4.3 Hazy dark red with a thin pink head that dilapidates quickly. Cherry aroma. Nicely sour, taste is cherry, some spice, distant ginger bread.
3.8 Bardzo wyraźnie kwaskowe, wyraźnie dzikie, wiśniowe, orzeźwiające. Bardzo dobre.
3.8 Glass from a bottle, at the brewery. Pours opaque dark red, with close to no foam. Aroma is of cherries and wild strawberries. Body is slightly thin, with average carbonation. Medium astringency. Taste is medium-high sour, with just a little underlying sweetness. Final is average in length.
2.5 2018 bottle. Blood red with a fleeting, fizzing head. Aroma of oak, cherries and balsamico. Taste is tart up front, quickly turning intensely sour. Finishes with lingering sour cherries and an odd hint of black olives. Medium bodied, dry, with a rich smooth feel. Love the aroma and the texture, but this much vinegar? Too intense and not even particularly refreshing. Goes down a bit like an unfinished marinade. No thanks.
4.2 37,5cl Bottle @ La Buena Cerveza, Madrid, Spain. Dark red colour with a thin pink head. Aroma is cherries. Taste is cherries, tart, hints of vinegar. Medium body, average carbonation.
4.3 Dark red, hazy colour, little pink head, aroma of funk and cherries. Taste is rather sour, cherries, funk, wood, intensive. Excellent
3.9 On tap at 100 pív. Pours dark reddish with thin white head. Obvious cherries, medium sourness, dry mouthfeel. Good thing.
3.9 Bottle. Scarlet color, clear, slightly pinkish foam. Aroma: sour, moderately wild, a little vinegar, rich sour cherries with sweetness. Sour taste, a bit sweet, varied cherries, a little wild, a little cherry liqueur, good!
4.2 hazy ruby colour, minimal pinkish head; aroma of sour cherry jam (or canned sour cherry), balsamic acid, some woody and earthy notes; taste is basically the same with some bitterness; excellent one!
3.8 37,5 cl fles.
4.1 Aroma; cherries, apples, fruit acids, wine, vanilla wooden malt. Look; off pink head, on misty ruby body. Taste; red wine, cherries, green apples, vanilla sherry, gooseberries, fruit acids, almond oil, farm, nut, wood, and finishes lingering. Feel; good smooth body and natural co². Overall; belgian belgian. [bottle 375ml, 17€, B@Vinmonopolet, T@apartment of PivotekaH7]
4.5 Cherry fruity nose. Tart, cherries abd a fruity, sour-vineous taste. Classic, no nonsense.
4.0 W aromacie dzikie nuty, lekko różane. W smaku kwaśne, dzikie, wyraziste, mocno nasycone. Bardzo urozmaicone, wyraziste. Może nieco zbyt idące w wino. Mocno kwaśne.
3.6 Found out of bottle from Alkopunkt in Rybnik, Poland. Pours a dark purple with minimal foam. Aged 3 years and 5 months. Sour aroma. Hint of fruit aroma. Really tart.
4.3 Pours Ribena red with white top Nose is sour cherry, acid, wood and forest berries. Taste is red currant, red cherry, cherry stone, sourness from green apple, wet oak with a tart finish. Enjoyed with rhubarb pie
4.0 4 months old bottle. Beatiful hazy red color with foamy pink head. Aroma of fresh cherries, sour, acid and wood. Taste is tart but not too much, combined with cherries, little sour. Finishes dry and woody. Light body, acidic carbonation. Well balanced, not too acidic lambic
4.2 From the 17/18 season, opened on a hot summer’s day 2 years later. Deep hazy cherry red colour with pink fizz on top. Gentle farmyard aroma. Smooth and unctuous body so that your mouth becomes slightly coated and the tart, juicy tingle grows as you drink down the glass. Strongly tart sour cherry flavour, not overly sweet. Perky fizz at the back of the tongue. Great summer beer
4.2 375ml bottle (2020 vintage) online from Drikbeer DK. Pours lightly hazed cherry red with a pink white head. Aroma: tart sour cherries with a smidge of funk. Taste: fresh, more light tart sour cherries along with that almondy marzipan note from cherry pits. Medium body, fizzy carbonation, dry fruity finish. Such a superb beer fresh!
Piwo słabo pijalne, do degustowania. Podsumowanie: Klasa.
3.9 Pours red with medium rouge head. Cherries, barnyard, nice sour taste. Medium body and average carbonation.
3.8 From bottle to glass. fresh ripe cherry. Faint must in the background. Slightly hazy burgundy with rose head that lingers as a collar. Flavor is bing cherry. Effervescent. Slight tart.
Jolie mousse. Très belle expérience
3.8 W aromacie wiśnie, pestki, wanilia, lekko dzikie. Barwa różowa, piana średnia. W smaku mocno kwaśne, wiśniowe. Na finiszu lekko dzikie. Wytrawny, bardzo przyjemny kriek.
4.1 [Tasting - Beder] [Vintage - 2019] Aroma: Dominating sour cherries, lemon, grapefruit and apples Appearance: Light red with a small fast disappearing head Taste: Mild sweetness and moderately acidic, grapefruit, lemon, apples and dominating sour cherries Mouthfeel: Watery-oily texture with moderate carbonation Overall: Refreshing cherry lambic :) [Bruxelles, Brasserie Cantillon] [Vintage 2022] Aroma: Huge marzipan and dark cherries, funky, nutty, cherry candy and forest berries Appearance: Ruby red with a small slowly disappearing pink head Taste: Mildly sweet and moderately acidic, marzipan, dark cherries, sour cherries and slightly funky Mouthfeel: Watery texture with mild carbonation Overall: Awesome fruit character and complexity! A bit better on the nose than the palate ☺️ [New score - 9, 4, 8, 4, 16 - 4.1]
3.8 nice oriel from cantillon a bit way to sour and tart but overall great beer
