Shared 2019 bottle. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma of sour and sweet apricot, lemon, yeast, some stable, leather, berries. Taste is very light sweet, medium+ sour, of apricot, lemon, berries, with notes of stable, leather. Tart fruity lemony finish. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Great lambic, very fruity, but also quite complex.
One of the best beers I've ever drunk. No more to say. It's definitely worth its money.
Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2021-08 getrunken. Dieses gelbe Lambik hat ein wunderbares Aprikosen-Aroma. Am Gaumen ist Körper, Säure und Fruchtaromen perfekt abgestimmt. Tolles Bier!

Almost clear, deep gold, small white head. Aroma of leather, lots of apricot, wood, barrel, apple. Taste is strongly sour, noble woody and leather tones, apricot, vanilla, apple, pear, peach. Great one!
Once again, a great one! Wonderfull apricote nose. Acidic, fruity, dry!

Bottle 0.75l, vintage 2016. Trade with MrOrla, huge thanks! Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- honey, leather, flowery, mint or licorice, nice apricot. FLAVOR- dry, REALLY sour, lightly bitter, apricot, herbs, spicy, a bit wild. Medium bodied.

В аромате сразу много абрикосов, при этом они не спелые а чутка как будто моченые, при этом все в сене и запахом деревни. Есть кислые ассоциации сразу, немного трав, яблоки где то на отдаление. Цвет полу мутный, желтый, приятный, пенка небольшая, белая. Вкус просто замечательный, снова удивляет обилие абрикосов во вкусе. Кислота есть но она не ядерная. Снова моченость совсем небольшая, и достаточно много сена. При глотке уже травы появляются, на секунду уксусные мотивы. Но абрикосы не уходят. В целом один из лучших ламбиков что я пил.

Overall: Easy drinking! Refreshing and nice complexity! Delicious 😎

Taste: Mildly sweet and moderately acidic, fresh Saturn peaches, peach purée, yoghurt, mango, slightly funky and peach candy
Mouthfeel: Watery texture with moderate carbonation
Overall: Much more fresh then the 2016 vintage I had obviously but really easy drinking, delicious and complex

Orange color, abundant foam. Intense aromas of stone fruits, farm, leather. On the palate it is acidic, strong but with marked fruity notes, apricots, apples, vinegar. Very drinkable.
Appearance: pale, clear with a decent head.
Aroma: Mainly apricots with some vinegar.
Taste: suor, a little bit sweet, apricots and some vinegar with really weak lambic notes.
De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. En cena de Nochebuena, con solomillo con pasas + gambas. De lo mejor que he probado de esta gente, de la que no soy muy fan la verdad. En esta al menos el suave toque a albaricoques logra contener la acidez y hace que resulte fácil de beber. No obstante, muy cara para lo que ofrece blancas + jamón + queso de oveja.
Copa en Beer Corner, Zaragoza. Celebrando en 5 Aniversario. Grifo número 6. Color anaranjado, espuma abundante. Aromas intensos a frutas de hueso, granja, cuero. En boca es ácida, asidrada pero con notas afrutadas marcadas, albaricoques, manzanas, vinagre. Muy bebible.
On tap @ Stadin Panimobaari. This version was Fou'Foune 2020 with 6% abv. Hazy yellow beer with stable head. Aroma is very good with belgium yeast and apple. Flavor is very sour with apple mainly. Too sour for me, though.
Pomarańczowe, równomiernie zmętnione. W aromacie brzoskwinie, morele, nieco cytrusów. W smaku wyraźnie kwaśne ale nie idące w kapustę. Dzikość, stajnia, nieco skóry. Rewelacja.
Pomarańczowe, ładnie zmętnione. W zapachu od razu uderza słodka morela, nektaryna z jogurtowymi nutami i skórą w tle. W smaku miks kwaśnego, choć bardzo dobrze ułożonego lambika ze słodyczą dojrzałej moreli. Są taniny, skórka brzoskwini z pestką. Dzikość i skóra także wyczuwalne. Świetny balans między owocowym dodatkiem a podstawą lambika. Klasa
Wypite lane 0,3 litra na Zwanze Day 2020 w Browariat w Katowicach w dniu 26.09.2020. Cudowne piwo, obłędnie morelowe.
Adding in my 300 Beers To Try ticks because I want to see how they impact my stats and some of them I will never see again. Will however re-rate them when practical. CASK & Kitchen. This one is slightly problematic in that I do not like apricot which kinda ruins proceedings.

0.75 l bottle from 'Rudat', 6% abv, bottled in September 2017, cellared for over two-and-a-half years. Clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable white head. Sourish, quite funky and gently fruity aroma of ripe lemon, white pepper, horse blanket, some oak and a touch of apricot when it warms up. Quite sour, rather funky, gently fruity taste of ripe lemon, rhubarb, horse blanket and oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart, very woody-dry and quite funky finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Intense but also nicely balanced Lambic. Don't really get the apricot, does it fade so quickly?! Tastes like a classic Oude Gueze now.

Bottle from K&L in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is dried apricots, beautiful funk, white pepper? Taste is tart and dried apricots, bright and funky somehow. Straightforward but so soulful!
750ml bottle at the We Brought Beer, Balham. Cloudy orange. Aroma of musty fruit, mango, apricot, bret and straw. The apricot really comes through in the linger.

Pours opaque dark apricot with a nice ivory head. Aroma features tart and sweet tropical and citrus fruit plus crisp raw malt. Flavor offers sharply taet tropical, pomme and citrus with raw malt. Texture provides good body and fizz with a tart fruity finish. Cantillon-y.
