Geproefd bij en met Conny op 19 april 2020 van 75 cl fles. (Gekocht in brouwbar Cantillon 2014).
Wazig donkerblond bijna oranje met kleine witte kraag.
Aroma: vlierbloemen, houtig, zuur, granig-moutig. Medium body;
Smaak: vlierbloemen, brett, houtig, zuur, granig-moutig, fruitig. Droog.
Formidabel lekker, dorstlessend bij dit warme weer.
Zachte lambiek, duidelijke aanwezige vlierbloesem.

Draft 0.25l at Pasta Madre, Brussels, Belgium. 17.01.2020. Pour it light hazy golden color with small white head. Aroma nice floral, parfume, light vanilla. Taste perfectly floral balanced, light acidic taste, easy drinkable, harsh after taste. Really nice
Flaska från Cantillon, 2019. Relativt klar ljusguldig med vit krona. Pigg och fräsch med rejäla flädertoner på ytan. Fyllig med fin sötma från flädern som gifter sig med fräsch syrlighet. Mjuk och fin kropp, nästan oljig. Flädern blir stundom nästan lite skarp, men håller sig snyggt sådär precis på gränsen. Märks att det är en färsk flaska. Mycket gott.
Golden orange color, tiny white head. Berries nose, earthy notes, grapes. Sour taste, earthy, peach, grapes. Medium body, soft to flat carbonation.

Tap. Hazy amber color. Small size, white head, stays. Chilli, sour, salty, acidic in aroma/taste. Drinkable brew.
Bottle at brewery bar. Pours murky orange color. Aroma is first flowers/elderflower then some malts, tartness, fruitiness, hay. Medium tartness and mediumish body, taste is tart and fruity but heavily flowery as well, dryish long aftertaste leaving sour taste lingering in the mouth.

On tap @ Gist, Brussels. Pours hazy golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of hay, stone fruits and floral notes with elderflowers, as well as brett with wet grass musty fruits and farmhouse. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay and floral notes of elderflowers, as well as bretty notes of berries, musty fruits, grass and farmhouse, minerals and wooden notes.
Keg at moor vaults in London. Usual lambic aroma and notes with deep gold / urine colour. Taste of elderflowers and lambic. Decent (of course!!)

0.75 l bottle at Cantillon. Shared with Christoffer and Simon. Thanks, cheers! Hazy golden with an orange glow. Small off-white head. Surprisingly rich with elderflower, combines perfectly with dusty kind of woody yeasty funky aroma. Some fruit underneath. Acidity restrained in the aroma. Flavour is quite tart, yeasty, dusty, fruity vinous sourness in the finish, moderately lasting. Seems very fresh despite it's age. Some bitterness there coating the palate. Floral flavour persists. Unique.
Barwa miedziana, klarowna. Piana biała, średnio wysoka o niskiej trwałości, co nie znaczy, że topnieje w ekspresowym tempie.
Aromat wytrawny, kwaskowy o owocowym i kwiatowym kręgosłupie. Nuty kwiatowe, bez, są mimo wszystko delikatne, subtelne i mieszają się akcentami owocowymi i dzikimi, octowymi.
W smaku jest inaczej, tutaj rządzi czarny bez i drewno, to nuty owocowe są wyciszone, choć wciąż obecne. Dzikie drożdże przypominają o swojej obecności delikatną cierpkością, akcentami octowymi. Jest trochę mokrego paska, niedojrzałych owoców. Kwaśność jest na poziomie umiarkowanym Goryczka na finiszu, owocowo drewniana, może pestkowa.
Wysycenie wysokie, pełnia raczej średnia. Płyn ma gładką i miękką fakturę.
Turbid golden/amber beer with no/a slight off-white head. Medium aroma; taste starts medium sweet and ends slightly dry. Wood, elderflower, tart and citrus. 7/4/8/4

Hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma is elderflowers, funky and barnyard. Taste is Funk, cheese, leather, citrics and elderflowers. Smooth acidic sour finish.

Draught at Zum Fransiskaner Stockholm. Creamy medium head that lasts almost till the glas is empty. Opaque solid golden color. Big lactic aroma with a bit of ripe peaches. The taste is very nice, one of the best sour ales I have tried. Distinct acidity with a fresh fruity taste. One taste peach stones. Low bitterness and huge refreshing taste.

Nice cannot get much elderflower
Bottle at Cask Days 2018. Funky, but subdued. Floral, yet tart, with some wet hay, and light horse blanket, and lactic notes. Mouthfeel is lively, carb is more of the same. Tart, floral finish, light fruit, and cereals. Well balanced, very enjoyable.
Bottle 2018. Pours pale slightly hazy gold. Aroma is classic funky Cantillon. Taste is like the lambic, I dont get the elderflower much, but maybe it adds a little sweetness. Great.
Draft pour at Redlight for Zwanze Day 2018. Pours a hazy golden color and topped by a small off white head that quickly recedes to a thin film. The aroma shows notes of strong elderflower, spicy floral notes, black pepper, hay, and classic Cantillon barnyard funk over a soft pale malt base. The flavor follows and is again very floral and spicy with notes of elderflower, pepper, hay, grass, and that noticeable barnyard funk, leather, and slight tartness throughout. Medium bodied with ample carbonation that leads to a clean, spicy, floral and funky finish. Very interesting and very different frI’m the classic Cantillon stuff that is available.
Drucken på fat på Malmö Brygghus belgofestival. Djup lite söt och syrlig fläderdoft, citrus, vita vinbär, stall och fat. Ganska mjuk syra, en hel del citrus med en lätt beska i eftersmaken och så väl integrerad fläder. Mycket gott.
Sample at Bellwoods Witchstock 2018. There's a definite funkiness to this beer, and quite prominent floral notes.

Nie jestem lambikowcem; szanuję w tym piwie przytłumione bretty, bo nie daje oborą, szanuję poważną goryczkę i solidną wytrawność, ale nie ch. tego zachwycania nie kumam. Dzika świnia w krzakach bzu.
MBW in Tap. W aromacie bez, nieco ruminaku. W smaku cierpkość i bardzo umiarkowana kwasnosc. Ogólnie dość płytkie. Mało smaków.
Barwa złota, piwo przymglone.
Aromat intensywny, pięknie kwiatowy, bez na pierwszym planie, w tle nuty dzikie: wioska i nuty żółtych owoców. W smaku kwaśność cytrynowa, lekko cierpkie nuty ziołowe, bez w posmaku.
