2.2 Bottle 25cl / Botella 25cl. @ Cerveceria Internacional, Sevilla, España. A: Golden / Dorado. T/S: Peach, sweet / Melocoton, dulce.
2.1 0.25l bottle. Hazy golden body, immediately disappearing white head. Huge artificial peach note in the aroma with some lemon juice and sugary bread. Peach syrup taste with some lemon juice and eldelflower. Very sweet. Not my kind of beer.
2.8 Bottle. Pours a clear gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong peach and candy. Thin mouth, tart peach, wheat, decent.
1.8 Bottle shared during RBWG 2016 - many thanks to Colin. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. The nose has some varnish and odd artificial fruit notes. Grossly sweet flavor, syrupy, lightly salty, some vague peach. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Syrupy finish with some plastic, sugar, lemon. Tough to drink.
3.1 Bottle - Light funk and some grains. Clear gold with a rich white head. A bit on the sweet side, with a touch of funk but no sourness and little peach.
1.2 375 ml corked and caged bottle. Pours a golden yellow color with a disappearing head. Sweet peach nose. Flavor is sweet peach, like liquid peach fruit Roll Ups. Tart finish.
2.8 Aroma - sweet and peachy. Appearance - clean amber with a thin white ring of head. Taste - is peach, sweet, and fruity. Palate - thin body, light texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. Enjoyable for the taste, but treading the line of beer.
2.0 Aroma a funky combo of peach and schnapps. Hazy yellow. Tart, bubbily, peach liquor. Sweet, tangy, with the same flavor you’d expect from peach moonshine. For its low alc content I have to say Im a bit stunned at how boozy it tastes. Not something I’ll drink again.
2.9 Poured from clear golden color, medium white head. Light spicy peach aroma. Medium body with a strong peach and bread flavor and a strong sweet finish.
3.3 12.7 oz bottle as De Troch Peche Lambic poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Clear bright golden yellow with 1.5 fingers of off-white head. Aromas of light funk, peaches, apple juice, a little champagne-like note. Tastes of peaches, apple juice, light tartness. Medium-light body with a semi-dry finish. Peaches dominate, not too sour.
2.0 375ml bottle. Just another sickly sweet fruit lambic, sweet peach syrup, all you need to know. Rebranded as De Troch.
3.0 Bottle @ WWT IV, small sample. Slight hazy yellow color, short head. Aroma of peach, slight tart, bit sweet. Quite sour in taste, bit fruity sweetness. Preferred this over the framboise actually.
1.3 Sample at WWT IV courtesy of Kermis thin head. Hazy light blond pour. Way too sweet. Crap.
1.3 Bottle @ WWT IV, courtesy of kermis. Why... why why!! Pours a cloudy orange beer with a small white head on top. Aroma is chemical, artificial peach, fake sugar. Flavor is articital sweetness, very light sourness detected. Fruity, just as artificial as Nikci Minaj...
0.9 Bottle shared. Pours light cloudy golden with a ring white head. Aroma is sickly chemical nastiness with old rank fruits and sweetened garbage. Flavor is fairly heavy sweet. Over light bodied with soft carbobation.
1.4 Bottle at WWT tasting thanks to Kermis. Slight hazy golden with minimal white head. Unfermented wort, sour milk, sugary, rotten oranges. Sweet with some sourness underneath. Medium bodied. Yuck, doesn’t even taste like fruit.
2.7 Bottle in a train in Belgium. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and butter with acidic notes. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel and butter with acidic notes. Fruity finish.
2.6 12.7oz bottle 3/13/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-40° in Tumbler-Pours a hazy golden with a small head. Aroma of peaches. Taste of peaches and sweetness. This light bodied brew is a nice tasting lambi but maybe a bit too syrupy.
3.1 *Old rating, best before 17/04/14. Schönes (leicht parfümiertes) Pfirsicharoma auf säuerlich-holzigem Bier. Lecker, frisch, etwas parfümiert aber lecker.
2.6 31/XII/14 - 25cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ holiday - BB: 28/VIII/16 (2014-1570) Clear pale orange beer, no head, just some big bubbles. Aroma: lots of lambic smell, slightly sweet, fruity. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very sweet, sugary, peach touch, candy. Aftertaste: sugary, sweet, peach candy, peach flavoured ice tea. It’s ok, but not great.
2.7 Bottle shared with the wife. Dirty golden pour with tiny lacings. Syrupy, peaches, sugar and more syrup. A bit too sweet.
1.0 duft: æblejuice. sød. græs. smag: smager ikke af meget, smager mere af æblejuice ind øl
2.6 Pours clear golden with a really no head. Aroma is sweet and peach. Taste is peach and yeast.
4.3 Sampled from a 12.7 oz corked green bottle this beer poured a hazy bright peach-amber color with a large creamy-soapy orange-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was tart and sweet with a strong peach jam presence and a bit of peach pit. The flavor was tangy tart and sweet with peach jam a bit of funk, sugar and yeast. Very long finish of sugar and peach jam. Moderately full bodied. Lovely.
2.5 Classic example of the ’pêche’ genre, artificial and sweet lambics flavored with peach. Off-white, thin head, dirty blonde colour. Aroma dominated by peach juice and sugar as expected, vague citrussy sourishness, taste cloyingly sweet, bit thin, with still a subtle hint of earthy, mellow, very faintly funky lambic in the background. Never liked pêche at all and this is no exception, but it is certainly not worse than the other members of its species.
2.2 Hier ben ik niet zo’n fan van, smaakt te kunstmatig. Dan hebben ze lekkerdere bieren in hun assortiment.
2.4 Donker geel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is fris zoet/zuur met lambiek stijl. Niet helemaal mijn ding maar goed te drinken als het warm is. Etiket is inmiddels gewijzigd.
3.2 250ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Nice lacing. Light ripe peach aromas. Taste is sweet, more peach, quite a lot going on compared to the others! Not bad.
2.9 25cl bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy yellow-orange, some head which disappears quite quickly. Nose - fusty ripe peach, like it’s starting to rot. Taste - honey and overripe peach even lemon curd. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a sweet cloying finish. Overall - it is in some ways a bit more interesting than the others.
