3.1Keg (Two More Beers, Riga). Clear dark copper color. Sweet, cherries, juicy, sugary in aroma/taste.
3.4Bottled, 330ml from Warwick Real Ales, Warwick. Reddish amber with white head. There are aromas of cherry from the pour onwards, sweet cherry on the palate, nasal notes of almond, sweet vanilla. Big on the palate but it becomes a little too much through the beer. It's fine overall.
3.9Strawberry colour with very short white head. Smell of cherries and marzipan. Taste of cherries, marzipan, wheat and vanilla. Lovely aftertaste of mild cherries. Oily palate and hides alcohol well.
3.7Aroma is cherries, candy, wheat, almonds, slight raspberries
Red colour with small head
Taste is cherries, sweets, wheats, slightly bitter hops, vanilla, soapy
Low carbonation with oily mouthfeel
Nice! Bit onesided though
Tasted with dad and mom on samsø
3.612 oz bottle pours a red color with a nice pink head. Aromas of cherry, fruit, sugar. Medium bodied, really dominated by the cherries.
3.7On tap. Pours a deep red with a thin light tan head. Aroma of cherry, light fruits, raspberry, floral notes. Flavor is super sweet cherry syrup, tons of cherry, mild bready malt. Hard to get much other than the cherry really. It’s sweet and good.
7/4/7/4/15 (3.7/5)

3.3Copenhagen 19/9 2022. 33 cl chubby bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. D’Achouffe’s usual old Christmas Elves collecting huge cherries on the label.
Pours clear maroon with a red hue and a mid-sized off-white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet sugary scent of fruit mingling with light tart notes. Ripe cherries, white sugar and marzipan. Unripe sour gooseberries peeking in.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sugary sweetness followed by a light tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetened fruit. Lingers for a while. Finish is sugary and sticky.
For people that like their beer sweet with sugar on top.
4.1Reddish cherry cola color with off white head from the bottle. Expected to like this but loved it. Great balance in both aroma and flavor between deep cherry, sweet and ever so slightly tart, yeast and rich malts.
3.2Bottle, 8.0%. Weak cherry aroma. Deep red colour with a touch of brown. Big stable creamy pinkish head. The flavour is ok citric with a little sweetness and some cherry and a hint of metal. Fortunately not too sweet.
3.3Pours a clear copper brown on tap with wispy tan foam that leaves light lace. Aroma of big cherry notes, jam and cough syrup, light Belgian esters. Taste is moderately sweet from the malt, booze, and fruit, minimal bitterness. Was expecting better, but not terrible.
4.2Heerlijk kersenbiertje. Sterkere smaak dan de meeste kriek biertjes. Erg lekker.
4.8Grey head that disappeared quickly. Dark red beer. If you are from the UK think fox’s glacier fruits. The first time I ever tried this I kind of thought this was the most disgusting thing I had ever tasted. Now I love it.
3.8Bottle - 330ml. Beautiful ruby body with a thick, lasting, off-white foamy head. Good malty aroma with cherry, hoppy, and spicy hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Its fresh, well balanced cherry taste carries malty/woody, and some subtlespicy notes. Ends with a good sweet/sour finish. Enjoyable.
3.4Donkerrood troebel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Smaakt heel zoet, krieken, kers, perzik . Geen fan van dit type bier maar dit is een van de betere
3.8Bottle given to me by my brother, drank on 7/10/22. Clear dark red pour with a thick pink head. Aroma of malt and clean, sweet cherry; no trace of cough medicine. Malt and cherry candy flavor with a Belgian finish.
3.4330ml bottle (Kairi's Koht Klear-out Spring 2022, Tallinn) (7:4:6:3:14=3.4)
Nice deep red, but the head's worryingly brief, almost a bit fizzy. Nicely balanced aroma for something so cherry-ey - there's some real recognisable belgian ale behind the adjuncts, actual malts, and with noticeable belgian ale yeast action. Sugary palate, but not too sticky, but the noticeable carbonation works to that end. Tastes similar to the aroma, but it does say to me "we brewed a good belgian ale, then we added cherry extracts straight from an industrial lab". With all the sugars, it does cover the alcohol decently. Might it have been better with fewer adjuncts? Clearly a good beer, and with the cherry it's clearly a brain-stem hook, but does that make it a better beer? I think not. More is less.
