3.0 Blonde forte alcool mais pas en gout. Sans grande personnalité. Ok mais sans plus
3.8 Bottle. Pours hazy golden with large frothy white head. Aroma of spices, yeast and yellow fruits. Taste is similar, slightly sweet yet crisp and refreshing.
4.5 Pours a lightly hazy golden yellow with a gorgeous dense white head that leaves lots of lacing. Aroma of banana esthers, cloves, spicy pepper notes and some Belgian yeast strain. Taste is cloves, light banana, some phenolic peppery flavors and just medium dry finish. Overall a great Belgian blonde ale... Seems lighter than it is and just all around balanced and complex!
3.4 Bière à l’érable très agréable, pas trop sucrée ni lourde. Elle reste assez légère et fraîche en bouche.
4.2 Pillowy and pure white is the head on this slightly hazy blonde and buxom beauty. I get wonderfully enticing spicy peppery and coriander notes from this beer; coupled with some mildly tart and yeasty funk, cereal and honey, this is a fine smelling brew. Refreshing as can be, its higher alcohol content is betrayed by a smooth drinkability. Fizzy yellow beer doesn’t have to be awful, now does it?
3.7 Pours a hazy yellow with a thick and frothy white head. Nose is spicy Belgian yeast with some smoked notes in the background. Taste is spicy, white pepper, hints of cloves, esters. Fruity yeast notes. Dry finish. Tasty!

3.4 Bottle from Bierkompass, bought in March 2014. Hazy yellow with a medium white head. A bit tart with grass, citrus, wood and light notes of berries. Soft and easy to drink.

3.4 Bottle @ SBWF 2014. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.
3.8 from Mise en Bière - pretty clear pale blond beer under a solid and persistent white foam; estery and a bit perfumy fruity aroma; lively and tasty, a fair but subtle carbonation; some sweetness and a light tartness, quite dry and long estery fruity (apples, pears) finish
3.7 Très pétillante. Fruitée mais sans être trop sucrée. Fin col et belle clarté. Goût d’agrumes présent.
3.8 Reminds me of a Duvel. Has the signature aroma of a Trappist Belgium triple.
3.2 Pour is a hazy golden with a massive fluffy white cap that hangs around and leaves great lacing. Nose was almost all yeast: bread dough and what I think is ethanol, though it might be ethyl acetate, or both (the hell do I know? If anyone can educate me, please feel free). Taste is sweet, fruity malt up front, slightly spicy, with a lemony, slightly-dry finish. Alcohol is definitely present and noticeable, but not overwhelming. Overall it seems decent but unremarkable, and certainly fits the broad "Belgian ale" label.
3.7 Bottle. Pours hazy golden in color, with a white head. Summer meadow, yeasty spicyness, notes of biscuit and garden fruits in aroma. Green, slightly spicy herbs, sweet fruityness and notes of bitterness in taste. Floral and lemony notes towards the finish. Refreshing atleast.
3.9 Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, coarse head. Tart and somewhat milky with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Grass and buckwheat, light freshening tartness. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and really tasty!
3.5 Bottled@SBWF2014. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, herbal and mildly nutty and earthy notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, mild floral notes, nectar, mild spices as well as some sweet maltiness to it.
3.3 Bottle at SBWF2014. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma has alcohol, malts, grains and mango. Medium-bodied . Grainy and fruity. Sweetish. 6/3/6/2/11 2.9. Re-rate in Montreal, bottle. Spicey, fruity aroma. Belgi-yeasty, fruity, sweetish spicey flavour. Not bad. 7/3/7/3/13 3.3
3.7 bottle & sample at Festbiere in Quebec City. really enjoyed this, spicy, peppery, fruity yeast. sort of a saison/tripel/wit hybrid little bit of everything. nice
2.9 Bottle @dutchdrebus with benzai and joes. Yellow color with a white head. Smells and tastes carbo, yeast, herbs, sweet.
2.9 Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. A bit hazy orange golden color, full sized a bit rough white head. Aroma is lightly malts, yeasty, a hint of herbs or spices. Taste lightly malts, again lightly herbs or spices, slightly sweet, yeasty. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.
3.3 Bottle @ home. Clear golden colour with a medium sized white head. Smells slightly sour, Belgian yeast, dusty. Tastes slightly sour, Belgian yeast, malts. Medium carbo, medium body.
2.7 500ml bottle. Clear golden body, medium white head with good retention. Aroma of grassy hops, yeast, coriander and banana, autumn leaves. Taste is pretty sweet: corn, honey, apples, yeast, minimal traces of herbal hops, mineral water. Disappointing.
3.4 Depanneur Peluso, Montreal 50cl ($5.50): Pours hazy whitish yellow with a large foamy white head. Aroma is yeasty, spicy, and pretty fruity as well. I don’t think I smelled as many apricots as did some other people. Aroma and taste reminded me of a light saison or a slightly funkier Belgian wit. Taste on the first sip was a little soapy, but later sips didn’t have that note as much. Very light bodied. A little bit sweet. Not much in the way of hops or any bitterness. Overall good.
