4.1Pours pitch black with a one finger thick tan head.
Strong coffee aroma with sweet dark chocolate notes.
Taste is rather sweet but balanced by roasted coffee notes.
Full body.
Feels like a heavier Imperial Stout, a great Imperial Stout!
4.0Bottle labeled As Guatemalan extra porter dark with tan head great balanced of chocolate and coffee ever so smooth.
3.7(∞-cacao (ad), vanille (ad), ~café (ad), bouche suave cacao-cara, lait, all too light, manque caractère)
4.7Keg @ Brewdog Birmingham. 2/3rd pint. Brewed with Guatemalan coffee beans and infused with cacao nibs and El Limon Bourbon. Jet black body with a creamy tan head that disappeared quite quickly. Good aromas of vanilla and dark chocolate, the flavour is full of rich roasted malts, with a caramel sweetness, a great balance of sweetness and smokey notes, and then a boozy bourbon kick along with bitter cocoa lingering in the finish. This is a pure, unadulterated classic, and as others have said it gets better as it goes down. A proper belter!
3.8Backlog, both bottle and keg. Black with brown head. Coffee, vanilla, liquorice aroma. Chocolate, bitter coffee and liquorice taste. Punchy flavor. Nice!
Prachtig!
4.7Pours black with a nice sheet of dark head, dissipates quickly though. Aroma is rich, full of dark malts, and really lots of coffee. Medium body. Silky smooth mouthfeel. Flavour is amazing. Beautifully balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and malt. Nice amount of caramel and the Guatemalan coffee is married perfectly into this ensemble. Some cocoa, but not nearly as dominant as the coffee. Some vanilla. A really enjoyable bitterness balances the sweetness. Finishes rather long, a tad warming, with more rich coffee. What an amazing Porter! Without a question among the best I've had. Perfectly balanced and delicious.
3.80,33 l bottle. Pours almost pitch black with big beige lasting head. Aroma of coffee, cocoa along with some toasted malt, vanilla. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is quite full, texture sticky and carbonation average. Finish is long, more coffee and lingering bitter cocoa. Head was extra bitter, but it got more rounded as it dissipated and even better as beer warms.
Prachtige porter.
3.9Coffee, caco and vanilla as in label, dark with a good tan head, medium body, average carbonation, coffee is very intense, a cup of fresh coffee and vanilla, maybe for my taste a bit of lack of body...still very good.
4.1Fresh from the tap at Muted Horn. Black as the nighr. Intensive aromes of coffee and black chocolate are dominating.
4.7Pours black, with a medium beige head and not much of lacing. Awesome aroma of vanilla, coffee and bourbon. Tastes bitter and boozy, roasted barley and oat, strong coffee, cocoa, bourbon and vanilla. Smooth and creamy, medium bodied, soft carbonation, bitter finish. A great, rich ale. Awesome.

4.1Zwart bier met weinig bruin schuim. Geur: melkchocolade, koffie, vanille. Smaak: licht bitter, wat aards, koffie, licht zoet. Mooi in balans. Matige koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: bitterzoet, wat eikels, wat droog. Lekker.
3.4Mild würziger Antrunk. Deutliche Noten von Kaffee, stark röstig, die Trockenheit stört kaum. Geringe Bitterkeit, leicht würzig, langer Nachhall. 10/9/11/11//11

3.9Bottle from Craftissimo at home. Dark dark brown pour with light tan head. Aroma is cocoa, vanilla, wood, coffee, booze, leather. Taste is similarly complex - wood, dark chocolate and coffee bitterness, booze, dark fruit. Rich but only slightly so. Dark fruit stronger as it warms. Really good.

4.0Cocoa and coffee porter by Buxton, thanks Jan for sharing. Medium thick, yellowish-tinged beige, lacing but dissipating head, very dark mahogany-bronze robe, blackish but still translucent. Aroma of cold black coffee, kahlua, sweet sherry, chocolate sauce, beef stock, candied figs, vanilla beans, marmelade, chestnut. Dried fruits, candied sweetness but not cloying, hint of candied orange peel with a mild sourish touch to it, soft carbo, slick and oily mouthfeel. Peanutty and caramelly maltiness, sweet with bittering toasty edges accentuated by coffee liqueur and bitter cocoa notes embellishing the finish, adding a refined, exotic spiciness that matches well with a gently spicy hop bitter note. Delicate porter of technical perfection, with a slight exotic twist to it.
4.6Aroma of malts, caramel, vanilla, mocha, chocolate, roasted malts.Taste of caramel, vanilla, chocolate, roasted malts and coffee.
4.4Really strong coffee, with the vanilla twist, this for me is pretty close to the perfect porter - really dark, intense coffee.
