Colorado Vixnu
Vixnu é uma divindade hindu responsável pela manutenção do Universo, formando uma tríade juntamente com os deuses Shiva e Brahma.
Esse foi o nome escolhido pela Cervejaria Colorado, de Ribeirão Preto, para a então Double Indica, cerveja hiperlupulada que já apareceu esse ano em alguns bares de cervejas especiais, como o Bar Brejas. Com potência alcoólica de 9,5% ABV, a breja é do estilo imperial india pale ale, e promete ser o nirvana dos lupulomaníacos. No novo rótulo, por sinal, Vixnu aparece em meio a um jardim de lúpulos.
O rótulo acima, que ainda está em fase de revisão, foi desenhado pelo designer cervejeiro americano Randy Mosher, que já havia assinado os demais rótulos da cervejaria paulista. A referência à Índia para retratar o estilo já havia sido usada na forma de gravura do templo hindu Taj Mahal na Colorado Índica.

Bottle, bought@YNWA, Kolding. Pours clear golden with a small, staying creamy white head. Aroma has sweet malts, doughy, apples, mild resin. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, sticky sugars, some resin, orange peel, light spiciness. Fine lingering, fat and warming bitter finish.
Amargor na medida, para o meu paladar. Cerveja com um aroma muito agradável. Acompanhou bem uma carne de sol no forno.
Bottle 50cl. Very aromatic, tropical fruit. A little hazy. Very bitter. Light sweet. Medium body. Exactly what I expected for a DIPA. I'm sure it would be better if it was fresher.

erveja cobreada, média translucidez e carbonatação. Ótima formação de espuma e retenção, bem cremosa. Aroma destacado no cítrico sem desagradar na percepção do álcool, que aliás é bem inserido no sabor que inicialmente bate bem amargo, e logo se equilibra com o doce
Rigtig god IPA-smag. Der mangler dog lidt humle i eftersmagen. God øl til en varm sommerdag.
Acobreada e bem encorpada. Álcool bem presente. Amargor compatível com o estilo, forte. É boa mas achei que faltou algo.

Cerveja com coloração âmbar, formação e persistência de espuma boa. Notas adocicadas e malte. Alcoólica na medida.
Decent Imperial IPA. Resinous and earthy notes on the aroma, followed by a well balanced flavor of English hops and caramel from the malts. The 9,5% alcohol content goes very well, not aggressive.

From a bottle at the RateBeer gathering 9/9/16 it is aclear effervescent golden color with an ecru head. The atoms is Caramel and the taste is malty and has a strong bitter finish
Bottle at Travlr’s DC Departure RateBeer Tasting. Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aroams of citrus, light malt, floral, skunk. Tastes of malt, citrus, floral. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
From a bottle at the RateBeer gathering 9/9/16. Pours a clear copper with an ecru head. Caramel nose. Flavors of caramel. Hops are gone.
Some citrus and a little booze. Lots of malt. Not very fresh but ok. Amber pour with ok head and lacing. Sweet finish. Bottle feom Whole Foods.
Blooming and stii head, light gold. Refreshing nose. Full body, silky textured, flavorful, rich mouthfeel, low heat despite high abv, long aftertaste. Bitter, sweet, low acidity but great balance. Hoppy, resiny, yeasty, herbal, grainy. Delicious, very complete and well rounded, makes one proud of being Brazilian.
Bue 5 mois avant DLC avec Emilien et Pap en Bretagne. Biere ambree sans mousse et sans carbonation. Arome de malt toaste et d’alcool, une pointe de whisky plus tard apres rechauffement. Final sur l’alcool sans amertume, tres douce. Biere tres ronde dans le style de la maredsous triple. J’ai bien aime !

Copper, quite clear, big creamy beige head. Smell of fruity hops, some zest, yeast esters, quite mild on the hops and a touch of smoke. Moderate sweet, fruit peel, zest, smoke, some sour notes, not at all very ipa i think. Moderate bitter, strange stuff
Best Cost Benefit, no doubt! By e- commerce emporiodacerveja.com. Great national style representative.(My favorite!) Bitterness attenuated by the addition of brown sugar, which magnifies all together, by the look and smell. The Ribeirão Preto staff sent very well in this label. Cheers!!

Tap @ Hoppy Loft, Brussels 20160506. Fruity, hoppy and caramely, pine needles and grapefruits, sweet. The finish is dry, bitter fruity and sweet.
Aroma agradável, cor dourada mais escura. Espuma densa, branca. Sabor com amargor marcante, com ótimo paladar em seu final.

Shared 20 oz. bottle. Amber with a lasting soapy white head. Good lacing. Aroma of citrus, malt, and faint pine. Caramel, malt, citrus, pine, and alcohol flavors. Malt has the upper hand in this one. Hops flavors are there, but more in the background. Medium-bodied. A somewhat bitter finish. Decent.
Aroma: classic IPA hoppy aroma; Appearance: dark amber with billowy head and good lacing; not as dark as typical IIPAs; Taste: definitely on the bitter side; a bit unbalanced; pretty smooth; not too bad; Palate: medium body with long, bitter finish; Overall: decent, but in a crowded field of good beers. Would probably not get again, but that’s just because there are other choices -- not necessarily a reflection on this one.
Deep amber with a small light beige head. Aroma is lenongrass, pineapple, passion fruit, oranges, honey, biscuit, floral notes, brown sugar. Taste is citric fruits, herbal notes, honey, bread, biscuit. Bitter aftertaste.