4.1Pachnie wisnia, smakuje wisnia / smells like cherry, tastes like cherry / gleboko wisniowy kolor, niska piana, dobry lacing / pours deep cherry in colour as well, low foam and decent lacing / fajna kwaskowosc / nice acideness / niealkoholowe w smaku, pomimo wysokiej zawartosci / non-alcoholic in taste despite high ABV / swietny kriek / a decent kriek
3.0Bottle. Pours bright red with a small pinkish head. Aroma of sweet cherries. Taste is similar. Thought it too sweet.
3.3Rubinowej barwy, klarowne. Piana różowa, trwała. Aromat słodki, wiśniowy. W smaku słodkie, owocowe, wyraźna wiśnia, delikatna kwaśność na finiszu.
3.4Bottle. Benson Beer Fest. Poured clear ruby, white head. Aroma of cherry, cherry juice. Taste was sweet, tart, cherry dominant, cherry syrup.
4.1Very nice, slightly hazy deep red coloured body with a crimson glow and even some pink noticeable, all with a lighter pink two to three centimetre tall head that fades fairly slowly. Aroma of very noticeable fresh cherries, very tart, with a subtle breadiness, a lot of nice malts and a good, syrupy sweetness in the nose, without any real alcohol at all. Medium to almost Full-bodied; Syrupy, sticky tart and fresh cherries and juice dominate here in a great way with a large malt backbone, but nothing overt or pungent, just strong to couple with the deep cherries and a light dryness of flowers at the very end. Aftertaste shows the yeast, a dash of dry grain and of course, a ton of fresh, tart cherries that make this very nice with almost no alcohol flavours noticeable nor any warmth - this is hidden VERY well. Overall, a very nicely executed cherry flavoured sour or tart ale that hits almost like a tripel in terms of body and texture, but the sweetness makes this very nice, almost cloying, but not at that level and the tartness helps draw away from that, along with the yeast complexities. Great to sample, super fresh and the first time I've ever seen this! I sampled this stubby 33 cL bottle, purchased a few hours ago at Wegman's in Vienna (Tyson's Corner), Virginia on 21-July-2021 for US$12,99 for a four pack, sampled after my hockey game in Arlington, Virginia on 22-July-2021 with my teammates!
3.5quite sweet and a ton of cherries. definitely would work best as a Christmas dessert beer. has a bit of a cherry cordial flavor.
3.3I'm not fan of this style of beer but this one was my favourite from the style.
The aroma is very good and you can smell a lot sweet cherries everywhere. The taste is very sweet with cherries and caramel flavour and the mouthfeel great. The carboration is perfect here but the aftertaste is the worst thing not only on this beer but in general for the style. It gives one unpleasand bitterness which is not my cup of tea.
Overall one great for the style beer for this amazing brewery.
3.0Dark clear ruby, light pink to white head. Strong notes of sweet cherry with a slight vegetal undertone. Hint of tartness. Not bad, but a little too sweet for me. 4-pack from Maple Lawn W&S in Fulton, MD, which came with a nice d'Achouffe glass, all for 16 bucks. Can't beat that.
3.3On keg at the Hanging Bat.
Appearance - amber and lightly hazy. Tan crema head.
Nose - cherry lozenge. Brown bread.
Taste - sweet cherry and lozenge again.
Palate - medium bodied and fairly sweet.
Overall - it is a touch on the sweet side but I didn't find that as annoying as many reviewers.
2.4Honestly the stupid Ontario LCBO bubble is annoying. I can't get regular Chouffe, let alone realize there is a cherry. Red pour with a thick layer of tan and pink head. Sweet cherry nose, and heavy cherry taste to match. Sweet indeed, overriding the subtle hind of some malt. Just wow. Just too much cherry.
3.6Very sweet... drinks almost like a cough syrup... but sweeter and maybe a bit more enjoyable... I'm pretty sure a kid would drink this stuff... if this is real and not artificial, its pretty amazing.
