330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, notes of apricot jelly, herbal spicy overtones of sage and mint, whiffs of thin floral honey; later a peppery spicy touch of coriander and mustard seed on top. Taste is minimally metallic, bitter hoppy, pale malty and slightly yeasty spicy, minimally yeasty fruity, diluted hints of floral honey, mint, sage, some coriander and mustard seed, cautious biscuity malty basis with low residual sweetness.
Minimally oily, watery texture, rather dry palate, fine, prickly carbonation.
Surprisingly bitter hoppy, rather metallic, nice herbal and spicy aspects, very restricted fruitiness - meh.
The booze comes through for sure. But it’s quite good with the yeast driven bubblegum flavour. Only a month before expiration it could be fresher, but it’s not badly oxidized. Online beerwulf

It has a really nice taste and it doesn't feel that alcoholic at all. It is a great option regarding strong ales.
Clear yellow color, secent head. Subtle smell with some herbal notes of basil and olives. Ash? Creamy, full -thick- mouthfeel. Surprisingly smooth, not very alcoholic. The taste has triple influences like bananas and vanilla. Some lemonade notes as well. Sweetish, not very hoppy. Short aftertaste. The alcohol is well hidden. Atypical strong blonde beer. Complex? Reasonably. Balanced? Not so much, bit of a jungle. Interesting. Good? Not sure...
Bouteille (@Rudat, DO): Clear, golden, lively carbonation, small white foamy layer, boozy malty nose with traces of older vegetables; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, full bodied - no doubt - but pretty fizzy: lingering fruity-bitter finish with warming boozy traces in the aftertaste. Big white head. Clear solid yellow color. Fresh hop taste and crisp maltiness. Tiny phenols. Nice bitterness and good body.
Klar, ljust gyllene. Fruktig, lätt syrlig doft. Smak av plommon, druvor o malt med inslag av mandel. Fruktig sötma klingar av i tydlig beska. God ljus strong ale/tripel.

Lekker stevig blond biertje
Tap @ Ma Rica Rokk, Brugge VIII 2019. Zoet met een lichte hop en bitter. licht zoetig moutig geurend. Zwaar Goudgeel biertje met een witte schuimkraag.
Helder goudgeel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Smaak: vanille,appel, kruiden, bruiswater. Plakt in de mond. Toch eerder wat zwakjes van smaak.
Licht zoete smaak. Goede afdronk.

33 cl fles. Helder goudblond bier met wit schuim. Geur: mout, licht zoet, klein bittertje. Smaak: brood, gistkarakter, licht zoet. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: licht zoet, ietwat hopbitterheid.
Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een geel/goudkleurig bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een moutige geur en smaak. Best oke.

Licht blond bier met een dunne schuimkraag. Smaak zoet met een licht bittere afdronk. Licht kruidig en medium body. Drinkt makkelijk weg.
Draught in Tervuren. Clean gold with a medium head. Aroma of yeast and caramel. Flavour is boozy caramel, pepper yeast, honey clove finish.
Clear golden with a thick white head and a lot of bubbles. Aroma is yeasty and a hint of sour. Taste is yeast, a little booze with a very gently bitter palate.
Blond helder met matig romige witte schuimkraag. De neus is zwak, ik kan er weinig uithalen maar mijn bier is nog te koud. De smaak begint honingzoet overgaand naar een lichte bitterheid, kruidigheid en droge afdronk. Matige sensatie. Alcohol komt minder tot uiting. Matige volmondigheid, medium carbonatie. Middelmatige sterke ale dus.
Blonde douce (de soif) très légère amertume qui revient après
Robe or clair limpide, carbo et mousse très correctes. Nez assez riche, céréale et pointe patissière. En bouche, c'est corpulent, le sucre est long en bouche, très légère amertume, l'alcool se sent en rétro olfaction et en fin de bouche, mais n'est pas spécialement agréable. Se boit tranquillement sans être fou.

250ml on tap at the Bar Saint Ulrich, Ribeauvillé. Aroma is light apple, light yeast. Appearance is clear golden with a white foam. Taste is light bitter and quite sweet. Very soft carbonation. Good.
