Brooklyn 1/2 Ale

Brooklyn 1/2 Ale

We love all kinds of farmhouse ales. But the original farmhouse ales weren’t big beers - they were beers you could drink while working in the hot sun all day. Our 1/2 ale reaches back to that tradition - it’s a dry, hoppy, citrusy, and delicious saison all at 3.4% Alc. By Vol. In fact, you CAN have everything.

3.8 This is indeed a farmhouse ale, a beer that is light and mild. Yet it is tasty and both hoppy and a little citrusy. A good fun summer beer.
3.4 330ml bottle. Hazy yellow with one finger white head. Aroma is dill and crayfish (as expected with the srorachi ace), citrus and light saison yeast. Taste is similar with the dill and crayfish notes dominating but nicely accentuated by light citrus, saison yeast and a very light dry maltiness. Light and dry mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
