4.1Złota barwa, piwo lekko przymglone, nalewa się z szybko znikającą pianą.
Aromat jest intensywny, bretty: wioska, skisłe siano, łąka, przyjemne, słodkie, nieco kompotowe brzoskwinie.
W smaku piwo jest wytrawne do kości i mocno kwaśne. Kwaśność jest czysta, mlekowo-cytrynowa. Brzoskwinie są trochę mniej wyraźne niż w aromacie. Finisz to cierpki posmak i wyraźne dzikie nuty rustykalne - suche drewno, skóra, siano.
4.1Draft at Hops & Pie Sour, Wild, and Fruited Fest 2016 4-23-16
3.52015 bottle with yeast haze seen inside of the bottle.
Pours a hazy straw yellow, peachy if you will, small and gone head of foam. No lacing.
Smells of peaches, light Brett, tart.
Tart peaches, light Brett taste, not complex but very tasty.
Light bodied with very little carbonation.
3.1keg at the hanging Lothian road... Light dry fruits. Mdry brett fruit nose.. Ing sherbert eartthy funk lemon fruits
4.4Nice peachy stonefruit and lactic sour aroma and flavor with dry tannic woody flavors. Sour maybe 4 of 10, all lactic and balanced by the sweet of the stonefruit. Complex flavorful and delicious. Really like the stonefruit sours.
3.927/VIII/17 - on tap @ BXL Beer Fest - BB: n/a (2017-1376) Thanks to the (Belgian) RB crew for sharing today's beers!
Clear blond beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of peaches and apricots in the nose. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very acidic, lemon juice, unripe apricots, bitter touch. Aftertaste: some tannins, bit metallic, lemon rind.
0.0from tap as persica 2015; golden with small white head; aroma is peach, some funk, tartness, soft lambic like aroma in the background but mostly sweet peach; taste is peach, some sweet malty notes, lactic sourness, soft funk, bitter funky finish with lingering peach and some soft sweetness; texture is thin but not watery with low to medium carbonation and a light body
3.8Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of peach, lots of peach. Sour flavour, malts, funk, light almost salty note. Sour finish, quite funky, loads of peach. Nice.
(from draught @ BXL Beer Fest, Brussel. As Project Persica (2016). Thanks for sharing today's beers, rb crew!)
3.8Stone fruits, peach, nectarine, light citrus fruits, lemon. Hazy gold, small, creamy, white head. Sour, unripe stone fruits, more peach, acidic lime, lemon peel, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very nice Sour, great peach flavours. Keg at The Source, Denver.
4.1F: medium size, egg-white, good retention.
C: fright yellow/blonde, hazy.
A: fresh apricot, peach, fruity, cheese, basement.
T: apricot/peach, bit cheese, fruity, bit herbal, nice fruity/brett decent sourness, very tasty with great aroma, medium body and carbonation, fully enjoyed, 2016 version, sample @ BXLBeerFest in Brussels.
4.1@ BXLfest 2017.
4.0(Tap sample @ CBC 2016 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours very pale and hazy whitish-yellow with a white head. Aroma is high on both fruit and super cheesy/sweaty funk. Very Brett forward even for CS, smells a bit like holding a peach with unwashed feet but the peach does come through very well with some residual sweetness, oak not very apparent. Flavour is nice and fruity though not as heavy on the nose, but funk is toned down too. Very low tartness for CS. Notes of tart orange juice, peach skin, underripe nectarines, yellow plums, crisp, lean and light malt body. Cheesy funk shows up a bit on the finish, oak almost hidden. Fairly light bodied as typical for them. A good one from a consistent producer of fruited sours.

Peaches all over the place! Aroma is peaches and a bit sour. Very nice peach in taste. Very sour. Palate is puckering and velvety. Very crisp.
4.6Thank you for sharing RB crew! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Bright golden, small white head. Nose is awesome bright peach, fresh apricot, fresh oak faintly. Shockingly low on the sourness for a Crooked Stave beer, it is acidic, very puckering even but they have more hardcore beers but the fruit is super fright & fresh, wonderful with some white wine vinegar. Puckering body. Very lovely. That smell is trully amazing.
3.7Sampled at BXL Beerfest Brussel. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Shitloads of peach, bright lemon, mild funk,
3.9Bxlbeerfest. Pours bright hazy yellow. Aroma is fruity, peaches, sourness. Flavor is sour, fruity, peaches. Finish is sour and fruity. Overall: very good.
3.6Bottled October 2015 at 6% abv. Hazy pale yellow with a small diminishing white head. Sour nose with lemon, wood and sour peach. Light brett behind it. The flavour has lots of juicy peach, lemon, wood, hay, dust, light vanilla. Brett takes over into the finish with barnyard and light leather. Little sweetness, fairly sour but just short of being too much. No, maybe a little too much, but it goes ok with the peach. Juicy and mild lemony sour finish.
4.1[9147-20170420] 375mL bottle. Funnnnky sour peach juice and floral fuzz aroma. Slightly hazy, pale orange body with a quick foamy white head. Super sour peach juice flavour has a nice juicy finish. Medium body is sour and juicy. More peachy sugar comes out as it warms. (9/3/9/4/16) 4.1

Overheard: "Excuse me, Miss, I can’t find my noodle snizzers."
4.1Peach is very good to. This one with a more pronounced oak finish. Up there with the rest of the series.
4.0On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. This one has a deep dark plum red colored body. Almost a little red winey in color. Small islandy pink head on the top. Smells really nice. Lots of cherries and raspberries. Both yellow and red sour raspberries. Brett and wood. Really inviting. It has a really good flavor this. Vinegar and raspberries. Tastes supreme. Mild oily in the mouth and just below prickling. Magic stuff. 13.05.2016
3.72017-04-20. Lightly hazy yellow body modest beige head fades. Aroma has strong funky peach character, undertones of barnyard and canned peach syrup. Flavour is pleasantly moderately sour up front, nice big peach fruit follows. Moderate funk throughout, light oak. Smooth average bodied palate, soft carbonation. 7/3-4/7+/3/16-17 Bottled at Birreria Volo, Toronto.
3.8Nice peach sour. Big stone fruit, peach, funk, earthy, hay with a good amount of betting. Crisp and drinkable
4.1375ml unwaxed bottle pours semi clear straw gold with small head. Nose and taste have tart juicy peach, funky stonefruit fuzz, light grain backdrop, vanilla touches, semi sweet fruit finish, medium high tartness, lemon funk, hay. Tasty.

3.9Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured hazy golden color with an average frothy white head that was lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour yeast, tart fruit and wood aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & fruit sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sour & sweet finish of moderate duration. Interesting beer.
3.9375 ml bottle shared with Tmoney99 and wihorock. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have tart and tangy peach character, Brett funk, wood, peach skins, some sneaky acidity, very good beer.
4.2Blend 1. Had held on to this for a long time. Perfect split for 2 people. big stone fruit flavors still there. Brett and funk are mild but a little hay and earthiness to it. HOlding up pretty well. Remember it being a little cleaner last time I had this a couple of years ago but this adds a different dimension with the earthy funk.
