4.1750ml bottle @ Brewdog Tallinn (2013 version). Pours ruby red with a fluffy pink head. Nose has light funk, some tart cherries but also somewhat heavy-creamy structured cherry stone bitterness. Light barnyard there, some edges but well balanced. Taste has medium tartness, drying the mouth. Still fruity, cherries there, some bitter-herbal character. Finish is tart, has some bitter manure, barnyard and nice dry linger, filled with tannins. Pretty damn good overall.

4.7Vintage 2012, Millesime Edition.
3.9Bottle. 2012 vintage. Thick cherry nose along with light funk. Deep red with substantial pink lacing. Tart cherries , mildly rich, with some lactic character. Thin-medium body, gentle astringency. Has retained a lot of fruity freshness, despite the age. Very pleasant. Not terribly complex, but quite tasty.
3.92012 bottle from Maekchu. Big cherry nose, lactic acid, yogurt, spicy cinnamon. Nice. Bright, deep red. Again rather simple, but the big cherry flavor gives it a boost clean as with the other. Not a whole lot of lambic complexity but tart and tasty cherry and high carbonation. Gushed a bit, actually.
4.3Toksnygg! Vinröd, som en rubin fast lite mörkare.
Doft: körsbär, champagnig, lite bittermandel, torr, lite stenig.

Viss syrlighet, lagom sötma, klar, mousserande, fina aromer i god balans. Elegant och polerat som en bra champagne. Mycket gott!
4.0Bottle at 2017 year end Ottawa bash...thanks Phil. Dark rose pour with a generous bubbly white head that eventually settles down. Epson salt, tart and sour cherry with a nice mix of pulp and pit, oak, some walnut and greek yoghurt whey. Moderate+ carbonation and full body, some farmhouse funk with a nice balanced sourness and light tart, refreshing and yummy.
4.0Pours a deep purple red from the bottle with fluffy pink white head that dissipates slowly to leave moderate lace. Aroma of big jammy berry notes with a musty funk and light acidity underneath. Taste follows, with a touch of tannic oak and light acetobacter. Super bubbly carbonation, heavy on the fruit, slight booze. Very good, but definitely not worth the price.

4.4Bottle into a wineglass showing deep crimson red with a finger of cherry tanned foam.
The nose shows pronounced intense notes of baked cherry pie.
The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated; a sparkling wine carbonation. Lightly tart with pronounced notes of baked cherries followed by a mid palate of sweet bing cherries. Completely dry but fruit forward. Fantastic.
4.4Bottle: Poured a light reddish color lambic with a nice large white foamy head. Aroma of tart cherry notes with oak and yeast presence also discernible. Taste is also a mix of tart cherry notes with some oak notes with some yeasty flavours also apparent. Body si about average with excellent carbonation. I really enjoyed the additional dimension that the Champagne treatment brought to this beer.
