4.0 Nice sourness, not fruity. Pretty carbonated. Not bitter, but there’s some hop flavor to it.
3.9 Nice deep bronze colour. No head. Aroma is pretty tart. Taste is the same, with a lingering vinegary touch.
3.9 Bottle from Hippo Beers, Glasgow. Beer served in 8°C, Duvel Glass. Pours yellowish ruby, small and quickly disappearing head. Hoppy aroma from the bottle, reminds me the American C hops aroma. In the glass smell is more fruity, red berries, apple, pear cider like. Flavor is slightly malty with a massive kick of sourness. Sour apples, redcurrant, raspberry, strawberry, gooseberry, all of that can be found in intense sour notes filling the palate. I really like it.
3.7 from Erzbierschof - translucid bronze beer, no head retention; sour aroma of quinces and pears; moderate malt backbone, very sour, assertive, solid carbonation; very dry and long aftertaste of apples and quinces with a lingering sourness

3.4 Bottle at The Bottle Lab, Leek. Pours a clear amber colour with a frothy light pink head. Aroma of sour apple, shortbread, slight red fruits and subtle floral hops. Taste of apple, red fruits, some vinegar, slight shortbread, a hint of orange and subtle floral hops. Medium bodied and a slick texture. A slightly tart, fruity finish. Pleasantly sour with soft red fruit, apple and floral hops. Doesnt blow me away but otherwise enjoyable.
3.9 clear golden, aroma very minimal some hops. good tartness sour apples/apple cider vinegar/sour cherry flavour. finish is shortish with a burst of salt. more gose like. billed as palate cleanser - would be excellent as one.
3.6 Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear golden color, small white to off-white head. Aroma is nicely hoppy. Suprisingly hoppy I’d even say. Flavor is lightlt sour, sourness with hops and light bitter. Dry finish. Solid beer.

3.3 Keg at The Beerd, Oxford. Clouded reddish amber with white head. Tart, acetic acid notes from the start, Soured lemon notes, mouth puckering then with a light salty note. A bit of a challenge but okay.
2.9 Draft shared at Murphy’s Law, The Hague. Hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of damp towel, citrus, wheat and light floral notes. Flavour is above light sour and moderate salty. Light bodied with soft carbonation. More like a weird gose than a Berliner.

2.7 33cl bottle @Never Stop, Donosti. 26-01-2015. I went to Himmelbergjet once and i liked it. Yes, the hill, but not the beer... Pours some hazy golden with little white head. Short head retention, poor lacing. Some weird sweet aromas, berries, subtle tart ones. Light body, average carbonation, oily texture. Taste is moderate sour, again some weird sweet notes. Not sure if enjoyable.
3.6 Citrus neus die doorwerkt in de smaak. Lekker mondvullend zuur met verschillende citrus met afwezigheid van hop (wat fijn is).
