3.3 Bottle from the 99 cent discount bin at Cost Plus World Market. Clear deep brown color, dense beige head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of burnt caramel and chocolate. Taste is bittersweet malted milk balls. Tasty enough.
3.0 Cerveza obscura, pesada. Perfecto para abrir el apetito.
3.0 12oz bottle. Deep brown color with a beige head. Chocolatey and a little roast in the aroma and flavor; sweet finish. Nothing to light the world on fire, but not bad by any means.
3.3 355ml bottle. Pours very dark clear orange brown colour with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark and red malt, red fruits, nuts, caramel. Taste of dark red malt, caramel, nuts, red fruits, some spices, good!
3.8 Sehr dunkel, klar. Geruch nach Karamell und Sirup. Im Geschmack dann erstaunlich trocken. Passend bitter, "crisp" Abgang.
3.3 Aroma - mild caramel malt Appearance - the body is clean mahogany. The head is around 1" and beige in color, settles slowly. Full lacing. Taste - has light caramel and a mild nuttiness Palate - body is on the lighter side of medium, texture is slightly creamy, abrupt finish.
3.4 Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. 355ml Bottle from Saveur-Biere. Piana srednia choć nietrwala. Kolor ciemno herbaciany ze sporymi prześwitami czerwieni. Piwo klarowne, bez osadu pachnące czekolada i piernikiem. Smak piernika, migdalow i trochę kaszy gryczanej. Ogolnie delikatne, lekkie i przyjemne.
2.8 Bottle from M&S Stratford and drunk at home. Black dark ruby colour lasting tan head. Some maltiness a little oxidised. OK dark beer with a bit too much oxidised bovril. Not that keen on this to be honest. Not much hop, not much condition. Not a great dark beer.
3.1 33cl bottle at Club de la Cerveza, Playa del Carmen. It pours a clean brown color with small beige head. Aroma is sweet0sih and caramely with notes of brown sugar and biscuit, light dried leaves and orange peel. Taste has more biscuity sweetness, light molasses and orange marmalade. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, ok
3.4 Bottle 35.5cl. Clear deep chestnut brown, small frothy beige head, mostly diminishing, good lacing; aroma is roasted malts, brown sugar, cocoa, dark fruits, nutty notes; taste is sweet and bitter, malty, light chocolate, roasty, average duration; medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste is bittersweet, roasty, spicy notes, light chocolate; quite nice, alas a bit thin at the end.
2.7 355ml bottle. Clear, dark brown colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white to beige head. Nuttily and minimally chocolately, malty aroma, a touch of wet straw. Taste is dry, nuttily dark malty, tinny, a cautious root beer touch, some bitterness. Yes, slightly obscure.
3.7 Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. Aroma- Has an aroma of malt and cocoa, not to bad. Appearance- This beer pours a reddish-brown with a large off-white head. Taste- Has a sweet caramel malt flavor, a tad to sweet for me Palate- A medium bodied and moderately carbonated Overall- First beer from this brewer, pretty good. I will definitely try other offerings from Cucapa.
2.4 Couleur brune foncer au col qui se dissipe rapidement. En bouche un peu de cereales griller et de caramel... Ordinaire...
2.6 Medium amber-brown, quite caramelly on the nose. Taste is similar with a funny phenolic note. Sweet and I’m not sure I’d take this over Indio.
3.2 Pours a clear dark brown with a thin off-white head. Sweet malt aromas with some nuttiness to it. Lots of sweet caramel malts in the mouth. There is also a touch of roasted malts and toffee flavors. Overall pretty light body with an ABV of 4.8 %. Tasty malty dark beer!

3.1 355ml bottle of "American Brown Ale" enjoyed at La Internacional Cerveceria in Cozumel, MEX. Pours with a good sized and very durable head. This is a nice brown ale with fairly good balance overall and very good bitter-sweet balance. Unlike some recent American Browns, this ale is markedly more malty than hoppy. The flavor is good but not great and features dark brown bread with a hint of hops. The aroma is lightly sweet and spicy.
3.5 0.355l bottle. Brownish dark amber body, off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel and dark fruits. Taste of toast, caramel, honey and dark fruits. Nice one.
3.6 Bottle 355 mL, poured on pint dark beer with almost no head, hoppy roasted aroma. Medium bitterness with coffee and nuts. cereal, coffee and malty bitter aftertaste. good one.
3.5 Red, clear with white foam. Mild malt and metal in the aroma. Caramel, bisquit with dry bitter aftertaste.
3.0 From a bottle. Beige head which lasted not for long. Caramel and maybe some vanilla.
3.2 335ml bottled. Pours dark amber like Nicolas Flamels philosopher’s stone. Medium head. Sweet smell of caramel and malts. Soft palate and a nice bodied beer with the taste of malts and a hint of hops. Quite nice but maybe a bit too sweet.
3.7 Bottle from unknown via Jimena. pours a medium brown slightly clear slight tan head aroma molasses, smoky sweet, candi sugar. Body light and toasty, finish sweet.
2.9 Bottle, 355ml. A mahogany beer with a foamy head that fades away quickly. It has a medium to faint aroma of dry fruits and alcohol. Taste is bitter, slightly dense (although it later washed away) and with hints of spices and maybe chocolate. Carbonation is low and it has medium astringency.
3.1 Not a bad brown ale. A touch on bittering hops round out the brown sugar and caramel body. Overall, mild.
3.0 Deep brown color with a nice head. You can smell a little bit of chocolate. Taste is malty and somewhat chocolaty, and refreshing. A favorite one.
3.1 A dark brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, grassy nutty malt with light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a nice roasted caramel malt with light grassy hops, faint peatyness, nice.
