3.5 Pours a golden apple juice colour with a thin white head which disappears quickly. Aroma tart white wine, apples, touch of vinegar. Taste very similar, with a touch of funk.Medium carbonation.
3.5 2016-2017 vintage, according to the label. Aroma is brett, horseradish, honey, floral. Taste is sour, sour in the finish, the hops unfold later and carry on to the aftertaste. A bit watery.
3.1 Pale amber body with a minimal disappearing white head. Aroma is vinegar, nail polish remover. Taste is goat cheese, white wine vinegar. Dry, sour finish. Light body, average carbonation oily texture
2.2 75 cl. bottle at Echarle Huevos, served at home in a stein glass. Label reads 2016-2017.Since you open it, it smells of bretts. Dark yellow head, just a bit of a head with no retention and no lacing. Aroma of bretts, citrics, barnyard. Medium body, oily texture, no carbonation at all. Tart finish. Taste of citrics, fruits, bretts. Disappionting. Or else, somehow it didn't preserve well.
3.9 Shared 2018 bottle. Unclear orange colour, no head. Aroma of grape, white wine, apple, some wood, cider, citrus, light funk, stable. Taste is dry, light to medium sour, grape, lemon, apple, some cider, wine, wood, light funk. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, fruity finish. Very nice, balanced, fruity and not very tart lambic.
3.8 Golden with a small white head - Sour wood aroma - Malt with a sour wood flavour - The sour wood and malt goes into the finish - This was good
3.8 Label says lambic bio Saison 2015-2016. Sweet and sour-lambic nose, very complex. Very low carbonation. Flavor is fantastic, complex, woody, really fantastic.
4.1 ( 2015 vintage, bottle) Aroma: aprocots, funk, hint of vinegar. Taste: semi-dry, flavour of oak, apricot, funk, fruit skin. Palate: medium body, almost flat. Overall: Good one !
3.2 Notes: Keg - tasting paddle at Bucket Boys on 5/5/19. Overall: Mellow with no carbonation. Possibly a bad keg. 13 A: Gold clear body. No real head. 3 A: Apple, Funk. 7 T: Tart overripe fruit, sour white wine. Moderate sourness. 7 P: No carbonation. 2
Wysycenie zerowe. Pozostawia lekko szorstki posmak w ustach, kwestia brettów pewnie. Generalnie spoksik, ale bez urywu.
3.7 Murky orange, thin creamy head. Aroma is not so intense: barn, hay, earth, some rotten fruits. Moderate tartness. Low carbonation, close to zero. Good.
3.4 75cl Bottle @ Beyond Beer, Eimsbuttel, Germany. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is white wine, fruits, oak. Taste is white wine, citrus, apples, oak, tart, hints of brett. Medium to light body, soft carbonation.
3.5 Extremely soft horsepiss, flat, wood, soft cheesy notes, some barnyard funk, wood, apples, thin, light sour, dry on the palate, a bit simple Purchased at Brasserie Cantillon Brouwerij (Cantillon - Brouwerij en Brussels Museum van de Geuze)

3.9 Bottle. bottled 18 january 2018. Color: Slightly hazy orangish golden, white head. Aroma: Fruity, vinuous, tart berries, funk. Taste: Farmyard funk, a lot of fruity notes of citrus, white grapes, grapeskin, berries, green apples, appleskin, grapefruit and stonefruit. Oak and tannins. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body. Moderate to over moderate tart, light sweet and bitter. Not as tart as some other Lambics. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice. Edit 17 november 2021: Bottle, bottled 05 september 2019. Compared to earlier notes: Completely flat. Also notes of hay. Only moderate tart. Nice complexity. 8 4 8 4 16 = 4.0
3.7 Cask at La Capsule, Lille, France. Clear oily golden, minimal head, some bubbles persist in the rim. Funky and cheesy, some ripe fruit, white wine. Very nice balance. Flat, soft. Not a lot of acidity, nice balance. Cheese, floral touch, malts, slight yeasty tartness. Wine-like, although light, with soft acids. Light finish, slightly spicy, quite tart. Mouth coating, medium body. Gentle.
1.6 De Okasionalbeer. En copa Teku. Jugando a Oozi, luego viendo Desencatado 1x04-05. Version 2015-2016. Sensacion muy aguada por nula carbonatacion. Al principio acidez baja e insipida, luego mejora algo, y al final solo aburrida acidez
2.7 Hazy golden beer with no head. Slight/medium aroma; taste starts slightly/medium sweet and ends slightly dry. Wood, fruit and citrus. 6/2/6/2
3.6 Fruity flavour, low alcohol. Excellent for eating with food or A first drink of the day
4.0 Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden without any head. Aroma of white wine, vanilla, oak, red berries, lemon, medicine. Taste sour with some mellow sweetness. Thin bodied, no carbonation.
3.4 Shared bottle of 2015-2016 vintage at Mi2 at Cardinal 06.05.19. Clear golden. No head. Acid aroma and taste of lambic and brett. Tart, dry and acid mouthfeel. No carbonation. Will probably develop complexity with longer storage.
4.0 Nice lambic style aroma, but a bit too young, making it a bit flat. It will surely benefit with age
4.3 0.75 l bottle as "Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Saison 2015-2018" from K-Citymarket Ruoholahti, Helsinki. Not as bone dry as some of the brewery's geuzes and lambics - this has some wood.
3.3 On tap at Beyond Beer, hazy and near-flat amber, bright funky and tart nose, a little watery on the palate at first, then the tartness comes in with notes of lemon, grapefruit, touches of caramel and pineapple. Then a pithy-bitter and tart-sweet finish.
3.6 Draught at Threes: pours gold with no head. Aroma is very woody, basement funk, really dirty aroma. Taste is somewhat sour... funky, woody. I really was not a huge fan of this beer at first, but it gets better with more complexity as it warmed and settled. Still the $10 for the tiny pour is a little disheartening. Hype not worth it.
