The Banquet Beer was born in the Rockies and has been a proud part of the American experience for generations, stubbornly refusing to compromise, since 1873.

5.0GAS. This beer is ducking amazing. It does not get much better than a Rocky Mountain Banquet, and the cornucopia of flavor that you receive from this beer is quite prevalent and delicious
2.0A super-can from BC Liquor in Burnaby Heights.
Very noticeably lighter in color than the Molson Golden beside it at my table. Frothy white head. Further comparisons may follow. Very light and sweet on the palate. Not much hop impression. Almost insipid, and would be totally unpalatable at anything close to room temperature. The Molson Golden is head, shoulders, and bellybutton above the Coors Banquet in every aspect of flavor. Yes, made by the same brewer (Molson-Coors), probably at the same brewery.
I’m a big proponent of comparison tasting when meaningful comparisons are available, and Banquet isn’t looking very good in this one.
3.1Smooth with slight aftertaste.
1.7The official beer of turning Sam Elliot into Ron Dunn
5.0This is my go to beer. Try to have it in fridge at all times. Well priced and great taste.
3.2Clean, crisp, and refreshing when ice cold. Not so pleasant when warmed up even slightly. Pepsi center denver
2.9Pas si mal que ça finalement ;-)
2.7Light, refreshing, truly what you would think when you think of a banquet beer
2.3This beer is kind of borring, but this is a good summer beer. A total lifesaver on a hot day.
0.512 oz can poured into a pint glass. Let's see, what comes to mind? Thin, clear colored, weak taste, boring. There is not much more to say this crazy cat piss beer!
2.8From a can to a glass. Pours a crystal clear yellow color with a big foamy frothy head. Aroma is barley and corn. Taste follows the aroma with a medium light mouthfeel. Watery and refreshing and no fowl aromas or taste. Drinkable!
1.9Pours golden with tracing carbonation. Thin white head. Aroma of yeast and sweet malt. Taste has light floral notes, sweet malt. Palate has light bread notes, sweetness. Eh.
1.2Very little taste, watery
2.8No aroma. Clear yellow pour with almost no head and very light carbonation (perhaps it is too cd). Taste is sweet and refreshing. Not much flavor.
2.2Metal bottle, one of Vegas's liquor stores. Clear golden, white head, medium lasting. Grainy, corn and vegetable nose, typical really. Sweet start, milder bitterness, peppery finish. Vegetables. Light Sparkly.
5.0Excellent.
3.2This beer is lighter than I would’ve guessed. A solid blend of corn & wheat came through a little bit. Two tallboys for $3.98 in Louisiana. Can’t complain much!
4.7Coors Banquet beer is probably the smoothest beer I've ever tasted hands down!! I would put it just past Budweiser. Not a dry after taste like most beers have.Just an excellent smooth beer period!! Thank you Coors people!!
1.8I haven't drank a Coors banquet in decades. I don't remember it being this weird tasting. It has a strange sweet medicine flavour. The type they put in prescription medicines to make it taste better for kids but ends up gross. I dont usually toss beer but I did not finish this one. I think this beer is popular due to being around for ages, commercials, and featured in media. I won't be buying it again, not even on sale.
3.5Take this beer for what it is:
Easy drinking.
Cheap
You need a 24 that will last a few days at the cottage and goes down easy then this is it. I enjoy a good hoppy beer or strong ale for flavour but I enjoy this beer more when I want to crush back a few on a summer day. Maybe not as good as some lagers out there but nothing to complain about. I wouldn't mind a stronger alcohol content. Solid 3.5 stars out of 5 for me.
5.0Of course this is good beer. It's the beer that made Boulder famous. I love this beer and wish that I got invited to banquets more often so I could drink more of it.
1.8The facade of beer but not much else, like McDonald’s salads, suburban houses, and soap actors.
3.5not a hoppy taste, pretty standard beer beer. reasonably light and crisp, nice when chilled.
1.1Couleur or, peu de mousse. Arome de citron, aucune longueur. Aucun intérêt.
2.5Retro bottle (Stubbi!!) in Arizona - clear golden color, white head. I think it's not that bad, has at least some grainy flavour, not too "lite". okay.
4.9Very light tasting, but not as “light” as the light. This beer only costs $10 for a 12 pack here. This is my go to beer. It’s great for summer days, or when you’re stuck inside for the winter. It does not make you feel bloated and is easily drinkable. I will choose this beer over any option I have. Cheers!
2.0Probably the best of the American macro lagers, with actual toasted malt character to go along with the fizzy carbonation and lemon-apple undertones. Not good, but very drinkable, which puts it head-and-shoulders above Budweiser.
1.8Can 710ml from the grocery shop in Long Island City. Pale yellow colour, tiny head. Sweet corn and apple aroma. Light-bodied. Sweet malty and watery, mostly green apple. Low bitterness. Neh..
