5.0 Lukt,rosin,sjokolade,vanilje,god fylde , fantastisk god øl .
3.9 0.33 l bottle from 'Beergium', cellared for about a year. Pitch black with a very thin, slowly diminishing, beige layer. Very intense, sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of nougat, vanilla, cocoa and lactose. Intensely sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of massive nougat, lactose, cocoa, vanilla and just a touch of bourbon, followed by a medium long, gently roasty-bitter, slightly powdery and a little warming finish. Full body, smooth, slightly creamy and a bit oily mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Very tasty dessert beer, typical sweet aroma Omnipollo stuff, the bourbon is unfortunately hardly there, really lacks complexity as well. Good, but not as great as expected.
4.4 Aroma is crazy complex: vanilla, cocoa, cream, granolla, biscuits, butterscotch, hints of nuts and peanuts. Color is opaque dark black with an almost nonexistent tanned foam head. Taste is super sweet, not balanced; just feels like a dessert. Tons of flavors, coherent with its aroma. Aftertaste is long and sweet, one can feel a weird lingering viscous sweetness, such as the one present in syrup (this is present in many other Omnipollo's beers). Body is full, carbonation is low. Overall, a true masterpiece.
4.1 Svart med beige skum, kaffe, vanilje, fat, pipetobakk, tykk og behagelig.......
4.4 Black color, tiny brown head. Roasted malt nose, muscovado sugar, licorice, cocoa, vanilla, peanuts, toffee, hint of alcohol. Sweet taste, roasted malt, muscovado sugar, dark and bitter chocolate, espresso, peanuts, vanilla, hint of brandy, bitter finish. Full body, soft to flat carbonation, oily texture. 3.8 33 cl bottle @ home. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma and flavour are cocoa, peanut butter, vanilla, roasted malt, caramel, and bourbon - with a bitter finish.
4.1 Zwart bier met bruin schuim. Geur: vanille ijs, karamel, hazelnoot. Smaak: zoet, vanille, karamel, alcoholisch. Volmondig. Matige koolzuurprikkel. Lekkere dessert.
3.7 Bottle. Pours black, next to no head but laces well. Smells like a choc dessert, quite lovely dense sweet rich chocolate, vanilla, cream, some nuttiness. Flavour lets on a little barrel but it’s plenty of chocolate sauce and vanilla. A touch sickly sweet, and masks the base beer too much, making it a bit one-trick and tiresome. Light feel for the style, creamy low-carbonated, a hint of warmth and choc-berry lactose lingering but pretty easy to down. Decent.
4.2 0,3 litre Bottle from Systembolaget Charlottenberg. Black with brown head. Roasted malts, Caramel, Peanut butter, bourbon, vanilla, sweetness. Nice one!
4.5 Zwart bier met fijne mokkakleurige schuimkraag. Pindakaas, butterscotch, caramel, toffee. Heerlijk overgoten met een laagje bourbon. Subliem.
4.1 330 ml bottle at home. Pours a very dark mahogany with a light brown head. Some mild bourbon in the aroma along with peanut butter, vanilla, lots of nuts, toffee, biscuit and chocolate - nice smell. Full, creamy body with a soft carbonation, a medium sweetness and a medium bitterness - well balanced. The flavor starts with sweet roasted malt, brown sugar, syrup, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon and nuts followed by more roasty notes of coffee and licorice. Finishes with some residual sweetness and quiet some roasty bitterness. Overall rather sweet but nicely balanced with the right amount of roasted malt while the alcohol is well integrated. Pretty good! Aroma: 8 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 17
4.0 Like yellow belly a bit too biscuity for me but more balanced and complex with bourbon notes...black with a good tan head, full body, fudgy, choco and biscuits with a touch of vanilla bourbon on the final...very good.
4.9 Ik had yellow belly al 4.75 gegeven.dan nu maar eens de volle 5! P.kaas/noot/roast.vol en romig , roasty ook zoetig/lactose/vanille/bourbon.
