3.4 Can from A.J.'s Beer Warehouse. Aroma of spruce hops with oak and brett funk.
3.8 September 16, 2017 with harrisoni and lagerloather - at The Bottle Shop (Bermondsey) - draught keg. "Simcoe version" Very hazy orange gold with a lovely off-white head. Floral and wheaty/fruity - not much brett funk in the aroma, but it has some green hop bitterness - strong alcohol, seemed more like a DIPA (8-). Taste like a wonderful floral/citrus fruity full alcohol IPA with very little brett bugginess - good IPA, a little disappointed in the lack of funk - a little catty too. Solid body and carbonation, medium finish, not overly bitter - lovely, really.
4.0 Opened a bottle dated October 2015...... Well where to begin, preserved lemons, the taste of a farmyard in summer, a cow shed at 19:00? I’m lost? This beer is mental!
3.9 Sample from draft, hay, brett aroma, citrus, oak, stone fruits, dry, light fruit flavour of the hop, dry refreshing. Nice
3.4 Yellow, slightly hazty. Couldy white head. Earthy, citrus. Dry with some funky barnyard. Bit dirty.
4.1 Rating #2872 - 2018.01.20 - #RBAGWinter2018 - Can - thanks Mason! - Pours a clear golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma is Brett, some pepper, citrus, funk. Palate is some Brett, some esteric, some citrus. Really clean finish for 100% Brett fermented. Crushable.
2.2 A Bit too tangy for my tastes. But light tasting for so much alcohol. Missing the hoppy aroma found in most pales.
3.4 Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is more of your typical brett with some barnyard and horse blanket funk. Flavor is more brett funk without the tartness. Kind of a apple flavor is left on the tongue as this goes down. I did not get much of a hop with this beer. These cans just started showing up in my area about a month ago and the canned on date is in August. That was kind of disappointing. I know the brett will last a long time but the hops have already faded from this beer.
3.4 Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is slightly sour with hay, citrus hops, and lemon. Slightly sour flavor with lemon and candied sugar. Slight citrus hop on the finish.
3.9 Cans, Wine & Beer Emp, 12-12-17 Prev at 4.3 Draft @ brewery, (w/462 hops)
4.2 Pale golden pour with a huge white head. The nose is tart and funky. Lots of bright aromatic. Some soft zestiness and a leathery/earthiness. The flavour has an incredible complex acidity. A soft lactic quality that sets off the earthy brett flavour. Intensely flavourful. There’s a subtle sort of funky/goaty flavour butnits balanced by bright fruit, peach and pineapple. Flinty and dry. Solid.
Gott!
2.9 @ Crooked Stave Tasting hosted by Kraddel 19/11/2017 Aroma is rubber, brett and a tad chlorine. Bummer. Taste is brett, sourish, citric and a tad mango. Less rubber in taste. Is this a bottle with an off flavor? Palate is smooth.

2.0 Hey, ABInBev, keep those checks coming in and I will keep reviewing craft brews on your favorite site here. Let's get something straight here, I love beer, from lagers to IPA's, porters and stouts, strong ales, Trappistes and so on. I do not like fruits and vegetables in beer, nor do I care for salad dressing brews (sours). So on to the brew at hand, labeled as an India Pale Ale... with Brett. Could it be that I also do not care for mish-mash brews? Quite possible. As has been noted, this one pours with an enormous head and needs time to enjoy... or not. On tasting, I immediately went to the bottle to find a date and determine if I had a bad bottle. No date evident, but I guess that this is actually what it is. Pretty floral both in aroma and flavor, somewhat spicy, thin, bland, very un-beer like, unsatisfying. Tastes like something made from dandelions. A singularly bad idea. Somewhat similar brews, from Unibroue for example, are worlds better than this.

3.8 Draught @ Sori Taproom. Golden color with a thin white head. Sweet, fruity, oranges and funky notes. Slightly sweet with funky notes, apricots, dried fruits. Solid.
4.2 Nice aroma and a clean hoppy finish. Will definitely put this on the "buy again" list.
3.8 Clear, nice white head. Refreshing aroma, full of citrus, tropical fruits. Funky accents. Rather sweet. Taste is sweet, hoppy, little funky. Little sour. Medium bitterness, medium carbonation. Extremaly drinkable and refreshing. Quite good.
3.6 Puszka. Cytrusowe, lekko kwieciste.
3.7 0,375 l bottle pale golden color, hazy, frothy, white foam, basement aromas, leaves, light sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, medium body, slick feel, average carbonation, long finish,
3.8 Sweet tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit, bitter, wet straw, sweet citrus fruits, tangerine. Hazy gold, medium, creamy, white head. Light sweet. More sweet tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit, papaya, sweet citrus fruits, brett, bitter straw, grass, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Nice Sour / bretty IPA, great combination of flavors. Can at The Source, Denver.
3.7 Nos zwodniczy: słodko-brettowy, usta wytrawne, wyraźnie goryczkowe, piwo spełnione w swym idiomie: dzikie ipa jak się patrzy. Lekko mętne, piana nietrwała. Wysoce pijalne.
3.9 Pours a frothy and strong eggshell colored head. Nose is banana, lemon, pepper, brett and hay. Interesting on the tongue, the dryness is great but it seems to wipe out a lot of the flavor. Lemon, horse blanket, lingering finish. Pretty good.
1.7 Unimpressed with this beer from the pour. An average pour produces an inch of liquid and 4 inches of aggressive ahead. The head takes forever to attenuate. Six minutes after the pour I can finally try the beer. Sour funk with circus peanut on the nose. A pull into the mouth catalyzes a sequence of flavors; each one more vile than the last. Subtle sourness, a circus peanut covered in dust, and horsehair. Much too dry as well. I don't like Brett beers, but this is the worst of the few that I've had.
4.0 On tap at Vultures Lane. Pours cloudy yellow. Brett, lemon, apple, bread, orange, candy, bubblegum, vanilla, white chocolate type stuff, synthetic lemon flavouring. Full body with low carbonation. Really good.
3.6 Om tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. 6.5% hazy gold lasting white head. brett aroma. Then a decent grapefruit ipa. Decent brett ipa combo. Nice enough. Simcoe version?
3.4 (thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 1. Hazy orange. Nose is weird dirty funk, cereal, hay. Taste is brett quite dirty brett, bread, cereal, grain. Brett dominates body and everything else, not my thing.
3.3 Keg at the BeaverFest 2017 Friday.. Hazy amber. M thin white lacing. Mdry herbal funk fruit nose...dry bitter floral fruit.. Light brett is
