Cervoise Lancelot
Traditional Gaulish beer, on yeast, unfiltered an unpasteurized, at 6% alc. Produced on malted barley, it is aromatized with seven different plants an a touch of honey, which give this beer an exceptional aroma. Serve this luminous amber beer at between 8 and 12 deg. C, in a wide glass (or a drinking horn) and remember to let yeast fall to the bottom of the bottle. Do not drink more than two or three glasses of Cervoise at a time, and the sky won't fall on your head, in the name of Toutatis!

Copper colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of spicy notes. Very well made but I'm not a fan of the spicing.
Wow - what an interesting unfiltered beer. I really enjoyed this and am flabbergasted at the feat of this smaller brewery. Hits the mark in the middle.

A little honey on the nose, fruity but with a little spice. Quite malty but pretty decent. A7 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.3
33cl bottle purchased @ Casino. Bière assez légère, aromatisation déséquilibrée.
Couleur brune ambrée, légère mousse. Nez fruité, sucré, herbes aromatiques. Gout sucré, herbes aromatiques et florales, avec malt et note de caramel et miel. Bon corps. Fin sucrée avec légères épices. Pas mal comme bière, mais pour moi trop sur le coté sucré et pas assez subtil sur le coté floral et epices.
Blonde vénitienne / ambrée, légèrement troublée, avec de la levure en suspension, surmontée d’une fine mousse ivoire. Nez principalement sur les agrumes, citron, citron vert, orange... Notes d’aromates et d’épices (citronnelle, coriandre...). Un petit côté artificiel qui rappelle cette pseudo-bière qu’est la Desperado... La carbonatation est moyenne, l’alcool léger. Le goût est intriguant, on retrouve les notes de plantes et d’aromates qui font le charme principal et l’originalité de cette bière. Les malts sont très légers, la texture un peu sur l’eau, pas assez de rondeur. Il manque un petit quelque chose. De plus, l’amertume est assez faible, donc on ne se rattrape pas sur les houblons. Bière qui est loin des standards en terme de style, mais qui pourrait être plus travaillée. Final sur les levures et un petit côté champignonneux loin d’être désagréable. Bonne bière de soif originale, mais pas assez de qualité pour en faire une bonne bière de dégustation. Bouteille 33cl, V&B Grenoble.
Bottle at Camping Kost-Ar-Moor. Slightly hazy amber with quick diminishing head. Sweet malts, cloves, verveine, anice, herbs, sea water, honey, lemon peel. Under medium sweet, light lemony zest, faint saltiness, light grassy bitterness. Under medium body, about average / a bit sharp carbonation.

Pours a dark amber with a thin white head. The honey comes through on the aroma. Sweet taste but not too sweet.
-1an DLM : Bière ambrée avec belle mousse qui ne tient pas. Arôme sur le malt et les épices. Final très clairement sur les épices (comme la Fischer ambrée en moins sucrée mais plus aqueuse). Mais aussi un peu de feuillus type Bière ambrée de Brie. Bonne bière, dommage ce côté aqueux en final qui laisse une sensation de bière beaucoup trop légère.
Bottle from somewhere in France. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, some citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light sweet honey malt, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
Pours a bright white head. Aromas of citrus and lemongrass. Orange colored body. Very complex and pleasant taste, light malts, green and yellow fruits. Thick and balanced.
33cl Flasche. Kastanienfarbenes Bier, wenig Schaum. Malz und Kräuter Duft. Leicht fruchtige Säure im Geschmack. Abgang sehr kräuterig und nach Gewürzen.

Botella, BBD: 19/02/17. Color ámbar, Aroma maltoso cítrico, sabor dulce. Cuerpo medio.
Servie dans un verre large comme demandé (St Feuillen). Ambrée, léger voile de mousse, notes de miel et de végétaux (promesse tenue!), fruitée mais juste assez. Très agréable.
Une jolie mousse épaisse, très fines bulles, couleur rousse ambrée, au nez le malt est puissant. En bouche c’est une saveur sucrée, épicée. Pas assez longue, il manque une petite finition, cependant une belle bière bretonne.. 33 Cl Comptoir Irlandais
Clear amber with a very thin and frothy head. Spices, caramel. Medium to low sweetness, a little sour, low bitterness. Low carbonation, watery. I’d rather have herbal tea if I needed herbs.
Bonito color ambar. Casi opaca.Dos dedos de espuma color ocre, muy duradera. Algunos posos. Aroma herbal y cítrica. Muy agradable en boca, y sabrosa. Base y predominio malteado, rico. Compleja con mucha presencia de lúpulo también. Equilibrada. Herbal y especiada. Menta. Final seco, agradable. Notable.

Limpide, ambrée aux reflets roux et à la mousse fine, tout petit col, blanc-cassé.
Arômes inhabituelles : absence d’houblons, présence de nombreux épices.Au nez : coriandre, cannelle, girofle, poivre.
Bouche mi ronde mi sèche, parfum de fleurs et d’épices.Très délicat.Peu de fin de bouche toutefois.

Bottle @ home - Color: clear amber beer with small carbonation and small white foam. Smell: spicy notes, coriander presence. Malt finish. Taste: spicy domination, small tomato notes with coriander. Very strange taste... Aftertaste: malt and caramel finish.

Pours a brown and opaque colour with fluffy head which settles over time leaving some lacing. Aroma is boiled sweets, spicey, malt and a definite Belgian style yeast with stewed fruit as well. Quite a lot going on there! Taste is surprisingly mild, low sweetness when I was expecting something syrupy, medium bitter and quite "savoury" tasting, not a whole lot going on on the finish althouh pleasant enough, rather earthy on the finish which I found pleasing. A little watery in texture although noticably carbonted. Overall this is pretty nice, certainly above average and an enjoyable gift!

A: Pours a hazy amber color forming a medium bubbled yellow head. Medium retention and some lacings left
S: Sweet and spicy in the nose. Notes of caramel malts, honey, herbs, candy sugar. Yeasts are bready and kind of Belgian. Light notes of flowery hops
T: Sweet malts upfront with notes of candy sugar, caramel, honey and herbs. In overall, a sweet beer with practically no hops bitterness. Bready yeasts
M: Medium body and carbonation. Sweet grains and spicy aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Quite sweet and spicy but not overwhelming. Pleasant beer from my favourite French brewery so far

Botella de 75 cl, adquirida en Secrets d’Apiculteur, en Lyon. Color ambar. Sabor a levadura, dulce, ligeramente especiado, muy ligeramente a miel.
33 click bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with full off white head. Aroma of alcohol, honey and nutmeg. Taste is slightly sweet, but well balanced. Palate is silky and smooth. Overall good beer.
Part of a pack from a French supermarket. Pours amber with a fairly decent cream head. The taste is hop spice over a caramel base. Generally a bit thin and bitter. OK
malty amber beer, candy sugar, some apricots. Not a bad Belgium style beer, but fairly forgettable
