4.10,15l on tap @ BeerTemple. Pours cloudy yellow with a high creamy head. Aroma is tarty malts, citrus and some soap. Flavor is fruity tarty malts with some citrus. Very nice indeed.
4.0Kind of a lambic, citrus, tea aroma. Citrus shows up more in the flavor which also has a nice clean tartness.. Good finish.
3.3Good and refreshing after a 3 hour hike. Nice blood orange taste. Goodbut not great.
3.7A nice beer, but nothing that distiguishes it and makes it anything but. Nose is a little off from the taste and just a slight off flavor linger on the back end. Not my favorite thing from them, but nothing terrible either.
3.6Bottle from HF. Pours a slightly hazy light amber with a billowy off white head. Musty but fresh (oddly) brett aroma with some wheat, lemon, oak, some funk, high carbonation and moderate body, slightly bitter and light sourness, some apples and mild citrus on the finish.
3.4Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white creamy head that lasts. The aroma is strong citrus, funk, oak. Thin mouth, similar flavors to nose, earthy, light finish, good.
4.1bottle. Golden with two finger head. Tart and lemony. Very similar to the autumn version. Solid citrus notes, mild funk.
3.5Bottle; St. Bretta Summer - Pour is cloudy gold - it’s over carbed, with a heavy white head into this glass - it retains fairly well , with some spotting presence here. The nose is sweet breads, citrus rind, and white pepper. The flavor profile reveals initial bready, with funk presence - spent grain, citrus notes, grassy hop presence - finishing off with a certain sharp tartness. It’s nice... for the most part.
3.8Pours a very cloudy, bright golden banana yellow color with a half finger white head that quickly disappears. Minimal spotty lacing left behind.
Very inviting nose with an amazing earthy brett character that is perfectly integrated into the witbier notes. Musty, dry and grassy with peppery spice notes countered by bready yeast and light fruit esters. Hints of ginger and grains of paradise followed by citrus peel and pale fruit notes.
Lighter end of medium body with a nice dry, musty brett presence that’s well integrated into the elements of the base beer. Not as exciting as the aroma suggests with subtle funk, earthy hop, grass and straw along with peppery spice, sourdough bread and light fruit notes. Some coriander and ginger along with banana bread, wild yeast, citrus rind and light fruit. Decent but somewhat of a let down considering the complexity and appeal of the aroma.
3.8Keg at Beavertown Rainbow 2015, London. It pours a hazy straw color with large white head. Aroma is wheat grains grass light citric hops oranges. Tate is dry crisp grainy light funk light tangy oranges and citrus zest. Light to medium bodied with ok carbonation. Overall, nice and clean
3.3Aroma: oak, sours, citrus, tart. Appearance: hazy, pale gold, small, creamy, white head. Taste: light bitter and sour. Palate: intense sours, citric acid, lemons, light wood notes. Overall: bit of a weird Witbier, more like a Sour. Pint at Beavertown Brewery, Tottenham.
3.712.7oz bottle. Cloudy straw hue and a moderate off-white head. Tart blood orange and oak nose and flavor. Tangy with a touch of funk & earthiness. Medium to full body.
3.5Hazy yellow color, nice appearance. Belgian pale complexion, with a nice profile and balance, until a bitterness that is hidden there comes out a bit too strong. (at 2015 Summer Beer Dabbler, St. Paul, MN)
3.6Bottled@PBF X. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is floral, wooden, herbal and some mild sour notes. Flavour is being rather similar, with the sourness and tartness a bit stronger. Pleasant and very refreshing.

3.9Yellow, thin white head. Smells like fresh bread, some citrus, and some white wine. Taste is oaky, funky, some surprisingly subtle citrus notes. Becomes much more bretty as it warms. Nice stuff.
3.5Bottle at PBFX. Hazy orange color, small white head. Lemony, bretta and some fruityness. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Citrus, astrigent, active carbonation, even a bit too much. Easier than winter version. Balanced.

4.0Tap at beer belly in Albany, pours thick lemony white unclear with a white head. Aroma brings the citrus so nicely blended with the wild yeast. The flavor does the same bringing even more delicious citrus notes and wild yeast blended so nicely, with the wild yeast really picking up the pace after the sweet and rindy citrus showcases at the beginning.

3.8Pours golden with a thin white head. Aroma of oranges, malts and a little sour fruit. Taste is tart, citrus and malts.
3.4bottle courtesy of and shared with Kermis.
Thin white head. Massive funky aroma. Tart sourness. Don’t get the oranges. Not my cup of tea.
3.8I don’t know how this is a witbier but who cares I guess. It’s damn tasty. Pours a dark dusky yellow. Aromas are stable, white wine, lemon, vinegar. Great sour flavors. A great option for summer time sipping. Lots of bright citrus flavors, funk, white wine. Great!
4.1375 bottle spilt by Willrunforbeer. 2013 Batch 2. Hazy gold, no head. Aroma has a great citrus character with a mild funky yeast.
Flavor has citrus though out the sip with a nice level of tartness. Not sour, tart. Has a citrus rind bitterness that also help balance the tartness. Damn, really well balanced! The finish is dry with a refreshing crispness. I could sip this for an extended length of time.
4.2From notes. 375ml bottle shared 3 ways. 2013 batch 2. Pours pale yellow gold with a faint white head. Aroma is Chardonnay, lemon, wet hay, oak. Flavor is Chardonnay, lemon, acetic, tart cherry skin wet hay, oak. Great beer.
4.1Pours hazy yellow / orange with a modest sized white head. The aroma comes off more lambic-like than witbier. There is modest tartness, oak, funk, citrus, cheese zest, spices and an underlying richness. Very nice and inviting. It has a light crisp super snappy body with a touch of sharp carbonation. The taste starts with sharp citrus, funk, cheese, peppery spice, cinnamon, oak and it even seems like the blood orange flavor comes up front. The finish is very dry with the spice and citrus taking center and just enough malt and oak to keep it in check. Excellent beer.
3.9Bottle shared by a friend. Opaque yellow color with a fuzzy white head. Aroma of Froot Loops, orange and wheat. Orange flavor with creamy wheat before a sour finish.
4.2Pale golden and clear, visible soft effervescence, soft white to ivory colored foam thin and sustained, oranges and grapefruit aromas, leather, a touch mousey, Brett dominant, cheese, cheddar, Brie, slightly spritz you feel, lightly creamy edges, very very nice. Much respect.
