4.1 Bottle. Aroma of light funk with grapes, rosé like, some red berries. Clear red with white head. Taste is light sour, dry, grape, rose, light farmhouse. Light body, oily feel and red grape finish.

4.2 From a bottle and on draft once times while on 2019 Never to be Topped (challenge to forever do better) Belgium trip with Ian, Jason and James. Believe the bottles we had were both batch 2 and 3. Loved the fact that this was more funk then sour up front, red grape musk with mild cherry and maybe raspberry, light oak, moderate body and carbonation, another easy to drink and savour bottle that really benefited from some time in the glass to open up and it became more complex and interesting.
4.5 2017 bottle, pours a deep cherry red aroma of cherries and red wine. Palate is soft, dry and clean. Moderate acidity, with tart cherries and pepper.
4.0 Murky red. Aroma is cherry, red/black currant, some grapes, slight funk, some pudding. Taste is harsh champagne flavour, with some berries fruit and leathery juice. Pepper finish. Very complex and dry. Quite fruity and sour. Nice
4.4 Thanks Shu for sharing! Taster showing tomato with a finger of pink tinged foam. The nose shows intense notes of brett and sweet cherries. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Lightly tart with moderately intense notes of brett and vinous cherry with moderately intense tannic astringency. Very clean and refreshing.

3.8 Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear bright burgundy colour, small head. Vinous tart nose. Tart and rather slender, rounded mouthfeel. Lemon, vanilla and grapes. Not the most complex Cantillon ever, but intense and tasty.
4.2 0.75 l bottle at Cantillon Brewery, shared with Christoffer and Simon. Cheers, thanks! Hazy ruby red with a pink tint, small off-white head. Distinct vinous peppery aroma, black grapes, light herbs. Very fine balance of fruity and vinous aromas, wonderful tannins in the finish. Very dry on the palate, wine-like sourness. Moderate finish, medium body, moderate carbonation. Lasting finish. Very rich, potent, even though it's not a very strong beer. Loved it.
3.7 Draft. Plum red pour. Two finger thick reddish white head. Light aroma of wine barrel. Masked by the smell of cigarette smoke in the air. Very light mouthfeel. I need to try this bottle conditioned. Red wine, grape skin, plum, blueberry.
4.3 Bottle, from the brewery. Poured a light reddish brown colour, with a modest white bubble. A very impressive beverage, melds the house funk nicely with a winery fruitiness, well balanced for bitterness in the finish. Superb.

4.3 750ml bottle @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Rossa, vivissima, limpida, schiuma bianco-rosata media, discretamente persistente.
Aroma of barnyard, raspberry, caramel and orange. Taste follows, with citrus, caramel, and apple, with vinous notes.
4.3 Deep purple color. Slightly hazy purple pink color. Kinda looks like raspberry and prune juice. Nice dry nose with nice grape and oak with firm tartness. Excellent fruit character on the palate. Biting tartness. The grapes really shine with excellent oak character. Excellent balance. Best Pinot sour I’ve had. Obviously I like the word excellent today.
