3.3 Eingetrübte orange gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hopfiger, fruchtiger, säuerlicher Geruch. Geschmacklich hopfig, säuerlich, fruchtig nach Citrus & grünen Äpfeln, leicht hefig. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
3.2 Pours an unclear gold/orange with a good amount of clean white head. Aroma is very kettle sour, green apple, lime, citrus, maybe almost some funky wheat notes, maybe more so caramel. Taste is cleaner than the nose, sour green apple, lime, maybe some pineapple, caramel malt, some saltiness, and much more balanced than the nose. This is an interesting beer that almost drinks like an old traditional Westbrook gose.
3.7 Gulbrun farge med hvitt skum. Lukter tropiske frukter, sitron. Fruktig og syrlig i smak. Noe sødme i avslutningen
2.8 Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow w a small white head. Aroma medium yeastyn(sour, tart) and hoppy (citrus). Flavor medium sour citrusy, ending sour and dry. Thin body, average carbonated.
2.7 Tastes like a stale carnival- aftertaste isn’t the most generous with a lingering, unwanted artificial cherry flavor-
3.6 Slightly hazy pale yellow with a white frothy head. No lacing and medium to high carbonation. Aroma: Strong citrus, berries and floral aroma. A bit of yeast and subdued caramel aroma. Taste: Tart, sour and crisp with lots of citrus. Just enough sweetness in the background to keep it balanced. Dry finish. For the availability and price it is a bargain here!
3.1 Light yellow , super white foam and light bubbles. Nose on lemon, acidity, mango. Slightly watery on the palate, but with hints of lemon , medium acidity, and hints of passion fruit. Lack of long finish . Very little bitter beer and sweet finish.
4.6 A sour to add to the list of great crafts. Tart, light, sweet, and a little bit sour with a citrusy base.
3.3 12oz can picked up at the state store. Pours clear light golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Fruity, Mills tart, crackers, lemon peel and mild acidic. Good, easy drinking,
3.5 12 oz bottle from the Niagara Falls Wegmans. Pours a clearish golden orange colour with modest-sized white head. Aroma is tart citrus with light tree fruit and grains. Flavour has lots of tart lemon and apple with a little graininess. Drying finish. Nice.
3.4 Flaska @ Rydbergs Bar & Matsal, Stockholm. Disig ljusgulfärgad med ett vitt skum. Dofter av citron, persika, gräs och örter. Smakinslag av citron, krusbär, salt, örter och gräs. Halvtorr munkänsla, syrlig avslutning med en fruktig ton.
3.0 I mean....it's sour. Tart, crisp, some citrus non-berry notes, maybe lime and orange.
2.6 Muffig hopfig-säuerlicher Beginn, gleichzeitig süßlich, Kuhstall, hohe Süffigkeit. Langer, trocken hopfiger Abgang. Naja... 10/8/8/8//8
3.2 (On tap) Hazy golden good white head. Subtle aroma - tangy with maybe floral notes. Medium body good fine carbonation. Nice sour citrusy. Earthy hints. Good sour.
1.6 Bottle from my local grocery store in Queens, NYC. Light-colored medium, bubbly head that quickly fades. No lacing. Not at all hazy/cloudy as other reviewers mentioned. After the head fades, you could hand me a glass of this and tell me it's Mott's apple juice and I'd believe you. Only a hint of sourness. The combination of hops and slight sourness tastes a little skunky to me. Grapefruit stands out more than anything else. I've got to wonder if I may have gotten a bad/old batch. Not good at all.
3.5 Tap @ Sydney Night Noodle Markets. Light straw. Low to moderate sourness, citrus and fruit flavours. Easy drinking, enjoyable food beer.
2.8 Robe jaune, fine mousse blanche. Nez acidulé, citron, passion. Bouche acidulée, citron, pass ... ah ben c'est déjà fini, aucune longueur. Bonne carbo, corps léger, alcool léger. Bière légère et facile à boire qu'on oubliera aussi vite qu'on l'a bue.
3.3 Bottle from market, 4.5% ABV version in Finland. Pours hazy golden color. Aroma of lemon, citrus, lactic acid, sourness, apples. Fruity and quite long sour taste, a tad light body. Alright I guess.
3.5 Hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has citrus, sour elements and fruits. Taste is fruity with quite long sour aftertaste. Flavors of citrus, sour apples and other fruits.
3.4 355ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally papery, fruity aroma, notes of quince, a touch of yuzu. Taste is tart-ish, juicy fruity, slightly citrusy, notes of quince, some yuzu, lemon, a touch of lime peel. Not overly complex, but a nice, simple, refreshing and drinkable Sour.
4.2 Bottle at liquor store in Ely, NV. Pours a deep amber, with slightly off-white medium head. One of the best looking beers I’ve had. Smells of green apple and hops. Tastes of green apples, grapefruit, wheat, mild hops. Sour flavor is by no means overpowering. Silky mouthfeel. Very impressed.
3.5 The beer has got a hazy orange strawy colour with a small head and thin body. Aroma of acid and hops. Taste of acid, citrus zest, hops. Sour finish.
3.6 Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Tart/light sour aroma with light tropical fruit. Sour and tropical fruit flavor with citrus. Medium bodied. Sour and tropical fruit linger with light lemon and light grapefruit.
4.0 Bottle from Janes Beer Store in Mountain View, CA. Aroma is lychee, shortbread, tropical fruit. Taste is tart, tropical, lychee. Awesome sour and the best Brooklyn beer I’ve had.
3.3 12 ounce bottle, bb Apr 23, 2019. Slight fog on the brass horn-colored brew. Thin but enduring film of beady bubbles on top. Aroma has mildly tart cherry, honey and pie crust. The flavor is tart berry, lemon-lime mineral water, and wheat bread. Light body with too much fizz and a decent balance.
3.7 On tap at Doheny Beach Sabroso beer and taco fest. Pours super pale with some head. Aroma is sour, lactic, pineapple. Taste is tart, malty, bubbily, light body. Pretty straight forward and simple, but well done. Just compared to other American sours now it's not as flashy, but I liked it.
3.9 Thin head on a light straw colored body. Aroma is lemon zest, raspberry, and sour orange. Taste is tart from the start, lemon. Texture is crisp and fizzy. Really enjoyed it.
4.4 Loved this so much that I have drunk it so quickly during all of Good Beet Week last year at Whisky and Alement.
