4.0 Hazy orange, medium white head with some sticky lacing. Aroma of fragrant malts and citrus. Tastes bitter, booze, citrus and mango, yeast. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, long, bitter and boozy finish. Good IIPA, but too much alcohol taste.
3.1 Tap at TCBW2018. Citric DIPA, some malts here and there, some malty sweetness which I like. Not bad.
3.8 A murky and yellow beer, a head is blond and quite big. Aroma has fresh tropical fruitness, mango-pineappple-citrus, also some sweet fruitness. Taste has fruitness of mango, some citrus, but not freshly as in the aroma, medium bitterness. Medium bodied. Nice fruitness, balanced.
4.3 A belvárosi sörfeszt nálam nyerősöre. Az alkohol szépen elrejtve, gyümölcsös, maraqujás íz világ. Tökéletes nyári ImperialIPA, ha van ilyen.
3.7 Botella'@ Mikkeller Bar Tórshavn. Orange hazy colour nice white head. Fruity hoppy malty sweet aroma, nice. Flavour: malty and hoppily fruity, citrus with a good bitterness. Good bitterness indeed. Fresh. Yum.
3.9 The aroma is full of hops, bubblegum yeast, tangerine and mandarin. The color is reminiscent of orange juice and the head is white and fluffy. The taste is full of hops, bubblegum yeast, orange and mandarin. A nice beer!
4.0 Tap at taptap. Hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is grainy, fresh, hoppy, herbal. Taste is hoppy, fruity, citrussy, pineapple, mango. Medium body, average carbonation. Well covered alcohol. Very nice and balanced brew. And imp ipa, which is not that sweet and caramelly!
3.8 33cl Bottle @ 32GreatPower, Seville, Spain. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is hops, citrus, tropical fruits. Taste is hops, citrus, mango, pineapple, herbs. Medium body, average carbonation.
3.6 Keg at Dispensary, CPH, 10/05/18. Murky pineapple juice yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is ripe tropicana, pine needle, airy malts, grapefruit. Taste comprises sweet tropical fruit punch, melon, floral notes, pine resin, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Ok DIPA if a touch sweet for my liking.
3.8 Bottle from Mikkeller bottle shop. Hazy yellow color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, floral hops, resin, mango, a bit of pine and grass. Bitter finish with citrus, resin, floral hops, pine, mango and grass. Excellent imperial IPA.
3.8 Hazy orange, medium white head with some sticky lacing. Aroma of fragrant malts and citrus. Tastes bitter, booze, citrus and mango, yeast. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, long, bitter and boozy finish. Good IIPA, but too much alcohol taste.
3.7 Lovely citrusy fruit. Cloudy yellow color with minimal sized white head, classic Brewski. Moderately bitter, tropical fruit, mango, alcohol hidden. Thin body, soft to flat carbonation. Another great Brewski IPA.
3.6 TCBW18. Fresh juice Brewski DIPA. Passion and grape. Pineapple! Great for summer. Dessert and fresh.
4.3 Light yellow colour with smallish head on top. Aroma has sweet fruits, passion fruit, mango and light pineapple, grapefruit and lemon hops. Taste has lots of lemon and grapefruit zest, sweet fruits too with ending in zesty lemon. Medium to full body and medium carbonation. Brilliant.
3.0 Tap at TCBW. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Danky, a bit milky nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, pineapple, a bit danky. Robust. In heavy competion of similar beers this is a looser.
3.7 @MBCC2017S04 Pours yellow with a small head. Fruity aroma with caramel and lemon rind. Tastes bitter with fruit, lemon rind and caramel notes. Medium body
3.7 Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Had alongside the Red Robot DIPA, also from Brewski. Slightly hazy - less than Red Robot - light copper yellow pour. Aroma is tropical fruit - pineapple - and pine resin. Taste is sweet pine, citrus, tropical fruit. Very solid DIPA but not as interesting at the Red Robot.
3.8 Bottle from Brewcraft, drank alongside the Brewski Red Robot. Pours a hazy tan-brown with thin fine white fizzy head. Smells of pine, little bit of tangerine, melon rind, pith, faint grainy malt, very stony. Taste is moderately bitter, pine, blood orange, citric sharpness, lightly spicy malt. Body is medium, rounded, fizzy, very oily and slick but smooth. Good, more pine than expected for a NE IPA, slick and bitter.
3.5 A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 19th June 2019, ‘B8 janssons’. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass. It was a hazy golden orange colour with a two finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly but left some nice lacing. Aromas of mango, pineapple, melon, lime and lemon with some herbal notes. Tastes lightly bitter, lime rind, lemon, herbal with hints of mango and pineapple. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and light alcohol here and there. Overall, this was ok, but maybe a bit too much herbal notes and that light alcohol booziness was perhaps a distraction.
3.8 Draught. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Tropical fruits, sweetness, herbs, flowers, citrus, Med to full bodied. Ends flowery bitter and full of tropical fruits.
3.4 Bottle from La Botica de la Cerveza. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of overripe mango, sherbet. Taste is light bitter, pithy, more mango. Resinous hops. Hop burn on the finish.
3.9 Bottle. Clouded, golden color. Aroma: sweet, citrus, fruity, nectar. Taste: citrus-fruity, moderately juicy, soft hop bitterness, quite pleasant.
4.2 Immensely fruity aroma. Hazy lemon in colour. Pineapple and peach. Very clean with sea salt and aluminium. Feels like a 6%er so alcohol well hidden. Pleasant and refreshing but worryingly gulpable!
3.7 33cl bottle Hay golden color, white head with medium retention, some lacing. Aroma has herbal notes, tropical fruits, mainly pineapple and melon. Flavor with a decent bitterness, herbal, slightly citrus and pineapple. Bittery final with fruity mouthfeel.
3.7 Zółte, zamglone, obfita trwała piana. Intensywny owocowy aromat.
4.0 330ml bottle at a private tasting at Zarazbirachi, ruse, Bulgaria. Pours slightly cloudy, with a thin fast-settling foamy frothy head, heavy lacing but no bead. Yellowish straw in colour. On the nose, intense citrus driven by grapefruit, lime and lemon. Smoothly fizzy in the mouth leading to mild bitterness, releasing citrus flavours consistent with the aromas. The high alcohol remains perfectly hidden in the light texture. Very crisp and refreshing. Overall, a superb strong IPA that hides its high alcohol: not for sessions!
5.0 Bottle - wow from go to whoa - powerful aroma and flavour in the pineapple/stonefruit/citrus spectrum - so well balanced - so easy to drink - superb bitter thrust - a new favourite.
4.1 Żółte i mętne, piana średnia, trwała, lekko zdobi szkło.
Najs. 4.0/5.0
3.9 butelka. pomarańczowe, lekko zamglone, kilkumilimetrowa czapka białej, średniopęcherzykowej piany, która pozostaje do końca picia. aromat cytrusowy, cytrynowy, wręcz limonkowy, mandarynkowy, tropikalny. średnio intensywny. w smaku słodkie, cytrusowe, wyraźna goryczka, ale umiarkowana. spoko
