3.7 Wazig amberkleurig bier met grote ecru kleurige schuimkraag. Geur: moutzoet, karamel, gist, vleugje fruit. Smaak: licht bitter, wat karamel, wat biscuit, licht fruitig. Goede koolzuurprikkel.
2.9 Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is bready malt, yeast, spicy notes, caramel, hint of ripe fruits, with a touch of candy sugar. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Okay-ish, not very exciting.
3.1 .33l bottle, highly under pressure :’). Pour is hazy darkgold to orange. Head is thick and creamy, lasts for a decent time. Nose is slightly sour, which is probably caused by the hop. I also smell fruit; orange and banana. Taste is quite sweet with lengthy bitter aftertaste. Hints of barley malt, citrus zest, candy sugar, walnut. Body is quite thick, carbonation is strong and mouthfeel is pleasant. Overall good but not great.
3.5 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy orangey yellow with a medium to big white head and an aroma of toffee, sweet malts, bitter hoppyness, banana, fresh fruits and lime. The taste is medium sweet with a high carbonation and a pretty long lasting bitter finish
3.5 Grosse mousse persistante. Plutôt vert et léger. Un peu aqueux. Quelques épices. Finale courte. Agréable sans être transcendante.
3.2 [Take care: while opening, the spon with iron clip popped off the bottle.] Shared bottle; amber colour with off-white head. Aroma malty and sweet, fruity, caramel. Taste medium sweet, nearly with a sense of marzipan. OK but not quite special.
3.5 Botella 33 cl. De el c. Ingles Oviedo. Colección (r240) tomada en junio 2012. Fcpref fin 2013. Buena sorpresa en su momento. No está mal, para repetir.
3.2 Bottle. Big big creamy head, dark amber color. Moderate malty and alcohol flavour. Light bitterness and medium sweetness. Good but not great, far from a cheaper and easy finding Kwak
3.4 Bottle. 8.0%. Best before 02.18. Pours a hazy, bit murky, amber with a big, off-white head. Good lacing. Sweet, (dried) fruity, yeasty aroma. The fruity note turns a bit overripe as it warms. Light malt in the background. Same flavour. Dryish, mild to medium bitter finish with a spicy hint and a light tart note. Overall pretty decent; not very complex, but well-balanced. 07.05.16.
3.2 Bottle from Cash Flandres Artois, Bruay - FR. Color: clear amber beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: caramel malt, toffee and caramel with alcohol notes. Taste: medium body with caramel malt, really sweet candy notes. Good attenuation with alcohol finish.
2.5 Bottle from Belgium. The beer has got a cloudy amber colour with a steady head and medium to smooth body. Aroma of Belgian yeast and caramel. Taste of Belgian yeats, malt, wheat, hops, caramel and bread. Sweet-yeasty finish with dusty hints.
3.3 Bottle with the Belgrade Boys at Halloween tasting. Thanks Alberto for saving this one ;) Light cola brown. Gushing tan head. Rich sweet grain, some soft licorice. Pleasantly oxidized. Lovely.
2.6 33 cl bottle at home. Pours golden with big white head. Aroma: malty, cereal, musty, raisins. Taste: medium to high sweetness with low bitterness. Finish is yeasty. Notes of spices and tea. Texture is slick. Carbonation is soft. The colour doesn’t match the name.
2.7 Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden in color and with a dense, off-white head. Grains, caramel, some fruityness and white sugar in the aroma. The flavor is rather grainy on the nose, with some strawberry hints, white sugar, generic fruityness and a bitterness. Hints of alcohol and grains. Full body and a pleasant carbonation. Long finish. Certainly not my kind of beer. 151231
2.8 Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer Pours slightly hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits, alcohol and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm, fruity and caramel finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

2.5 Bottle. Pours a clear amber with big white head. Aroma is of caramel and syrup. Taste is sweet. Palate is medium. Overall OK.
3.2 Amber colour, big head. Fruity, malty and yeasty. Medium sweetness, low bitterness. Refreshening, earthy, can believe this really is a "living" beer as advertised on the label.
3.0 Colour amber, Taste sweet sugar, caramel and yeast with sourness and alcool. Bitter finish. OK, but nothing special.
