2.6 Bottle off the plane from Edinburgh (thanks mum!). Meh. Tastes like a German lager. More bitter/dry finish. I would happily drink if it was the only thing around, but probably wouldn't purchase by choice again.
3.1 Bottle pours clear golden with nice white head; retains very well. Aroma blond malty with something dry-spicy (like cardemom root). Taste moderate sweet with a late mild bitterness. Bit soft carbo. Rather nice blond beer. (Two days later also tasted as Cairngorm Gold. Now less impressed. Not so much more than a German style lager).
2.7 Pours clear golden, small and quickly disappearing head. Aroma is skunk, grainy, mild fermented fruits, mild banana and floral, sweet. Taste is metallic, lemon, sour, sweet, mild bitterness. It's quite similar to lager.
3.8 Aromat zbożowy. Barwa złota, gęsta piana długo utrzymuje się w kuflu. Smak zbożowy z nutą słodową. Posmak słodowy.
2.5 0,5l bottle. Pours clear golden with white head. A biscuity, malty and grainy aroma, slight citrus. Taste is sweet, malty, slight bitter hops. Not much else to describe.
3.2 Bottle from brewery. Light amber colour, like lager. 1 finger head. Lager aroma with hints of bittery hops.slight bitter taste with an alcohol hint, quiet well bodied with a lagerish taste.
3.2 As Cairngorm Gold with the eagle on the front. Has an old school bitter taste with moderate hoppiness, finish is biscuity malts. Pretty good.
2.9 In Calvin Harris terms, the taste, well, This Is What I Came For, but the palate is giving me Sweet Nothing.
3.3 Bottle shared on the train. Thanks to Welsh Daniel! Pours clear goldbwith a foamy, white head. The nose has some nice pale malts, hints of citrus, pale grains, dough. Light sweet flavourbwith hints of hay, white grapes, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with rounded pale bread, a little dough, low bitterness. Not bad.
2.6 Bottle On the Sex Train, thanks to Dan. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, doughy white bready vibes, toasty grain and cereal. The taste is dry, paper, soda water, toasty, cereal, hay, oily, buttery, apple, melon and pear with a dying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Pretty basic gear.
2.6 0.5 l bottle, thanks to my family for this. Pours clear deep golden with thin, quickly disappearing head. Nose is weak lager-like bittersweetness. So is the taste with no distinct notes, closes with short bitterish finish. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Feels like a pale lager, not quite good.
3.0 500ml bottle as Cairngorm Gold. Golden with a thin white head. Sweet citrus and grass aroma, taste is sweet and lager like. Ok
3.5 Nice flavoured beer smooth and mellow. Easy drinking and refreshing. Just on the heavy side. -Jackie likes I don’t
2.4 Golden, slightly hazy, with a thin white head that dilapidates quickly. Promising aroma, fruit and honey. Mild grainy taste, subtle bitterness.

2.7 Bottle from Hugh. Another lindistinct pale ale offering from a craft brewer. Obviously attempting to capture the lager market. Nothing about the pour, taste or hopping stands out.
2.9 Bottle. Backlog rating from bottle collection and historic scoring. Source not recorded. No tasting notes kept, just rating.
3.0 bottle on Loch Ness tour boat --- Light malt aroma. Taste is sweet caramel malt, strong carbonation, medium hops. Hay and a little brown sugar along the way. A traditional Ale, for a general audience. Within that framework, it is a satisfactory brew.
3.4 500ml bottle as " Cairngorm Gold". Pours a golden straw colour with a small white head. Nose is bready with a touch of lemon and spice. Similar to a German Helles. Medium carbonation. Taste is bready, grainy malt with a slight sour and light citrus aftertaste. Mildly floral bitterness. Not bad.
3.3 Bottle that my beloved wife brought home from Scotland cons 2017-04-24 Göteborg AR: bready - crisp, sweet cookies AP: golden bronze, wee white diminishing white head F: bready caramel, semi sweet mouth feeling, crisp,
3.2 Sweet malts, a bit of popped corn. Zesty in the finish, with some nice hints of grapefruit and dry grainy crackers. Traditional, clean, nice. A bit sweet-ish.
2.7 Bottle. "Cairngorm Gold". Clear golden with a nice head. Mild aroma of floral hops, zest and a hint of diacetyl. Taste is slightly fruity, zesty, earthy and floral. Medium carbonation. Creamy. Refreshing and easy drinking but also kind of bland. The artwork with the grim looking eagle and the happy fonts put a smile on my face.
3.2 50 cl(?), bottle conditioned, BB May 28th 2017. Slightly hazy, light amber, medium white head, lively carbonation. Not much to the nose other than slight hints of pale malts, almost lager-ish. Mouthfeel is a bit fizzy carbonation, a bit dry but mostly watery and thin. Flavours of caramel malts, toffee and honey, quite sweet beer. It,s nice and very sessionable.
2.6 Flaska. Klar guldfärgad med ett vitt skum. Dofter av säd, gräs och honung. Smakinslag av honung, säd, citrus och gräs. Lite dammig eftersmak.
Lichte body. Licht parelende koolzuurpikkel. Afdronk: licht bitter.
3.1 50 cl bottle from Lerøy Mat Bergen. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Malty and grainy aroma. Taste is bittersweet. A bit flat.
3.0 Clear light blonde, well carbonated. Malt, fruit, honey. Watery mouthfeel but leaves a buttery feeling in the mouth. Quite a nice easy drink after a long day.
2.6 500ml bottle. Pours a mostly clear golden colour with a nice smooth creamy white head, long lasting too. No strong aromas from this, just some malt. Flavour is much the same, mainly malt but quite weak really, disappointing. On the plus side it is an extremely smooth beer. Kind of floral aftertaste, light bitterness. Overall nice but disappointingly weak and lagerish.
2.9 500 ml bottle, from Matkroken Stokka. BB date 28.04.2014. ABV is 4.5%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of grain and dust, a hint of fruit. Fairly refreshing flavour, lagerish with a slight citrussy fruitiness. Will rerate when I have a fresher bottle.
