3.5 330ml can from Gavel, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a murky medium reddish orange with a thin white head. The aroma is yeasty, big guava. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a light, crisp, juicy guava, yeasty, light floral palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A little one dimensional but I enjoyed this a lot more than I expected to.
3.9 Can: Poured a bright reddish color gose with a large pink color head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with fresh guava notes is quite nice. Taste is a mix of nice refreshing notes of guava and fresh lightly sweet guava notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Very refreshing gose with nice fruity undertones.
3.9 Can for Matesfest20. Opaque light orange. Guava on nose. Excellent use of this somewhat difficult fruit. The salt plays off it splendidly. Lovely poolside drink this sunny Boxing Day down under.
3.2 Pours opaque yellow, white lacing foam head. Aroma is guava and fruit. Drink little salty, fruit ones dominate. (Velp 202012)
3.3 From a 355ml can. Murky deep orange pour, loose white head. Nose bursts fresh guava with background pineapple and lactic sourness. Palate follows, fruity, tart and fresh with a hint of salt at the end. Clean and refreshing.
3.5 Can from Beer Republic. Aroma is rich tropical guava with multivitamine, taxi, touch of stone fruit. Flavour is tart and moderate sour. Medium body. Pretty straightforward guava aroma, but I quite enjoy this.
3.7 Gold pour. Guava nose. Sweet tropical flavor. With a sour palate. Easy carbonation
3.3 Guava nose. Opaque orange, thin head. Singularly guava. Light body, easy carbonation. Very one note, but it's good.
3.7 As per standard with the Gose style, this Beer is incredibly full on, but it is also very tasty, and up there with the best you will find. One can is more than enough, and sip it slowly to enjoy the flavours of tropical fruit, salt, tart lemon, strawberry, coriander, and of course wheat. 3.9 Can from Systembolaget. A really fresh and zingy gose. Bursting with guava, strong on guava lassi and solero. Yum.
3.2 Can at home. Murky pale golden. Salty, fruity, bit of plasticizers. Bit sour and tart. Purchased at Dash's Market
3.6 Hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has guava, apricot, mango and sour elements. Taste is fruity with long sour and dry aftertaste. Flavors of citrus, mango, guava and orange.
4.1 12oz Dose. Richtig trübes rosa-oranges Bier. Schwimmt jede Menge Guvae herum 😋 Cremiger heller Schaum. Der Guavenduft ist ne Wucht! Frisch und reif. Es ist im Mund erstmal sauer, unreife Guave. Dann kommt das Salz auf der Zunge. Der Koriander tut sich schwer. Dennoch, richtig klasse Frucht Sour.
4.1 Perfectly pink coloured body with a nice, fairly opaque glow of orange and deep hazy pink, all with a soft, and relatively fast-dying, single centimetre tlal , just off-white head. Aroma of amazingly fresh and fragrant pure guava fruits with nothing in the middle - this smells like pure tropics here with a tart and slightly soured bite with a hint of passionfruit as well that adds to the pucker quality, all with a very soft note of brine and salt and a light dryness at the very end to give this a subtle complexity. Light-bodied; Very strong pure, super fresh, guava flavours dominate in a great way with some pineapple, passionfruit and hibiscus as well - all tart and very refreshing, especially at this time of year. Aftertaste is very fruity with a great tart component and complexity across the spectrum, from the fruits, with an enjoyable grassy and crisp dryness, but the guava (especially), pineapple, peach and passionfruit notes are unmistakable and great across-the-board. Overall, a very tart, crisp, tropically and sweet beer that shows very nicely throughout and still has a good complexity from all the fruits, yeast and light maltiness - very nice to try and well-recommended, especially in summertime here in Washington! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 10-July-2020 for US$3,77 sampled at my house here in Washington on one of the last (hopefully) warm days here in 2020, even in autumn, on 26-September-2020.
3.7 [Can (355ml)] Pours a dark orange-peach colour with an average size long-lasting frothy white head. Minimal lacing. Nice guava aroma (7+), peach as well, along with hints of salt and herbs. Flavour follows, it's nice but not very tart. Average bodied. Really good.
3.4 Pours opaque yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of tart tropical fruits, guava, pineapple. Taste has malt base thats quickly overpowered by tart guava notes, light lambic influences, lactose, salt notes. Palate has continued tartness, Good.
3.5 Weirdly good
3.3 Burk systembolaget. Orange grumlig vätska. Doft av söt frukt. Guava, mango och citrus. Tjock och fruktjuicig munkänsla
3.5 On tap at L'Autre Oeil (Gatineau, QC). Opaque peach body with a thick, white foamy head. Fruity aroma with malty and salty hints. Taste is dominated by guava flavors and carries malty, salty, and yeasty notes. Ends with a good sour finish. Enjoyable.
3.4 @ Gammelgårdsvägen 7/8-20. Tropical fruity with guava, also acidic. Body is medium, the finish is tropical fruity with guava.
