4.2 Porzadne one złociste Ale. Prawie jak Bitter, jasna zlota barwa, leciutko mglista bardzo mala piana na dwa palce. Zapach olejkow aromator do wypiekow ciasta drożdżowego, A w smaku totalna goryczkowa bomba. Dla wytrawnych piwoszy zdecydowanie, piwo tak zbombardowane chmielem ze ma się wrazenie jakby nie było w nim wogole slodu

4.0 Pours golden in colour with a thin white head. Deep aroma of bready yeast, malt and funky hop, pungent and aromatic at the same time. Initial sweetness gives way immediately to a huge bitterness. Rich mouthfeel of juicy malt with a vanilla background, citrus tastes and a long, dry finish. Gently carbonated and dangerously drinkable. Great.
4.2 Bottle, Morrisons, 15/01/2016 Spring elderflower taste. Well carbonated. Excellent condition. Some slight grassy notes. White grape. Low acid. Clean. Easy-drinking. Great spring ale. I really don’t think this can be bettered for the style. It can go bad easily if kept hot hence why ratings are low and I really don’t understand the low ratings as this is exactly what you want for a spring/golden ale. Great hop combination. Super soft malts. Super clean. CO2 in the tank. Excellent.
3.3 Bottle thanks to Lorna. It pours clear golden - light orange with a medium white head. The nose is fresh, bready malts, biscuit, toasted grain and a touch of citrus. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter, grassy, toasted grain, straw, white bread, orange oil and a touch of peppery spice with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp, clean and has a nice level of bitterness. Decent golden ale.

3.2 Bottle at home, from Beer Merchants, 14/06/15. Clear golden with a decent off white covering that retains well. Nose is crisp citrus, melon, straw, light caramel, touch of bread. Taste comprises carmel, orange peel, bread, melon, light vanilla. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy hop bitterness in the close. Ok golden blonde.

3.2 500ml bottle from ales by mail. Clear, pale-golden pour with a small frothy white head. Slight caramel and fruity aromas. Definite grapefruit flavour with some hoppy dryness and subtle sweetness. Nice.
3.1 Pours almost clear golden color, topped with a nice white frothy head. Mild fruity aroma, some flowery notes and a hint of elderflower. Taste is slightly sweet with some grassy hops to it, very mild bitterness in the finish and a bit watery. Drinkable, not bad.
2.7 Golden ale di stampo inglese. Colore oro con scarsa schiuma bianca. Al naso fruttata e floreale. In bocca corpo medio. Bilanciata bene. Sapore troppo fruttato a mio parere. Lungo finale nel palato.
3.3 500ml bottle from Gouwen Aar. Thin white head. Clear golden pour. Nice subtle bitterness. Some biscuit. Enjoyable.
3.3 500ml bottle. Clear, orangey, deep golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Floral hoppy aroma, slightly perfumed, herbal, a fruity touch of gooseberry, biscuity malty basis. Taste is slightly sweet, biscuity malty, mildly bitter hoppy overtones, minimally herbal, floral and mineral, a touch of lemon and gooseberry. Nice.
3.5 Bottle 50cl. Clear medium golden, small frothy white head, disappears quickly, good lacing; hoppy nose, lemon, caramel notes, bread, hay, bit of baserment; taste light medium bitter and light sweet, fruity citrus notes; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry bitter aftertaste, some fruitiness; overall refreshing, very drinkable.
3.5 Bottle on hols. Golden color with white head. Flowery aromas with fruit coming through - slight citrus. Enjoyed as easy drinking.
3.3 Bottle at home in London - sourced from an online shop. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. The nosr has some aged hay, biscuits, lemon. Light-medium sweet flavor with low bitterness, some ripe, lightly dried citrus fruits, a bit of hay, grains. Light bodied with ine to average carbonation. Some further grainy pale malts to finish, biscuits, rindy lemon. Perhaps not super fresh but still OK.
3.3 Nice head and limpid appearance, grapefruit aroma with a far orange note, the taste reminds a lot some less strong stout/porter beers, hop and alcohol, bitter palate escalating quickly. Neither bad not good in my opinion, but enjoyable if you aren?t looking for elaborate tastes.
3.5 Bottle. Very fruity golden ale with notes of peach, elderflowers and orange. Maybe a litte bit too sweet. Dry finish.
3.6 buona schiuma piuttosto persistente buon aroma luppolato lieve agrumatp terroso discreto nota maltata un tocco mieloso discreto amaro
3.1 500ml bottle from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario. Golden yellow in colour with a thin but lasting white head, very light lacing. The aroma is of grass, citrus and caramel. Flavour is grassy, some citrus, lemons and light grapefruit, some light caramel. Lightly bitter and dry mouthfeel, light body, moderate carbonation. Finishes fairly quick, dry, citrusy.
3.2 Pours a dark orange colour with a thin white head, very fruity aroma hint of orange, taste is light with some sweetness with a dry fruity finish.
2.9 500 ml bottle from Redmonds. Really clear, quite pale gold with a white head which doesn’t last. Grain in the aroma, some toffee and a yeasty note. Flavour is light and dry, finishes with some toffee sweetness. A touch watery maybe. Light carbonation, light mouthfeel. Nice enough session beer but there are more flavoursome beers work a lower ABV
3.1 500ml bottle at home. Pours clear gold, thick white head. Aromas of hay and citrus. Orange bitter taste, light sweetness. Medium body & carbonation. Lingers a bit too long to be refreshing for me.
3.7 Bottle from Booth’s in Ripon. Pours amber with a white head. Some really good citrus itter hop flavours in this - lemon and marmalade. Not a complex beer but tasty, refreshing and very enjoyable.
3.0 Bottle. Large white head. Fizzy gold body. Nose is grapefruit, citrus and dough. Tropical fruit. Some caramel. Some stewed hops. Spice. Tannic. Tangy with some bitterness. Dry finish.
3.1 500ml brown bottle: BBD end of Oct 2014. Poured into an Abbot Ale glass tankard at home after some gardening on 29th April 2014. Light amber too dull gold in colour, the head a thin white covering and thicker collar. Just what I needed after a little hard labour. Refreshing and thirst quenching with a citrus bite in both the aroma and taste. Not the sort of beer I normally like or buy (it was part of a present) but it did the job nicely today.
3.2 Dunkelgolden, leicht mild-weich, schön fruchtig & Ale-aromatisch. Nicht zu tief, aber süffig - frisch! Lecker!
3.4 Bottle. Golden and clear with low carbonation and a small head. Pleasant but not a lot of flavour which makes it quite disappointing.
