Carlsberg Carls Special

Carlsberg Carls Special

2.2 Boks. Gylden farge. Moderat karbonert . Smaker gress, vann, lys malt. En grei lager
2.1 Watery. Bland. Boring. More flavor than a normal Carlsberg but this is just lipstick on a pig.
3.0 Carlsberg Carls special +++ Ale, halvmörk, lättdrucken och lätt rostad ton. Dracks i Danmark på semester i Rönnberg feriecenter
1.4 Draft. Amber coloured beer with a big white head. Aroma has caramel, malt and grains. Flavour is mainly sweet with caramel, malt, grains and metallic taste. Watery. Bland and boring.
2.0 Straight from the can. Nice and cold. Too drunk to notice anyrhing Else but a taste of beer, caramel and a bit of licqurice in the aftertaste. Not much flavour really.
2.3 Clear dark amber, offwhite head. Malty, slightly caramely aroma. Watery, malty flavour. Low bitterness, some more caramel towards finish.
2.3 How: Can. Where: Tasting 2015-12-11. Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma: Caramel, malt, hops. Body: Light body, medium carbonation. Flavour: Caramel, grass, malt.
2.1 Dark amber body with a white head. Moderately sweet aroma and taste with light bitterness. Weak malt flavour and some metallic notes. Increasingly bitter finish. Light body with watery mouthfeel and average carbonation. Overly sweet one-dimensional beer. Don’t bother.
2.6 Farven er kastanjebrun med en hvid skumkrone. Aromaen er sødlig karamel og chokolade medens smagen er karamel, malt og nødder.
2.7 Keg at Fingerbollet, CPH, 02/05/15. Rich chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is caramel, vanilla, grain, malty notes. Taste comprises caramel malt, toffee, light fruit notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.
2.5 Not much aroma, but caramel, fruity and slight toasty. Frothy white head, clear ruby liquid. Medium sweetness followed by light bitterness. Soft carbonation, creamy texture. Good regular beer.
3.2 Carls special har en mørk rødlig farve med fint skum. Øllen er god rund i smagen med smag af malt der afrundes af en bitterhed.
2.8 1st May 2015 Fingerbollet, Copenhagen. Keg. With Colin and Reubs. Clear amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Mild malts. A little dried fruits. Crisp finish. There isn’t that much here to get offended about, something of a fresh air beer.
2.6 Had this beer from bottle and tap many times. Nicely balanced and a step above the regular Carlsberg. Decent.
3.2 Enjoyed a pint of this beer in a plastic cup on tap at the main brewery in Copenhagen. The beer had a deep full amber-copper color with a large creamy-foamy white head with very good retention and excellent cling and lacing. The aroma had rich earthy and grainy hops notes along with some floral tones and lighter barley and caramel malt. The beer was mostly bitter with earthy and grainy flavors, but also had a modest caramel malt effect for balance. It was a fairly wet and creamy beer with a thicker somewhat watery mouthfeel and average carbonation.
2.2 Gylden brun klar med lavt beige skum. Lukter karamell, epler og honning. Lett. Vannete. Noe karamellsødme. Kort
1.9 As expected, it is a somewhat boring beer. Light aroma of caramel, malt and hops. Partly caramelized flavor which ends up in a fairly bitter finale. Certainly not convincing, but instead easy to drink.
2.7 Burk från skånekompis, tack Tomas! Svag brödig doft. Fin färg. Smakar inte mycket, fegt Carlsberg. Men funkar likväl i glada vänners sällskap.
1.9 Bottle, 330 ml in Copenhagen. Pours amber with off-white head. Caramel malty, metallic, dry. Thin bodied. Not good.
3.0 Lane w browarze Carlsberga w Kopenhadze. Ciemny kolor, w smaku delikatne, lekko palone. Dobre.
1.9 Draught @Hotel Ribe, Ribe. Pours brown colored with a lasting off white head. Oh no, sulphur in aroma, some caramel. Watery brew. Caramel, malt, toast. Thin body.
2.9 Burk från @thaalcoholic, tack! Kopparfärgad vätska med stort ljust skum. Doftar sött maltigt. Lättdrucken men med kraftig maltkänsla. Helt ok
3.0 Burk från broder MrHult, tack! Vacker rödbrun vätska med ett ganska tjockt smutsvitt skum. Doftar bröd och karamell. Söt karamell i smaken med en typisk maltbeska. Funkar!
3.0 Tap (at Carlsberg Brewery); pours clear amber with a white head; aroma of caramel, nuts, and malt; taste is light sweet with caramel and hints of malt and nuts; dry finish with light bitterness; thin but average
2.7 Not my fav of all Carlsbergs beers. But it’s worth a try. Like the aftertase of it.
2.0 Draught@Copenhagen Airport@approx. 6 degrees C. Pours beautiful copper-red with an off-white head. And that is about the most positive that can be said of this beer. I haven’t had one for years, and now I remember why. Very faint aroma of roasted malt and the same holds true for the taste. Hops hardly discernable. Quite highly carbonated. Waterey palate and again very faint, roasted malt, caramel aftertaste. Boring macro-product which lacks aroma and taste altogether, but easily drinkable i suppose.
3.4 A brown "Classic" lager with low head. Aroma is caramel, malty, roasted, light coffee, light chocolate. Taste is bitter.
3.2 On the Road to Kulhuse 20/9 2014. 50 cl. can from DøgnNetto. Yellow can with a bit of green and red. Winner of Carlsberg’s beer election in 1997 where it competed with 5 other beers. There was speculation about election fraud. Pours clear copper with a white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is medium intense with an odor of sweet malts mingling with a toasted scent. Toffee caramel and nuts. Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. A quite good Vienna with a solid malty backbone and nicely toasted.
2.8 0.33l can, a decent pilsner. Tastes really nice and smooth, moderate amount of bitterness.
