Our IPA pours a slightly hazy, pale orange with a balanced malt flavor and finishes with a wonderful flavor and aroma only American hops can provide. This beer is served unfiltered to retain all the bouquet from the hops.

3.9Got a six pack based on some reviews from friends. Your basic IPA. Not great, but above average. Good aftertaste. Pours Golden with good lacing. Very drinkable:
5.0Best IPA around. It is smooth, refreshing and clean. It's my go to beer, on tap is just as good.
4.0On tap at the brewery; from 2011 notes.
A nice medium amber with a very durable off-white head.
There are plenty of hops in this one, that much is obvious from the nose. There’s a mix of hops, although I can’t tell which ones. The finish is markedly hoppy and long lasting, but without the strong bitterness i’ve come to expect in a beer this hoppy. Nice level of malts to balance the hops.
M- medium body and carbonation.
O - excellent, if otherwise not distinguished example of style.
3.4Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottled May 2, 2017. Aroma is floral hop, medium body, and medium carbonation. Taste is floral hops, grapefruit hops, and bitter finish.
3.8On tap in Columbus Ohio. Pours hazy. Citrusy. Clean tasting and refreshing. Very good
3.6Slightly hazy amber with a decent lacy off white head. Aroma is pineapple orange citrus hop. Taste is sharp and tropical juicy - sweet orange into pink grapefruit with a mildly bitter hop finish. Bitter aftertaste. Well-balanced. This is a strong, drinkable IPA.
4.312 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 11/3/2016. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, honey, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, honey, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/grassy/citrus peel bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon/orange rind, pine, honey, bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.3%. Overall this is a fantastic IPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced bitterness. Very bright and pretty juicy/dank on hop flavors. A highly enjoyable offering.
2.9(Draught) Pours a clear golden amber body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus, florals, and pine. Flavor of pine, grass, grapefruit, orange, and apricot with a bitter finish.
3.8Keg, Brewdog Leicester. Golden with a white head. Tropical pineapple with grapefruit bitterness. Floral, peppery pine with a very spritzy palate. Toasted malts with sticky peach. Very drinkable.
2.112 oz. bottle at Robert H’s wedding; bottled on 8/24/16. Aroma: Prominent butterscotch with lighter, astringent citrus. Appearance: Coppered, somewhat hazy gold with soft carbonation holding up a tuft of foamy tan head that settles into a sticky skin. Flavor: Sweet butterscotch hard candy up front with dose of citrus hops that are much more bitter than juicy; the finish is bitter and semi-sweet. Palate: Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Old-school American IPA that’s a bit of an anachronism in the current market.
3.1Bottled on 061616. Nose a little bland, hints of spice and earth, grapefruit paramount. Pour hazy orange with golden undertones and a very large and rocky, oily cream head. Taste very dry with medium resin, light spice, medium grapefruit but the citrus is a little muddled; overall flavor profile is also a bit muddled, some nice medium caramel with medium bitterness, flat and clean, not too earthy. There’s some fresh malt but not much of it, but the top notes of lemony citrus are bright and the overall effect is fresh and clean. Fullish body a bit flabby, but that doesn’t detract from the refreshing character or smooth go-down. Mixed bag, really, with some potential after tweaks. [2016.08.09: 3.1]
4.0Draft. Gradient amber to gold. Aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, hay, grapefruit.
4.1Pours a dark amber-orange with white head. A strong floral hop and pine aroma. A strong floral hop taste with tropical fruits, pine, malts, and some citrus a lingering bitter hop and sweet fruit aftertaste.

4.7I’m surrounded by craft beer at work, but this IPA is my go to every time. Taste is very well balanced between hops vs malt and pine vs citrus. Definitely get some pineapple and dank resin flavors going on here.
There’s so many good IPAs out there that it’s hard for one to standout, but this one manages to be one of the best Ohio has to offer.
3.7A typical go-to IPA in Ohio. Fresh bottle. Pours a light amber with softly clingy head. Aroma of a pineapple-peach tropical medley, some light spruce, very Citra-heavy nose. Flavor is very similar, pineapple, peachy, tropical, evergreen resin, flowery and bitter on the back end of the palate. Just a very solid brew.
3.4bottle poured into a tulip..hazy gold with a fluffy white head..aroma of citrus,pine,florals,resin..tastes like it smells..medium carbonation..solid.
3.6Bottle: cloudy gold color with an off-white head. Sulphuric juniper aroma with a similar hoppy flavor. Not bad.
3.7On tap. Gold/orange color with one finger head. Big citrus aroma. Citrus, orange flavor, smooth. Was served at a perfect temperature too. Excellent beer.
3.8At Tremount Taphouse. Draft. Pours golden with no head. Delicate pine hops that fade fast. A hint of brown sugar?

3.1Bit orange with a white head. Sweet hoppy aroma. Medium bodied. Smooth and a touch of citrus
3.6Poured from a 12 oz bottle with a bottle date of 5/12/2015.
Aroma is balanced between the hops and malt with a medium light, pale cracker note with some light caramel. Moderate grapefruit, stone fruit and resin with lighter tropical fruit and orange.
Pours a fairly clear copper orange with a medium sized, slightly off-white head that recedes moderately quickly to a thin film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and medium legs.
Flavor has a light sweetness with some malt notes of cracker and a light caramel and biscuit note. Moderately strong bitterness. Moderate grapefruit, orange and pine resin notes with lighter stone and tropical fruit.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a nice IPA but a bit maltier than I prefer. Nice traditional hop notes, but its lacking the super fruity newer hops.
