4.0 Pre-Arrogant sour festival@Au Trappiste - hazy pale orange beer with a moderate head retention; aroma of prunes and berries, light acetic; very tart, full-bodied and solidly sour; aftertaste of cobwebs, strawberries and vinegar
5.0 Anno 2015! Mostruosa!
4.2 Rocznik 2015. Zapach intensywny, słód, białe owoce, brzoskwinie, maliny, kurz, drewno. Kolor pomarańczowy, mętne. Piana średnio obfita, drobna, szybko znika, zdobi szkło. W smaku kwaśne, lekka słodycz, słód, owoce, maliny, wino, kwiaty, kurz, drewno, ocet. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie wysokie.
4.6 Tart and very fruity. Both balance each other out. Light appearance, aggressive flavor. Tried with Jess at Boulevardia in 2017.
4.1 Bottle. Aroma - wine, vinegar, fruity. Nice smooth sourness, great balance, alcohol well hidden, dry and light
4.0 Wow this is a great one. Surprisingly nice base (a bit of raspberries and apricot). Sour but in a noble and balanced way.
3.3 Thnx to the antwerp Untappd crew ! Pours unclear amber. Small white head. Smell is sharp, lactic sour, oak. Taste is sharp, lactic sour, astrigent, bit fruity ( a full, stone-fruity aroma, I'm guessing from the Apricots ) . Too lactic and straight up simple in it's sourness.
4.3 [9622-20170923] Bottle. Fruity raspberry soured berries aroma. Clear, bright orange body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Tart raspberries and creamy soured yeast flavour. Medium body is very sour. Delicious, great balance. (9/3/9/4/18) 4.3 (Zwanze Day 2017 @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, ON)
3.9 Draft at farmhouse tap and grill. Pours brown with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Big wood and fruit notes on the nose and tongue. Finished clean. Hides it's booze well. Nice.
3.9 Bottle at T&M's. Pours a hazy orange with a tiny white head. Quite tart with a light bitterness. Aromas of abricots and raspberries. Hints of fish bones. Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Long bitter finish with more berry notes.
4.6 2015. Tåkete oransje med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter plommer, aprikos, fersken og epler. Fyldig. Masse frukt, sur, sure bær og frukter, eddik. Lang sur avslutning.
4.2 Rami Rami is drinking a Noyaux by Cascade Brewing Company (USA) at Muzeum Azji i Pacyfiku 2015. Maliny nie czuc prawie. Czuc ciut octu. Sporo sianowatosci. Sporo jasnych owocow a la morele. Fajna, ciut sciagajaca, kwasnosc.
3.8 2017-09-23. Lightly hazy dark yellow body modest off white head. 3+ Aroma has nice fruity raspberry character up front. Undertones of raspberry leaf. 7+ Flavour is similar, tart and fruity raspberry character. Light acidity grows in the finish and as the glass goes on. 7++ Average bodied palate, soft carbonation. 3+ 7/3/7-8+/3/17 2015 Bottle sample. Zwanze Day at Volo, Toronto.
1.4 Pothouse, Tallinn (2:3:2:2:5=1.4) Disgustingly sour vinegarry aroma and taste. Fucking horrific. Why?!?! (anna. Tiny bit of apricot in the aroma can't save this. Vinegary and acidic.)
3.3 750ml bottle, thanks FatPhil. Pours hazy orange colour, white head. Aroma is sour, vinegary, berries. Taste is sour, vinegary, raspberry. Medium bodied, average carbo. Drinkable sour, but ridiciculously overpriced.

2.5 750ml bottle shared by Phil, thanks! Dark amber beer, small white head. Nose is fruity and tart, vinegar and oak. Flavor is vinegar, tartness, red berries, wood and lactic notes. Damn that's a lot of vinegar.
4.0 At brewery. Crisp clean not overpowering sour. Nose very fruity. An enjoyable beer. It and bourbonic plague are best. Thin with head.

3.8 Happy to finally get to try this. Incredibly sour and tart, nice mix of dried apricots and raspberry seeds, oak, vinegar and malt. Low carbonation and moderate body. Dry and acidic, dirty copper with no head.
3.5 Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver Beautiful red mahogany color. There’s a liquor in the Alps called "nocino" (based on green walnuts), the aroma and the flavor remind me a bit of that one, but without the intensity; there seem to be a lot of raspberry, providing some woody character, tannins, and final astringency. Compared to the other Cascade beers I tried tonight, this one starts having some complexity, but still no depth.
