2.7 Bottle at Beerdock Leek. Pours a clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of marijuana, candied malts, slight grass and subtle coriander. Taste of grainy malts, slight caramel and subtle grass. Light bodied and moderate to high carbonation. A dry, grainy and grassy bitterness in the finish. Green for a lager, lots of dankness. Crisp though.

2.2 Yields a bright golden color with a dense, spongy white head. Smells pretty sweet, the nose is by toffee malts, which get supported by a wheat and a faint herbal note. Has a very light, partly watery body, which brings a nice refreshment, due to it effervescent carbonation.
2.4 Ruhrgebiet Edition 2019. Pale beer with a sweet beer full of malts and grass. in the background some stale hops. not very nice to drink.

2.7 One of the gazillion Pils available in Germany, which have been all set around the mainstream taste. Not bad at all, just not outstanding from the masses.
2.5 Tasting glass from tap @ Brauerei-Museum Dortmund tasting session, April 23, 2017. Appearance is quite light and clear. Again one of the traditional Dortmund lagers which are now made by the same brewery. These are quite similar. This has, however, higher ABV, more like Dortmunder. Drinkable, when it’s hot and you’re in Dortmund.
2.5 Yields a bright golden color with a dense, spongy white head. Smells pretty sweet, the nose is by toffee malts, which get supported by a wheat and a faint herbal note. Has a very light, partly watery body, which brings a nice refreshment, due to it effervescent carbonation. Tastes of cakey malts, wrapped up by wheat and young straw, together with a herbal dryness. During midpalate the beer turns thinner, since its hoppy flavor vanishes slowly, with only malts prevailing in the bubbly, boring finish. Very light and not overly crisp, this relies a tad too heavy on the malts.
3.1 Bottle. Dark yellow with a decent head, not much in terms of lacing. Aroma is noble hops and grains. Taste is grassy, grainy, earthy, a little bit spicy and nicely hoppy in the aftertaste. Strong carbonation. Crisp, clean and goes down really well.
2.9 On tap. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, fruity-grassy aroma of fresh grass, some grains and a touch of citrus. Slightly bitter, moderately grassy-fruity and a bit grainy taste of fresh grass, some citrus and a touch of grains, followed by a short, moderately grassy-bitter finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
2.3 Bottle at Zeitgeist, Lambeth. 19/11/16. Slightly pungent - peat, earth. Light amber, no head. Medium bitter. Watery. Leaves a dry film on the tongue. Borefest.

2.0 500 ml bottle. At the Borussia Dortmund vs Werder Bremen game. Clear golden color with a big white head. Grainy malty lager with some mild grassy hoppy notes. Pretty dull and boring. I have had about 300 better German Pilseners.
2.7 15-mar-2016-0,5L Flasche. Hell-goldgelb, klar, ordentliche feinporige Krone. Aroma malzig, grasig, Antrunk getreidig mit Bitter-Hopfengeschmack. Trinkbar.
1.6 Anna says: Chill’R, Dortmund Light lager aroma, a bit sweeter than some of its ilk. I might be imagining the corn. Dull and fizzy in the mouth - just a pale lager. I’ve had worse, but there’s no real need to drink this. Phil says: Crappy pale lager aroma. Pale and fizzy. Weak fizzy palate. Metallic taste and finish. Extracty hops. You do get used to it, but you don’t want to, as it’s crappy.
2.9 Can shared by dad. Clear golden color, full sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grainy, quite bitter. Low to average body and carbonation. Ah well, drinkable.
3.1 Riecht nach knackig frischen Hopfenaromen, im Geschmack bleibt aber kaum was übrig. Körper etwas wässrig. Kommt mir wie ein besseres Becks vor.
