3.9 Bottle. It pours mostly clear reddish with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is ripe raspberry and acid. Notes of acid and horse blanket. The flavor is quite acidic and sour. Sour raspberries. My bottle was low carbonated.

Cloudy red colour, no head really. Tart fruity berry pleasant aroma, raspberries and strawberries, barnyard, so pleasant. Tart fruity red berry flavour, quite some acidity there, burns a bit. Salty notes.
4.0 Bottle @ Faroe Islands with Faroe Viking vintage January 2009.. it pours hazy dark red with a very small pink head...the aroma is tart, acidic and raspberry.. the flavor is tart, light acidic and raspberries... very nice
4.1 Bottled. A red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of raspberries, brett, vinegar, and lacto. The flavor is sour with notes of lacto, brett, wood, and raspberries, leading to a tart finish that draws the mouthwater.
4.3 Bouteille 750 ml. Excellente.
4.2 750ml bottle at Brewdog Tallinn. Pours deep ruby red, clear, pink head. Aroma of barnyard, dung, horse, ripe raspberry. Taste is mature, raspberry, woody, sour. Some sulphur in aftertaste, bit below average carbonation. Very nice, freaky side of fruit labics, lots of dung and barnyard here. 375ml bottle, 2019. Pours clear pinkish red, small off-white head. Aroma is raspberry popcorn, diesel, buttery. Taste follows to nose, nice acidity, sweeter side raspberry. Medium body, creamy texture, crisp carbonation. Very nice
4.3 Bottle: Poured a deep red color lambic with a large pink color foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky yeast notes with some huge raspberry notes, some tartness and light acidic notes. Taste is a mix of huge raspberry flavours with some funky barnyard notes, some acidic notes but nothing overwhelming and oak with light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with excellent carbonation foe the style. Solid fruit lambic and something I wish was more accessible over here.
3.8 Bottle from Xmas 2018 tasting. Pours plum, cloudy no head or lacing. Notes of tart cherry, lots of raspberry. Taste is big tart, light juicy sweet. Medium sticky body lively carbonation.
4.0 A hazed amber lambic with a thin white head. In aroma, nice complex mix of lemon pulp, Brett, horse blanket, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity tart mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and puckering. Bottle at Pushkinwows Xmas 2018 gathering.
4.1 Bottle at Koelschip. Red. Balsamic vinegar, raspberry in the nose, mild acidity, mildly sour, raspberry and balsamic vinegar in the mouth. Medium body, dry and acidic mouthfeel with nutty notes. Good.
3.5 (Summer 2018 backlog, shared at BA-Beersnake1's Freiburg farewell, 2009 vintage) - - Thawed frosted framboisen generate enough thaw water mineral metallics for the aged vinegar & sharp lacto to pierce through, resulting in quite a thin and aggressive aged lambiek: deep pink, rich with redfruit essences but little of its fruitflesh or substance. Quite a few De Cams were like this fresh at the latest Belgian festivals as well...have they started catering to sharper, younger international palates?
4.1 Bottle pour @ Pühaste Kelder. Pours nice red-ping with some white foam on top, slightly cloudy. Nose is funky, good vinegar there, quite intense and cutting through your nostrils. Autumny barnyard funk there as well, coming even more out in taste, fruity and displaying raspberries nicely. I do like this kind of sour, immensely enjoyable.
2.4 0.375 l bottle from 'Prik & Tik Baelus', cellared for two years. Clear, deep red with a medium large, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sourish, intensely fruity and a little funky aroma of raspberry, sour cherries and vinegar. Very sour, quite fruity and minimally funky taste of raspberry, vinegar, strawberry and a touch of wood, followed by a medium long, extremely acidic, dry finish. Medium body, insanely astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. This is almost undrinkable, way too acidic. There is no finesse at all, just plain sourness and vinegar, this is either a bad batch, aging is highly detrimental to it or it is overrated crap. Huge disapppointment!
4.1 750mL bottle. Faint raspberry aromas, floral, funky. Hazy red with a somewhat lasting pink head. Dry, funky, tart, fruity. Medium bodied.
3.6 Shared 750 ml bottle, bottled in 2012. ABV is 6.0%. Pink to red colour, hazy. Small off-white head. Aroma of oxidised and over-ripe raspberries, notes of oak. Probably over the top. The flavour is much better than the aroma, notes of raspberries, brettanomyces and oak, quite sour.
4.3 0,75 l flaske på RBHD-treff i Vatlandsvåg, 2018. Flasket i 09-2012. Deilig.
4.5 Shared bottle at RB/HD at Vatlandsvåg 14.07.18. Bottled in 2012. Cloudy brown red. Excellent aroma of ripe raspberries, cherries and barn. Acid taste, with cherries, raspberries, cherry stones marzipan, sour lemon and sherry. Superb! Tart, dry and astringent mouthfeel.
Ganerensende avslutning.
4.7 Luktar hallon, stall, hö, rödvin. Smakar hallon, kraftig syra, hö, rejält torr. Riktigt fräsch.
3.9 Bottle, 750 ml from Be Hoppy, Madrid. Hazy reddish orange, short lasting off white head. Funky, raspberries, citric, quite sour, light bodied. Not very complex. Light to medium bodied.
3.9 Looks like blood! Aroma and flavour have loads of sharp juicy raspberries. Slight woody dryness. Very well balanced with just enough sweetness.
4.3 Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks DSG! Murky bronze-brown with beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, lots of wood, yeasts, lemon and some wine. Very sour flavor with notes of berries, lots of wood, lemon, acidic, funky, lingering acidity, puckering. Dry, medium-bodied. Very rich and enjoyable.
