3.5Bottle bought at Rudat in Dortmund, poured into nosing glass. Little to no head and Light red color. Nose is sour Aceton and fruity but Kind of odd. Taste is sour spicy but a bit low in bodey. Long sour finish... Not quite my Type...
3.8From notes. mid 2015. The hibiscus dominates the nose, pleasing sour and funk notes - can’t get the cranberry. The taste is very strob cranberry which really brings out the sour character. It’s very refreshing, though I found the spice profile a little fussy.
A very nice take on a festive beer, light and refreshing where others are heavy and sometimes cloying.
3.9January 30, 2016. Bottle, marked Holiday 2014.
Hazy pale reddish purple with a small frothy white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy and earthy with cranberries, citrus notes, spicy nutmeg and ginger, hints of oak, funk and floral perfume notes. Taste is soft tart, fruity with a light sweetness. Finish is light sour with citrus, cranberries, hibiscus, light spicy notes of nutmeg and cloves and light funk notes. Light bodied, crisp mouthfeel, average carbonation.
Good and refreshing, nice spicy notes.

3.6375 ml bottle shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Deep red, hazy body, with a small, fluffy, light beige head.
Aroma of cinnamon, rosemary, sweet-sour red berries, cranberries, some sweet apples.
Tastes of apples, sour citrus, sour unripe fruits, spices, pears, some funk.
Quite light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, a bit dry, spicy, fruity, slightly funky.
Nice one. Not so special overall, with not too much complexity, but with well balanced fruit and spice notes. Fresh and easy drinkable, while I’ve had better sour ales from this brewery.
3.80,375l bottle at home shared with Saeglopur and Simay. Bottled "Holiday 2014". 4.5% ABV. quite red hazy color, small off-white/pinkish head. smells herbal, rosemary, thyme, light sweetness, some wood, very lightly funky. nice smell. medium body, medium carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes sour, berry notes, light green apples, some nuts, herbal, some thyme, citric. finishes very dry and medium sour with some citric and herbal notes. good stuff, nice and complex.
3.3Bottle thanks to Nielsen. Nose is tart and pie like almost like rhubarb. Taste is thin initially, lightly tart. Not bad but not that impressive.
3.9Bottle from Beergium. Intense, clear pink pour with white head. Floral aroma with light spices, some yeast, karkade (hibiscus tea) and redcurrant. Distinct cranberry flavor with some cloves ending in a long, dry fruity redcurrant finish. Quite light body, yet strong flavor. Highly drinkable and refreshing.
3.7From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Red color with off white head. Aroma is yeasty, fruity, berries, herbal, spicy, light funky. Sweet and light acidic fruity spicy taste again. Light to medium thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

3.8(Crooked Stave Vieille Artisanal (Cranberry and Spice)) Bottle 375 ml, from a trade with sunnrider, thanks! Served into a teku, ABV 4.5%
Intense red colour on the body, clear, with a small and thin white head on top, with good retention.
Aroma is floral with spices, light fruity notes.
Nice taste, light sourness on it, with floral notes, spices and hints of fruits.
Medium thin body, carbonation is low.
Very good, refreshing and huighly drinkable.
3.237.5cl bottle served in a snifter. Pours pink with a slightly off white head which dissipates quickly. Aroma is funky barrel and yeast with a fruity background. Taste is sweet cranberry with immediate tartness and a reasonably brett-like dryness in the finish. The cinnamon and nutmeg is there but very subtle as th4 barrel and cranberry are most dominant. A nice balance of flavours but a pretty watery mouthfeel which is to be expected given the abv. Not worth the money.
3.4Pours clear coppery bordering on chestnut with a thick, if not long-lasting, pale buff head. Cranberry and coriander-like notes in the aroma reach out and touch you from 40 cm away, pulling you in to appreciate the nutmeg, cinnamon and floral tones. Flavor bursts with cranberry, sour and yet sweet - Thanksgiving dinner a little early, tee hee. Spicy, floral, herbal, hay and malty tones provide the background. Mouthfeel is nothing to write home about, but it goes down well and leaves a nice cranberry finish. A fine beer for the harvest season.
3.6Bottle @ Craig’s. Pours red, nose of cranberry and spices also smells woody. taste of a turkey and cranberry sandwich, dry, very dry, oh so dry.

3.3375 ml bottle. Almost clear, pale reddish body with a thin, lacing, pale pink head. Aroma of stable and acidic berries with a hint of spices. Flavor is malt, acidic berries, farmhouse and slightly spicy. Medium body and OK aftertaste. Quite refreshing and easy drinkable, still a bit weird.
3.7375ml bottle pours semi clear bright ruby red with small finger of fizzy head. Nose is big spice mix, cinnamon, holiday spice, some fruity cranberry and cherry. Taste has pretty low tartness, touch of sweet cherry and cranberry juice, rounded spice mix, nutmeg, light funk and faint oaky vanilla. Finishes semi sweet, floral berry juice, some dry oak, spice, cinnamon, low tartness.
2.7Bottle - Pours hazy red with a ring of white head. Nose is soapy and floral, with light baking spice and some berry sweetness. Taste is similar--soapy, floral, and tart berries. Just not my thing. Thin, with little carbonation. Just not my favorite flavor combo.
4.1Opaque rose colour, with a medium pink head. Fresh cranberry aroma at first, which gives way to cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices, with an overlying saison funk. Sour with sweet spicy notes. Finishes refreshing and sour. Lovely!
