Het bier heeft een volle smaak dat perfect het evenwicht behoudt tussen de fruitigheid van de gist en de zachte vanille toets afkomstig van het hout. Het bier heeft hierdoor een volle, warme afdronk in combinatie met een zachte hopbitterheid.

Pours a clear gold from a bottle, thick white head. Sour oaky apple aroma and flavor, fair amount of yeast. Very good beer.
Blonde - rafraîchissante mais sans plus. Avec néanmoins un arrière goût sucré légèrement vanillé
33 cl. bottle at home. Bought at BilligSpecialOlel. Hig fluffy lasting white head. Clear yellow golden body. Mild dusty fruity aroma of straw and apple and pear. Sweet high and long lastiing white head. Careful when you pour it, it is pretty agressive with a high carbontion. Cloudy yellow golden body. Dusty sweet apple pear aroma. Lovely mild, in spite of the high alcohol level, fruity apple pear flvor with a nice hops bitterness, long swert finish. Beware of addiction. Alcohol nicely disguised.

Light bitter edge. Develops a sour finish. Woody hints. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Oaky nose, tannins. Medium body, subtle fruitiness, slight tartness and again oaky tannins. Little crude finishing bitterness. Poor. 090622
06.06.2022. o,33l Bottle. Vinmonopolet Karmøy, Oasen. Golden yellow colour with white head. Unclear and with lots of carbonation. Fruity with typical Belgian Yeasty fruityness. A little to much carbonation. Very well balanced for a beer this strong. Soft malt and good bitterness. Rich.
slightly sour blonde aroma, flowery belgain yeast, citrus, Is the oak yielding citrussy notes? a bit weird aroma, somewhat belgian, but not totally traditional belgian blonde.
flavor is belngian yeasty, malty, nuts, wood, quite bitter, but the bitterness is wood and nuts, not so much from hops i think. alc. can be felt. somewhat brutal strong belgian beer, somewhat resembling a strong supermarket lager, it's like if it has been rushed in the process, which it probably hasn't but that's how I interpret the flavor.

Wygląd: Barwa jasnozłota, całkowicie klarowna. Piana biała, wysoka od lekkiego przegazowania, średniopęcherzykowa, opada do ostatniej warstwy, pozostawia lacing.
Aromat: Koncernowy. Na średnioniskim poziomie jasna słodowość z starym chmielem – brudną szmata. Pojawia się wyraźne żelazo, sprawdzone na skórze.
Smak: Odrobinę lepszy. Na średnioniskim poziomie czysta słodowość z miodową nutą wsparta brzoskwiniowo – gruszkowymi estrami z akcentem skórki pomarańczy i pieprzowymi fenolami na podobnym poziomie. Dalej niski korzenno – pieprzowy chmiel oraz trochę żelazistej nuty. Całość wspiera nuta alkoholu. W ustach słodkie, treściwość średnia, wysycenie wysokie. Goryczka średnioniska, pieprzowo – alkoholowa, krótka. Finisz półsłodki z pieprzowo – alkoholową goryczką i lekkim żelazem.

Barwa złota, delikatnie opalizująca. Bardzo wysoka, biała i zwarta piana jest ozdobą dla tego piwa. Zdobienia pozostawia w formie spienionych wysepek i nacieków.
Aromat przynosi przyjemną słodką słodowość, fenole, pieprz, lekkie nuty ziołowe, kolendrę. Na upartego akcenty suchego drewna.
Smak słodki przełamany delikatną kwaśnością i ziołową goryczką na finiszu.
Alkohol ułożony. Wysycenie wysokie, musujące, przeszkadza. Ciało raczej średnie. Uczucie pełni zwiększa nagazowanie ,,ale to takie "czary mary". Tekstura niezupełnie gładka. Posmak długi ziołowy.

Barwa jasno złota, klarowna. Piwo zwieńczone jest potężną, białą pianą. Drobne pęcherzyki pękają bardzo leniwie. Obficie oblepia szkło, pozostawiają spienione wysepki.
W aromacie słodkie nuty słodowe, owocowe, sporo fenoli i odrobina drożdży. Dębiny nie znajduję.
Smak delikatnie słodki w przyjemnym wytrawnym finiszem.
Alkohol dobrze schowany. Wysycenie wysokie. Ciało raczej średnie. Tekstura gładka. Posmak długi wytrawny z odrobiną słodyczy w tle.

Aroma of caramel sweets, flowers, malt, slightly sweet. Straw-colored, hazy with good fine-grained foam. Malty, sweet taste, floral. Medium to firm body.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp amber blonde, with very fine white foam. Aroma is fruity, some honey. Body is fairly dense, with average carbonation. Pretty alcoholic. Taste is pretty sweet, overly alcoholic. Final is fairly long and boozy.
Pours hazy golden orange with a lively foam head. Aroma is banana, candy sugar, lemon, yeast funk, more citrus and a touch of oak. Medium bodied. Taste is sweet grains, candy sugar, banana, lemon zest, orange peel, spice and woody oak. Light bitterness on the finish. Pretty solid.
Den dufter noget specielt. Lidt syrlig, metallisk men også sødme.
Flot er den. Gylden med hvidt skum.
Smagen er først og fremmest en behagelig sødme, med eg og så er der noget syrlig over den.
Har en god fylde.

Bottle at Cafe Commerce, Leuven. Aroma is slightly sweet but a lot of foam to get through first. Ergo, lively beer and golden. Taste is definitely oaked but it is quite soft for the abv. Overall, quite nice IMO.
Shared bottle at home. Pours slightly hazy with dense white head. Aroma of ripe bananas, ripe lemons, metallic, notes of sherry (oxidation), floral hop notes. Tastes pretty sweet with little bitterness. Medium bodied, highly carbonated.

Colden, clear with a large foamy white head. A banana aroma with some fruit and spices. Medium bitter, some sweetness with a fruit and spices finnish. Enjoyable

Bottle shared with HDI at his place 30.12.21. Pale straw colour. Bright foamy dense head and lacing. Aroma and taste, I presume, of urinal toilet stones with lemon fragrance . Also some palt and cardboard. Fizzy mouthfeel.
0,33 bottle. Tekintélyes kinézet a lovag miatt :) Hatalmas és kemény hab, alatta szalmasárga főzet. Erősen szénsavas, habzóképes. Finom, triple-re emlékeztető illat. Fűszeres, csemege-szőlős, korianderes, narancsos is a háttérben. A tölgyfa hordós érlelés az utóízében jön elő, finoman. Testes, kicsit kandiscukros, egyébként nagyon finom. Alkohol persze érezhető. Utóíz száraz, pezsgős hatású. Nekem bejött, finom, ütős is, olyan mint egy tripel, ahhoz hasonló, és azok közt sok rosszabb van ennél...
This 33 cl bottle came from Belgian Happiness early in the year. I like drinking my Belgians in the cooler weather. A snifter from a TX brewery is arrayed, I make the pour. A clear yellow body with a tall head of pillowy, white foam due to my heavy hand. Decent nose with yeast, grain and yellow fruit. I have a drink. Peach, apricot, hay, yeast and a slight metallic tinge at the end. Maybe that comes from the oak, I do not know. Not bad, I have had many I like better.
Unpleasant. Beautiful frothy head, cloudy and urine-like yellow color. Aromas of citrus, tastes of soap. The yeast is just too prominent in this one, tastes artificial. Aftertaste is rancid, like it has been stored in a plastic container.

Aroma: Wood, light sweet.
Appearance: Clear pale golden. Persistent white head.
Taste: Light sweet, wood, spicy.
Palate: Medium-full body. Spicy, warm finish.
