Coopers Sparkling Ale

Coopers Sparkling Ale

Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

2.9 375ml bottle from Bliznetsy in Moscow. Pours hazy gold with no head but a lot of floaters. Aroma is fruity esters, malt, bready. Similar aroma to other Coopers ales. Taste is light sweet, citrus, yeast, honey. Medium bitter finish.
2.9 Cor âmbar opaco. Aroma maltado doce. Sabor caramelizado maltado, doce. Amargor presente ao engolir
4.4 A greatly misunderstood Australian beer in...Australia. It tastes differently on tap and from a bottle. It requires a bit of patience when pouring - it is unfiltered and reacts with air. I saw patrons pouring from a bottle to a warm glass, like it was water. It went foamy and you could hear someone complaining. Nice aroma; cloudy; some citrusy undertones. Had many of those in The Grace Darling in Brunswick. The tending staff knew their trade well. Very popular choice for older beer bangers. On the heavier side the next morning.
1.8 Aroma : Lightly toasted cereal malt, light citrusy undertone. Taste : Light malt & citrus, but short on distinctive flavours, finish is dry even acidic…boring!
2.6 Aroma: Medium-light bready Appearance: Gold body. Small, white head. Flavour: Medium malty, cider, slightly sweet. Light bitterness. Slightly sweet finish. Mouthfeel: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Overall: The beer tastes a bit like it needs a bit more fermentation.
2.5 Nice initially taste but let down by finish which is a bit off for me. If choosing between this or the coopers pale ale I will take the pale ale.
3.6 Tally at Drew’s. Can’t believe I have not rated this yet. Original Aussie craft beer. Pale with some head. Mild slightly bitter high carbonation. Some pine notes. Ok
2.2 A bit malty, middle, boring, not bad.
2.7 Moderately low to medium noble hop aroma some alcohol may be noticeable. creamy amber color. white head. Moderate hop bitterness and sparkling alcohol after taste.
2.6 Botella 375ml Color dorada,opaca,espuma blanca,fina,moderada,media resistente.Aroma malta,cereales,frutal.Sabor mas dulce que amargo, malta,cereales,frutal
3.5 Birra dal colore paglierino, torbida e con schiuma bianca fine abbondante e persistente. Profumi di grano, malto e crosta di pane
3.6 Bottles from Yamaya, first time in many years. Cloudy pour, sediment distributed, lasting foam, tonnes of racing bubbles. Nice estery aroma, very fruity yeast dominant, a little oxidation in the bottles but it sits well. Yeast forward flavour, puréed fruits. Drinks really easily, solid malt base, dry finish. Genuine fridge filler.
3.0 Pours clear amber with three finger, faint beige head. Aroma is light dried fruit and bread. Taste is light plum and thin caramel, moving to light citrus and some hops. Finish is wheaty. A decent blonde.
3.7 An (underrated) classic. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow with a white head. Soft fruity/bitter flavours with a lively carbonation and good mouthfeel.
4.7 Pours cloudy golden color, distinctive yeast driven flavors of fruity esters and hints of banana. Balanced bitterness and malty back notes. A classic old style ale at 5.8%.
3.3 Vôňa ovocná sampusova. Farba kalná zlatista. Chuť príjemná horkasta. Hroznova.
2.7 Flasa z Pivni Mozaiky. Vona kyselkava nezaujala. Farba medova, kalna. Chut horka, bylinna. Na konci ostava
3.5 Hazy golden pour with slight fruity aromas. Strong palate with an amber pour.
3.3 Bottle kindly shared by Dejan, thanks pal. Pours hazy gold. Grapes on a nose. Fizzy, grapes, yeasty, good.
2.5 Degelijke pils, goed gemaakt. Licht fruitig toets. Wordt geserveerd in een fles. Je moet eerst het flesje rollen voordat je het opent.
2.9 99 / 119 THB Price depends on supermarkets. It’s my favourite ale from Australia this one is smells to malty not bad, taste coming with full malty sweet looks like fruity and after taste a little bit with hops. Yes it’s brewing with no artificial no headache after drink or in the morning. Good one
3.0 Bu le 05/02/2019 From tap, Served in a glass.
2.8 Pours a cloudy yellow color with a white head and has a fruity aroma with a bitter taste.
4.9 A real top shelf Aussie Beer, commonly called Red Death, puts hairs on ya chest, and is perfect after a surf, @ Penong Pub, often silences Patrons when ordered, a Mans Beer, definitely Top 5 Beers to pass my palette! Rotate bottle for end to enhance its robust flavours and pour, let settle, then enjoy! Makes ya stick cock out! Australia’s finest!
3.4 Fairly cloudy white amber color. Lots of white peach and apricot with low medium bitterness and high carbonation. Easy to drink. For a mainstream beer it’s pretty damn fine.
3.0 Hazy orange color, white head, aroma of yeast, cereals, bread, medium bitterness.
2.9 Bready and some honey sweetness. Clear gold with a small white head. Honey and bready notes.
