4.1Shared, 5 year cellared, 750 ml. bottle poured to a snifter showing a lightly hazed, orangey/gold color, with a sudsy layer of soft white froth, and wavy cling to the lacing. The nose was appropriate funk, hay, and earthiness, with a touch of oakiness, dried fruit & skins. A little less than medium bodied, with lively effervescence, the taste was as the aroma, with tanginess & tartness+ that was pleasantly acidic to the point of puckering, with complementary dryness to the finish. Classic example of the style.
4.0Keg at Kill the Cat, Brick Lane. Hazy orange with a big white head. Aroma of musty fruit, wood, gooseberry, hay, ceder and pine. Musty and dry, but with oranges, peaches and mandarin dancing in the background.
4.1Darkish gold, visible carbonation, white head which subsides to about 1cm. Aroma of tart but edible green apples, some barnyard funk. Taste is moderate citrus sourness, green fruit - apples and gooseberries. Very nice.

3.5(tap 0,15l @ OP (Brno)) Overall: Pleasant sour (even for me), very dry.
Aroma: Sweet, sugary, funky, barnyard.
Appearance: Light hazy golden. Medium white head.
Taste: Light sweet, medium sour, barnyard, earthy, light bitter.
Palate: Medium body. Long very dry, light bitter finish.
4.2Bright golden appearance with a fluffy white head. Aroma of barnyard funk, toasted oak, mild lemon zest, light toasted grain and a light herbal spice. Similar flavor, adding mild acidity, light hop bitterness and light sweetness. Light body with a crisp dry feel and a layered finish. Nice!
4.2Pours a cloudy, almost hazy, golden amber coloration with a medium, frothy head that recedes quickly. Smells of light, doughy, wheaty malt and fruity esters and floral hops, with notes of tart green apple/pear, apricot and white grape, as well as a distinct citric acidity and lighter notes of hay, oak and earthy, cheesy funk. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of light, doughy wheat malt, fruity esters of tart green apple/pear, apricot, white grape and gooseberry, flowery, slightly bitter, grassy and spicy hops, hay, a distinct citric acidity, earthy, cheesy funk and some musty oak. Finishes with a medium tartness, light bitterness and some fruity esters, floral hops and cheesy funk lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfel with a medium body and carbonation.
I think this is quite a interesting modern take on Lambic that manages quite a nice balance of depth and refreshing drinkability with its strong traditional funk and oak presence, fruity esters and more modern bitter, floral hop notes, rounded out by quite a distinct, zesty, citric acidity that is pretty dominant here. It's not quite for me, to be honest, because I rather dislike floral hops and am not a huge fan of hoppy Saison either, but nonetheless this is quite superbly balanced and rather enjoyable for what it is, while the added element of a light bitterness, which traditional Lambic lacks, also makes for a nice interplay with the acidic tartness in the finish.
4.175cl bottle (2016) 4 year aged, after a 33 mile XC jaunt to Pontesford and back. Pours a generally clear golden orange, large white head that takes its time to settle. Vibrant nose with an excellent floral fruity representation, some woody gueuze glimpses. Taste sees this blossom further, the woody notes not taking too much prominence, allowing those floral fruity elements to shine. Rounded off with a good tangy bitterness. Lovely gueuze.
3.6Proefglas van 75cl-fles uit 2014 (bijna 6 jaar oud). U: Troebel oranje met een witte schuimkraag. G: Groene appel, brett, grassig, perzik en "funky". S: Zoet met een lichte zurigheid. Brett, groene appels, grassig en wat perzik. Ietwat munt in de droge afdronk. M: Doordrinker met medium carbonatie.
3.7had this on tap. The beer poured like a traditional gueuze should the head disappeared quickly. It was nice and sour and funky.
4.0Bottle from Billie's bottle shop, pours golden color. Aroma of malts, tartness, fruitiness, citrus, hops, earthy notes. Mostly tart maltiness aligned with slighter hoppiness and citrus. Mediumish body, fruity aftertaste. More fruity overall, medium tartness. Overall really nice beer.
4.1Köpt på Taps, Uppsala. Underbar doft, djup smak. Fin men sticker inte ut lika mycket som sina systrar
3.9On tap at cask. Pale amber and frothy. Scent is quite mild Belgian lambic. Taste is truly bone dry, champagne froth, and mild apple skins. Finish is consistent dryness. Very great.
4.0Tap na One More Beer Festival w Krakowie. Ocena wystawiona na podstawie wspomnień z degustacji. Jest atramentowa dzikość, trochę garbnikowa, ściągająca, kwaśność dość delikatna, lekko octowy finisz, dość ładnie zbalansowane. Bardzo dobre.
3.9(2017) Ar: sour, tart Ap: clear yellow, minimal head T: med tartness, citrusy, med bitterness P: thin/med body
3.3One More Beer Festival. Piana dość bujna. W aromacie niezbyt intensywnie, jasne owocki, słoma, leciutko białe wino. W smaku podobnie, w kwaśno-octowy finisz. Bardzo stonowany lambik, takie siakie nijakie dość.
3.6Łoh, ile skórek z winogron. Mniej skórzaste niż coś wcześniej. Sporo kwasku cytrynowego. Trochę noezbalansowane. 3.6
4.1W aromacie ta dzikość cantillonowa nie do podrobienia, super. W smaku średnio kwaśne i średnio dzikie. Bardzo dobre piwo.
4.2750 ml bottle, vintage 2015 at Lambiczoon, Milan. Pours a lightly hazy golden orange with a white head. The aroma is funky with lots of leather, wood, mineralic notes, hints of apples, grape skin, quiet some herbal grassy and nearly floral notes and some citric notes. Medium body with an average carbonation, a light acidity and a medium bitterness. The flavors starts with bitter wood, herbal notes, leathery funk, some unripe apples and hints of citric acidity in thee background; quiet mineralic and earthy. Finishes dry, woody and leathery with bitter herbal notes. Overly very tart and woody yet smooth and perfectly balacned.

Ligger kvar länge i munnen. Mycket gott!
4.22016 bottle. Pours orangey gold with good white foam. Funky barnyard, citrus, floral hops and that Cantillon yeast aroma. Sour, but only mildly at first, then the bitter vinegar and lemon peel. Long dry sour finish. I like that it has some carbonation, I prefer that over the really flat Cantillon lambics. Pretty straight forward. Not sure what I get anything from the added sugar liquor. Couldn't find this in Belgium but I found it in a small shop in Corona.
4.3Slightly hazy golden orange. Smell is funky and musty, dry and cheesy hops. Really funky, intense and dry, sour, a lot of wild yeast and puckering palate. Wow.
