. Aroma is very perfumey and lemony, somehow resembles ice tea. Taste is tart, slightly bitter, floral, fresh and slightly salty. Body is light and effervescent. Really refreshing, light and highly aromatic. A very interesting example of a gose.
3.2 Tasting at my place. Napoleon snoepje opgelost in een glas zeewater. Backlog from 2015/05/26.
3.5 0,33l Flasche von mblessing. Dunkelgelbe Farbe, kaum Schaum. Interessanter Duft nach Cranberry und Blumen. Ganz leicht seifig. Geschmackbist säuerlich mit Fruchtnoten. Johannisbeere und Crannberry. Im Abgang kräftig salzig. Spannendes Bier.
3.5 Dunkles gelb, schwacher Schaum, Geruch fruchtig frisch citrus rote Johannisbeeren, Geschmack erst kräftig sauer fruchtig schöne salzige Note die sich lang im Mund hält
3.2 Very clear white winey yellow, visible lively carbonation and thing white ringed head. Nose is grassy, limey icing sugar and mustard seeds. Initial taste is cheap lime cordial, crisp and gummy and incredibly drying. Carbonation I very firm, mouthfeel is clingfilm drying and very very crisp. Finishes straight citrus peel, chewy bitterness with a long long looooong drying salty linger. A decent palate resetter that I shoulda pulled outta the fridge a lot earlier than now. Bottle, Cornelius, Edinburgh
2.1 A beer is beer is a beer is a beer. Brewed to bad perfection. ...........................
2.0 Schaum: kaum Farbe: dunkelgelb Nase: sauer Geschmack: sauer, sehr leicht, feinsprudlig Abgang: Zitrone Ne, das ist mal nix.
3.1 DAA; Bottle 330 ml., from local market. Pours moderate, hazy light reddish golden with a frothy fading white head. Nose is moderate, malt, blood orange (peel), floral, raspberries and light spice. Taste is medium sweet and bitter with a moderate lasting citrus and sweet berries finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft. Beautiful & Strange.
3.7 Backlog rating. 33cl bottle from Grand Cru, Rimini. Unclear pale golden color with small white head. Aroma is fruity and acidic, with notes of lemon peel, tangerine, grass and grains. Taste is more sweet fruity with still good amount of lactic acidity, and notes of tangerine peaches and lemon. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, very nice
