Bottle. Hazy red color with a thin frothy head. Sweet aroma of raspberry. Acidic, dry taste with a short bitter finish.
Bottle 0.75l at Cantillon, Brussels, Belgium. 25.08.2018. Bottle 2015. Pour it red pink color with small head. Aroma lots of raspberry juice, light dusty basement aroma. Taste smooth fruity sweet, woody, pinch of vanilla, lightly sour, light sweetness, perfectly balanced, full body, slick feel, lively, long finish.
750ml bottle (2015) at brewery. Pours red hazy colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, sweeter side, really mature raspberry. Taste is fruity, lots of sweet raspberry balances sourness very well. Tannin, raspberry seeds in aftertaste. Medium body, bit over average carbonation. Mellow, smooth complex lambic, nice
W aromacie mnóstwo malin, lekko taniczne, sporo brettów zarówno w smaku, nie ma dużo stajni. Kwaśne, lekko octowe, dojrzałe i lekko słodkie w tle. Na finiszu lekko słodkie i cierpkie. Fajny lambicz

La perfection existe ... je l’ai goûtée... millésime 2005... robe grenat encore vive, fine mousse légèrement crémeuse. Nez impressionnant par son fruit, sa fraîcheur, sa jeunesse, les notes de framboise a plein nez mais aussi le lambic, les notes acidulées. Le festival se poursuit en bouche, l’attaque est délicate mais concentrée, la bulle est fine et presque aérienne et là longueur est kilométrique avec un équilibre impressionnant. Un monument partagé entre amis que je ne suis pas prêt d’oublier. La bière parfaite
750 ml bottle at Lambiczoon, Milan, Italy. Label 2014. It pours dark pink/violet, with a small, pinkish, head. Aroma is so equilibrated. Cherry, strawberry, ripe fruits, dried fruits, lemon, lime, grass, earth. Tate is medium sour, light sweet. Well balanced. Body is light to medium, carbonation is fine. Delicious!
Bottle at brewery. Quintessence.event. Aroma of citrus hay barnyard raspberry and Wooden notes. Moderate zesty sour with lingering notes of raspberry.

Shared bottle at local tasting. Pours hazy deep reddish with a small head. Aroma of berries, oak and barrel. Taste is crisp cherries, meaty with notes of sweet candy, moreish.
0,5 flaske (2013-årgang) delt på RBHD-treff ombord på Fridtjofen, april-18: lett uklar rød med højt rosa skum. Sure kirsebær, bringebær, vanilje/eik og mandariner/clementiner. Superlekker synes jeg, selv om Asle Bjørn påpeker at den viser tegn til å være litt oksydert. Jeg kjenner ikke noe til det.
Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 12.04.18. 2013 vintage. Translucent red. Small white head. Excellent aroma and taste of sour raspberries, raspberry candy, sour cherries and brett. Superb!
Framboise 2013. Colore mattone tendente al violaceo con schiuma fine e compatta. Al naso trionfo di lampone. In bocca l'acidità importante riempie bene la bocca e rimane persistente sul tutto il palato. La birra è molto piena e ha una carbonazione importante. Finale asciutto molto persistente. Prodotto fantastico.
Is from 2013. On the nose raspberry syrup, fragolino or strawberry wine some wood and hints of old porto. In mouth is light bodied, very astringent more than sour, with a important carbonation that makes it super refreshing, the after taste is long and more soft and pleasant with a funny sweet final. Bottle share at Mon Petit Cafe Stuttgart. 2012 bottle. Aroma is funk and tart fruits, raspberries are not evident at first. Taste is rather strongly sour but beautiful, lots of tart fruit seeds, red wine, leather.
update: next up is 2009 bottle at the brewery. Breathtaking raspberries, very sour in multiple ways, well rounded, so intense.
Fresh, 2014: 8 4 9 3 16 Purple, pink lace. Farty fresh raspberry. Neon red, pink lace. Medium light dry body, fresh, light chalk. Bright raspberry, light strawberry. Acid finish.
2004. 8 3 8 2 15 Hazy amber, low head. Leather, sulphur raspberry aroma. Super dry, sour, raspberry. Raspberry sourness on the palate. Citric acid, quite acidic. dust, light cork.
2014: Ruby with medium pink head. Aroma is raspberry, raspberry marmelade, raspberry leaves, raspberry all the way. Taste is sour raspberry, some sweet grape sugar. Very drinkable. Very refreshing.
2004: Less ruby, more brown. Aroma is raspberry jam, vanilla, maybe some caramel. Taste is more sour. Medium drinkable. Points are for 2014.

Aroma is huge, raspberry jam, little funk, barnyard, honey, burnt rubber, wet cellar.
Taste is raspberry all over, so fresh, hay, funky, sour finish
Bottle, at the brewery. 2014. Deep, cherry red. Soft haze. Ring of pink foam. Nose has raspberry purée and raspberry jam. Vanilla. Some clean, woody notes. Light funk. Taste is light, fresh raspberry sweet and tart. Super clean, refreshing mouthfeel. Gets dry and dusty. Crisp, sharp raspberry to finish. Lovely.
2014 bottle shared at the brewery. Pours a dark, purplish-red color, with a small, cream colored, bubbly head. The nose is assertive, fresh raspberries, caramel, salt, bread, and yogurt. The flavor is sweet and fruity, and nicely tart. Light to medium body, with an acidic, crisp mouthfeel. Enjoyable, fresh fruity flavors, with excellent balance. Just wonderful.

Aroma is heavy framboise, raspberry marmelade. Taste is sharp as a knife. Sourish raspberries. Puckering palate. Just had two sips so I'll try it again to re-rate.

The same as previous now only some more yoghurt in the taste and yes still very complex and very tasty.

Pours a hazy rusty red colour with a thin off-white head. Nose is all raspberries with sourness. Flavour is funky, medium sourness, raspberries, light amount of oak, with a tangy tannin finish. Delicious raspberry character through and through.
750ml bottle at Alex's (thx, Farees!). Vintage 2011, bottled on 2014-04-28. Pours a rose-ish golden with a tan head. Aroma is lots of raspberry and some usual for Cantillon Framboise car exausts notes, much more of raspberries than in regular RdG. Taste is quite sour and dry with raspberries notes. Woody and cork aftertaste. Good, but not spectacular.
Bottle, 2014 vintage, at Cantillon (shared by some Intalian guys, thanks!). Pours red with pinkish head, Aroma is vanilla, oak, raspberries. Flavor is sour, dry, oak, raspberries, tannins. Finish has some vinegar and oaky dryness. Overall: very good, but LPK was a lot better.

(2014) Super raspberry like aroma (a bit less natural than in Kriek). Texture and color are just wonderful. The fruity part is a bit hidden in sour palette but overall it is a masterpiece.