4.3 Tasted this in Brewdog, Dundee on the 7th September 2018. Keg dispense, 1/3 pint sampled. Dull black in colour with a thin buff head. Rich, smooth, malty aroma with a strong notes of warm amaretti biscuit coming through, long on the nose. This is one of the best Imperial Stout aromas that I have come across. Thin oily mouthfeel and poor lacing. Dark malt complex delivers a heady mix of rich flavours in this brew. Amaretti biscuit base with rich lashings of peanut butter (unlike Mother Earth Sin Tax!), mocha coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice and treacle flavours abound. There is a slight nod to the solitary hop flower present in the aftertaste but its then quickly back to normal service is now resumed! Finish is smooth and powerful as Amaretto liquor slides down a treat, no rough booze notes here. Sweet marzipan, peanut butter and Amaretti biscuit builds in the mouth as drier flavours from the mocha coffee, liquorice and treacle start to gently recede. You are never truly aware that this is 12% ABV as its so easy to drink far too quickly. Really enjoyed this Imperial Stout and a must to seek out and try on draught as the bottle is rather pricey, being £9 from the Brewdog beer shop!

4.1 Bottle 33cl. Black with a lightbrown head. Aroma of vanilla, cholcolate and dried fruits. Sweet with a good warm vanilla and dried fruit end, some wooden barrels. Great!
4.0 Przegenialny aromat - masło orzechowe, lody czkoladowo-śmietankowe z odrobiną bourbonu. Odrobina kakao i toffi. Świetnie. Piany brak, barwa czarna.
4.1 Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is coconut, peanuts, very nutty and pastry. Taste is peanuts, black chocolate, a touch tobacco, pecan. Quite intense, very pastry, but lecker! Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Very good!
4.2 Pours a viscous, close black body with a tiny, beige head. Very strong aroma of dark caramel, chocolate, coffee, and other roasted malty notes. Intense flavour of chocolate sauce, bitter chocolate, alcohol, vanilla, brown sugar, burnt sugar, and hints of marshmallows. Heavy sweetness with a moderate bitterness in the everlasting finish. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Brilliant! Violently sweet, but a small sample of this stuff is fantastic! I guess a bottle might be a bit too much. [Sample from 33 cl bottle, blind tasted with Svensenga smak & behag]
0.7 Thick, syrupy and lacked any unique flavour. If you’re after spending money on an expensive beer which ends up being too sickly to finish this is the one’
4.7 Bottle (RB No. 1000). Pours opaque black with medium brown head. Aroma is intense vanilla, soy sauce, coffee, chocolate, licorice, rum and oak aged whisky. Taste is light to medium sweet, medium bitter, medium salty and light acrid. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is intense and long with notes of malt, vanilla, licorice, rum, espresso and prunes. Very intense and rich but in good balance.
4.8 0,33l bottle. Pours jet black with brown head. Aroma of peanut butter, snickers ice cream, burnt marshmallows, vanilla, some roast, cookies. Taste is peanuts, cookies, burnt marshmallows, vanilla ice cream. Full bodied, thick mouthfeel, soft carbonation. What more could you possibly want?
4.0 Barwa czarna, nieprzejrzysta. Piana beżowa, drobna. W aromacie bucha od orzechów i masła orzechowego, kokos i wanilia z beczki. Jest bardzo słodko. W smaku jest całkowicie odwrotnie, faktura gęsta, piwo jest wytrawne, z popiołową goryczką, z czasem wychodzą nuty ciasteczek brownie.
4.2 Bottle. Black beer, small to average beige head with decent duration. Aroma of nuts, peanuts, caramel, chocolate, biscuits, light vanilla and cocoa. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light to medium bitter, nuts, chocolate, caramel, cocoa, light vanilla and marzipan. Bitter finish with notes of cocoa. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Great, complex stuff, interesting peanut butter flavour, good balance. Awesome.
4.3 Bottle. Close to black color, coffee foam. Taste and aroma: like a gorgeous dessert, a chocolate cake with jam, berries, vanilla, nuts, soaked in maple syrup and cognac.
3.9 Bottle from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. Good-looking. Appealing rich aroma of bourbon, sweets, pastries, spices. In taste, good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Nice, not dominating hint of bourbon. Vast amounts of vanilla. Durable aftertaste, #aromas. Well-bodied, lacks some more density, viscosity, smoothness. Maybe best Omnipollo I've tried.
3.8 Bit better that basic version, but still disappointing. It's pretty sweet cocoa and vanilla are there, aromas are okay. I cannot feel barrel.
3.9 Pours black, 2 finger brown head, fades to a ring. Aromas of peanut butter, vanilla, bourbon/wood, cocoa. Taste masks the alcohol fairly well, with robust chocolate, vanilla, peanut butter combo. A tad thin, and a tad artificial in the flavor. But, as a desert stout lover, I can get behind this. At its core, it's a tasty beer.
