Pine, pith, tangerine, marmalade & hops aroma.
Medium bodied, light & clean over tongue with a sharp dry back.
Pith, zest, orange, bitter citrus, pine, mango & pineapple tastes.

Flavour: Medium candied orange, pineapple. Medium-light bready. Medium bitterness. Dry finish with lingering sweet fruitiness and light bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, Medium carbonation. Soft carbonation.
Overall: Great hoppiness. Very nice. Wish I had a few liters of this available. Unfortunately the malt if quite hidden.

18B. American Pale Ale
3.9Ideal representation of a pale ale. Tropical fruits on the nose, some sweetness and spicy hops on the tastebuds. Easy going and well rounded.
3.4330ml can from Beer Asylum, Pinner. Mid golden. Caramel and spicy hop aroma. Easy drinking. Mid bitterness.
3.533cl can enjoyed at home, adding backlog rating to complete the profile. decent ipa
3.8Good high to mid grade beer. Very bold! Warning. After you drink a few they pack a punch and it’s an acquired taste.

3.50,3 litre Can from Systembolaget Charlottenberg. Golden with white head. Malts, hops, Citrus, Tropical fruits, some bitterness.
3.7Can. Golden pour. Aroma of citrus, pineapple, grapefruit and biscuity malt. Taste has citrus zest, pineapple, biscuity malt, grapefruit, orange and some peach. Nice refreshing hoppy apa.
4.10,35l can. Pours cloudy golden/orange with off-white head. Aroma of orange, tangerine, mango, pineapple, peaches. Taste is mango, tangerine, peach, apricots, slight pineapple, very slight hop bitterness. Very vell balanced flavour profile. Great beer.
2.5Pours bright golden, small and weak head. Aroma is... very subtle, almost like sniffing water, I thought that I have an oxidized can, but it has been brewed just 6 weeks ago (I checked the date on can), there is just a weak malty aroma and that's all. Taste is malty, herbal and zesty bitterness, lemon juice, lime, mineral. Not too bad, but feels like a cheap mass produced beer.
3.4Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and malt. Deep Golden with a White head. Medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium body with average carbonation. Bitter finish. Slightly watery texture. Overall an OK APA, quite enjoyable.
3.4Can. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Medium gold. Light haze. Film of lacing, white head. Nose has hints of pine bark and candied peel. Some flora. Taste is a little sweet, with a light fruit bitterness. Light to medium body. Fine carbonation. Light bitterness to finish. Ok.
3.7Can, Brewklopedia, Leicester. Hazy golden with a large white head. Floral with lemon and light tropical fruit. Grassy with spiky pine and herbal notes. Quite thick bodied. Juicy and with a lot going on for 5%
2.6Tap@Konttori, Tampere, Finland. Medium, sour and bitter nuances of overaged citrus, some mango and lactose like notes. A bit like buttermilk. Some bitter malts. Averagely/highly hopped. Medium taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with malty hops. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, sour pale ale/IPA nuances won't work with lactose. Distinctive though. 5 4 6 3 8
3.1Pours hazy golden-amber with a 2-finger white head. Mild aroma, with citrus and tropical fruit notes. Body is light and just a touch watery. Mild finish with a touch of dryness. Tropical fruit flavor, maybe papaya, with caramel and citrus peel notes. The citrus lingers at the back. Good, but I prefer their Guayabera to this one.
3.8Poured from a can. Hazy golden color with robust white head that hangs around awhile before lacing the glass. Scent is fresh and grassy with tropical fruit as well as peach. Taste is mild hops and tangerine. Nothing overbearing. Crisp finish with light hoppy aftertaste. Very drinkable. Nothing distinct, but I really enjoy it.
3.7Crisp, juicy tropical ale. Depth of flavours like mango and citrus peels. Aroma also very citrus infused
3.412 oz can as Cigar City Invasion Tropical Pale Ale. Canned on 05/14/18. (Kihoskh) Copenhagen, Denmark.
Cloudy orange golden color with a small to medium size foamy white head.
Tangerine, fruity sweetness, mild fruity hops, mild bitterness and dryness in the aroma. The flavor is orange peel, some zest, tangerine, mild fruity hops, mild bitterness, dryness and some malt. Not that fresh but still okay.
3.0Draught pour. cloudy orange. I am surprised this is rated so highly. there is nothing wrong with it, but flavor and aroma are mild. Some fruit, mild hops. Seems light on flavor and palate. Drinkable, but nothing new here.
3.7Nitro draft at Tria Taproom. Hazy deep gold with thick white foam. Pithy tropical citrus. Burnt tangelo peels. Pineapple rind. Green tomatoes. Bruised star fruit. Bamboo shoots. Portobellos. Sharp but earthy. Nicely comex.
3.1Musty piney aroma to this. Lemony and tropical fruit flavors to this, pineapple and star fruit.
4.3Tropical and smooth drinking. Very nice summer ale for a hot day.
3.0I was so much less impressed by this than other raters. Pours golden with a very large loose white head. Tropical, citrus aroma, which is its strength. But in the flavor, it comes across as a much more run of the mill APA or IPA (it must sit right at the border of this). Doesn't finish especially clean to me. Can.
3.9Couleur dorée; mousse blanche; arômes et goût maltés et fruités; finale moyennement amère
4.1This beer is not your average pale ale. It pops with a tropical aroma and taste every bit the part! Enjoy you scalleywags ....
3.312 ounce can - Charlie's Beer & Wine in Marietta, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a hazed body, obscured by some fine particulate matter, bronze-hued in color and capped by a foaming layer of near white suds.
Smell: Subtle and subdued bready malts, a bit of earthiness and a feeble citrusy, tropical fruitiness you wish wasn't so faint either here in the nose or the flavor.
Taste: Soft touch of pale malts, a bit bready and just a tad sweet. Earthy, herbal with some milder citrus tones. Light leaning bitterness. Swings towards a cracker dough flavor as you draw nearer the gently fruity, softly drying finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-soft carbonation.
Overall: Easy, throw-it-back drinkability, and, while each sip begs you take another, it's really only because it's pretty bland and you've already forgotten what it tastes like.
3.8330 ml can from Beerfox bottle shop, Riga. Pours golden yellow, just some chill haze there, thin layer of white foam. Dry hoppy and tropical nose, fresh fruits there, sweetness still quite hidden. Tastes fresh and hoppy as well, grassy herbal bitterness, measured but as body is not too strong, then hops are a dominant partner in this relationship. Long dry hoppy bitterness lingering in the finish. Decent refreshing hoppy pale ale, good one from Cigar City.
3.4Ljust gyllengul öl med vitt skum. Doft och smak av ljust bröd, grapefrukt, hö och lätta druvtoner.
