4.12015 bottle, I believe? shared by AdamC on 12/31/17, thanks!
Clear, bright, deep, red cherry with a small, pinkish-beige head atop showing moderate retention to-style.
Bright yet with deep funk in the background and good sourness hinted at via strong lactic and moderate Brett notes. Light wood/oak and a bit of soft cereal gently balance with both excellent fruit attenuation and integration. Black pepper, pit and plentiful malic acid keep things vibrant and no alcohol, flaw or unwanted notes emerge. More cereal and light honey-like malt notes emerge with warming.
In the mouth it's soft with wheat and barrel tannin contributing mainly to this. Tight carbonation propels a plethora of well-attenuated cherry notes that complement both fruity, funky Brett and moderately sour lactic and light acetic acid. Sort of a mix of the more austere, heavily sour, moderately acetic but still highly flavorful and robust Hanssens with the more funky, Brett-driven, soft and elegant Drie Fonteinen. And of course, unique in its own right and as with all of the other De Cams I've had, incredibly delicious.

3.5750 mL bottle. Pours like red wine. No head. Smells very winy also. Cherry, a little jammy, oak, and a red wine aroma. Some dried grass too. Tastes tart. Red wine acidity up front. More dried grass. Sweet cherry. Back end is even more red wine. Dead flat. Well, I was a bit put off at first, but I ended up enjoying it.
4.0Thank you Adam for the 750 ml bottle share. Deep, deep ruby color. Aroma shows me cherries, oak, dusty basement, and funk. Taste is sour cherries, raspberries, tart cranberry, funky wood and deep lingering oaky cherry.
Side Note: this was my 8,000 overall rating. Thanks for saving the day Adam!
4.1Bottle from Burg Bieren, Ermelo. 2016 vintage. Aroma is intense tart and sour cherries, barnyard funk, light oak, mild vinegar, with more lovely cherries providing the finish. Flavour is quite tart and nicely puckering sour with some sweetness as well. Body is medium. Intensely fruity with tons of cherries, almost a fruit yoghurt character there. Lovely cherry bomb.

4.0Aroma:
Medium aroma of malts, wood, cherry, red fruit and tart.
Appearance:
Opaque red/purple beer with slight yeast and with a slight/medium pink head.
Taste/Palate:
Starts medium sweet with malts, wood, cherry and red fruit; ends slightly dry and sour with tart.
Overall:
This beer is intense, complex and balanced. Great amount of cherries that, together with the added wild yeast, create a really honest flavour. Perfect appearance and a great palate as well, but the aroma could have been stronger.
3.9Red fruit aroma, slightly acidic. Great drinkable texture with pleasant fizzling. Tastes really nice. It overflows you with cherries.
4.0Dużo wiśni, przyjemnie kwaśne, lekkie nuty skóry, dobrze się pije i szybko znika.
4.0Very dark purpelish red with almost no head. Intense sour cherry nose with very little sweet fruit, just very mineral and intense. The taste is pretty sour and dry with big sour cherry influence. Mouthfeel is light with a soft fizz. Dry and mineral aftertaste and lingering sour cherry. Good!
4.0Nice pinkish red pour. Beautiful cherry skin notes in the nose, sour and acidic as well. Drinks also considerably sour but fruit is still pronounced and overall balance is right. Cleans my palate and is truly enjoyable.
4.0Hazy purple pink color. Amazing sharp sour nose with intense cherry and oak notes. Very sour sharp mouth, puckering sourness. The cherries are so well presented. Just fantastic
4.6Taster at En Öl och Whiskymässa 2017. dark reddish, no head on this one. Lots of cherries, funky and fruity. Tart, medium mouthfeel, very dry. Wonderful beer from De Cam, they know their thing.

4.4Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Wow.
3.9Dark ruby pour, visibly flat, with a very thin, coarse-grained pink head. Very nice colour. Notes of cherries, cherry cores, horse blanket, barnyard funk, apple vinegar, tart grapes, cherry liquor. Very tart and quite heavy on mineral notes. A bit too flat, like most unblended lambics I have tasted, but delicious nonetheless.
3.8Bottled. Pours hazy red with a tiny pink head. Aroma of cherries, almond, citrus notes, barnyard and more funk. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up being dry and tart. Medium bodied, watery texture and soft carbonation. A very nice Kriek indee. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
3.9Poured from a 750 ml bottle, vintage unknown but probably 2012 or 2013. Aroma is full of nice cherry aromas with rich, juicy notes. Some medium tannin and skin notes with some light herbal, phenolic notes. Light oak. Pours a deep, dark, purple-red with a small, thin, forced pink head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a moderate acidity that is slightly sharp. Lots of cherry notes, juicy, tannic, and meaty. Some skins and pit notes. Light leafy notes with a touch of an herbal character. Some light earthy and barnyard notes. Light oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with low to no carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice kriek lambiek. Lots of complex cherry flavor and aroma. Good earthy and herbal notes from the lambic that add a deepness to the cherry notes. This is good, but I have had better bottles of this beer.
