3.8 Bottle, shared at Foeders. Forgot to check which year, but it was 10.1% ABV. Hazy deep golden color. White-ish head with little retention. Aroma's: sourish and woody. Retronasal: sour, woody, light sweet, dry/tart. Flavor is sour, woody, light bitter. Medium bodied. Long finish, tart, dry. I still find it a bit weird, these stronger sours, but somehow it works.

4.0 Bottle @ Drugie DNO, Warsaw May 2018. Unclear golden orange body with a small. Lacing white head. Delicate aroma of fruit and sour berries, grapes, mild wood and light funky. Flavor has a high complexity of fruit, berries, grapes, wood and mild funk/Brett. It’s kind of sweet and sour with not to much in any direction. Quite gentle actually, but very balanced and tasty. Just love it.

3.6 Bottle at pilsnertests. MASSIVE gusher. Half the bottle on the grass. Hazy orange with a white fizz. White grape aroma with a bit of funk and oak. Taste is very similar with white grapes, oak, light funk. Semi sweet with a strange leather finish.
3.4 Well, this one is pretty much as advertised, a sour beer with heavy white wine notes. Not bad, but kinda an oily mouthfeel that I’m not a big fan of.

3.1 Bottle shared @Pułapka, Gdańsk Minimal lacquer, some delicate scent of human feces, champagne. Nicely sour but also a bit sweet
4.1 2013 Bottle The Seventh Beer of my #6000 celebration, which so happens to be the centre beer at #6000 itself...finally! Quite difficult to get the cork to get moving, but once it got a bit of a gap near the top, it opened fairly easily. Pours completely clear with a touch of a copper coloured body, but fairly peach and orange-ish with a thin off-white head that fades just as quickly as soda and doesn’t leave any sort of lace at all - large bubbles as well that fade to nothing. Aroma of gueuze, light malt, grass, yeast, white grape juice, more yeast and a sour, spontaneous fermentation smell that just screams funky sourness, just like the best gueuze from Belgium. Light to Medium-bodied; Funky sour flavours at first with green apples, pears, apricots and peaches, passionfruit and a light dose of guava as well, but the malt comes through a touch near the end, but this is funky and showing the must and dry oak throughout. Complex wild and funky flavours at first with the deep sour funk all pungent throughout along with the dry oak and sweetness that would show through after a long time in a wooden barrel. Aftertaste is funky, but the spontaneous fermentation and complexity with flavours around the spectrum makes this a very nice beer through and through and makes this a welcome and US-brewed alternative for a real, unblended gueuze from Belgium. Overall, great to finally sample, and despite the ho-hum appearance and unflattering trip to the glass, this beer is really good and makes me long for another trip to the brewpub and samples right from the barrels. I sampled this 75 cL corked and caged bottle, purchased from Supermarket Liqours in Fort Collins, Colorado on 17-March-2016 for US$19,99 sampled almost exactly a year later on 18-March-2017. 2013 Edition (9,3% abv) // Purchased: 17-March-2016 // Sampled: 18-March-2017

3.8 Rami Rami is drinking The Vine by Cascade Brewing Company (USA) Bardzo spoko owocowo bretowe, winne, bez nuty przewodniej ale fajnie zlozone. Az mi pokalik w rekach strzelil...
4.1 Butelka w brewdog. Lekko kwasne, mocno owocowe, winne. W smaku lekka slodycz z winnym akcentem. Bardzo lekkie pomimo wysokiego woltaz (10,1%). Fajne
4.2 On tap in Minneapolis (MN) I was trying to drink local at the RePublic but it is hard to pass an opportunity to try such a great beer without having to drop $30+ for a 750 ml bottle. I can only hope that more situations like that arise in the future. If you like big bold West Coast sours this one will be right up your alley. Aroma / Appearance - A semitransparent coppery body glimmers with a faint head. Balanced and dry, the nose nibbles at the senses. The lemony core ties together the sourness of funky wine. Flavor / Palate - Raspberries, lemon custard, and tart acidity scour the palate clean. The foundation, composed of vinegary cider, adds a nice depth that improves everything else. I doubt I would ever spring for a full bottle given my current budget but if friends wanted to split one I would not hesitate. This represents the full potential of the American wild ale movement.
