3.2 Bonne, mais très costaud !
3.8 Many thanks to kappldav123 for sharing! Smooth fresh beginning. Intense floral hops, a bit sticky with a nice grainy back. Round and fruity, slightly grainy intense hop floral with more resin than pine, quite earthy.
3.8 Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fruity-hoppy aroma. Starts intense hoppy, lemon notes, mild bitter-sourish background. Finish still fruity-hoppy, bitter-hoppy aftertaste. Nice one!

3.8 (Bottle, Le Bier Circus, Brussels, 17 Oct 2018) Hazy amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, caramel, grapefruit, orange peel and resin. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, dried apricots, orange peel, pink grapefruit, resin and a generous citric bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Unabashed and solid IIPA with an impressive hop presence. Very nice.
4.1 30 April 2019. At Dirk's First Home-made Beer Tasting. Cheers to all! Pours hazy ochre-orange with a lasting, thick, foamy, off-white head; some lacing. Aroma of grapefruit juice, mellow mango, orange peel, fried onion, vegetable oil, breadcrust, stale lime. Taste is light fruity sweet, ripe mango & orange on a sourish lime-like undercurrent, medium hoppy bitter core of grapefruit juice, pine, oniony with a touch of green olive, all the while quite bready & yeasty. Dry, floral & earthy hoppy finish, more onion, grapefruit peel & yeast, some warming but subtle gin-like alcohol. Full body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Great DIPA by Dochter!

4.2 Pours dark amber / red copper, oily, thin head, some lacing. Aroma resinous hop, red currant, distinctly malty underneath, fruity, very inviting. Taste the same, barley-wine maltyness, red currant, gooseberries, some smoky impressions, excellent bitter finish. Soft MF, alcohol very well hidden. Very well made, rich and tasty malts.
Buena y original. Se puede repetir.
3.9 Frisse fruitige IPA met iets wrangere nasmaak
3.9 Bottled, 330ml from The Bottle Shop in Bruges, West Flanders, Belgium. Hazy golf to amber with white head. There is a full maltiness to this, some sweetish, smooth cereal notes then a fruity, tropical hopped character. Light and easy drinking for the ABV. Very good indeed.
3.7 330ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy and lively head. Pine, grapefruit, peach and some floral notes in the aroma. Hoppy and moderately bitter taste with slight yet noticeable sweetness and notes of grapefruit, pine, caramel, peach and dried apricot. Enjoyable and tasty. Very much an old school DIPA.

4.2 Donkergeel, witte schuimkraag, wazig tot troebel, redelijk koolzuur. Aroma: Zoet moutig, fruitig/tropisch, mango, passievrucht, bloemig.... vrij rustig aroma.
4.5 330 ml Bottle. Pours with a hazy, dark golden color and a nice white head. Very intense nose of hops and tropical fruits. Mango and pine.appel, citus and pine needles as well. Taste is als o very intense. Sweet berry, strawberries and some rensinous Flavors. Lots of tropical fruits change to a strong bitter finish. Great stuff!
3.4 From bottle, pours a clear and sparkling orange-gold with lush, sturdy white foam. Very pretty. Nose of honeyed malt, maybe slightly oxidized, layered with sweet blossoms, tart citrus candy, and a bit of earthy pine. Rather sweet up front, rolling steadily via lively bubbles into a strong, fairly resinous bitterness that sticks to the tongue. Rather malty but the lively carbonation gives the deceptive impression that this is something lighter and more delicate. Hop aroma somewhat less compelling than with other Dochter beers. Still plenty of entertainment here though.
4.1 330ml bottles pours cloudy amber with thick foamy off-white head. Aromas of caramel malt, fudge, orange and stone fruit. Tastes of toffee, marzipan, citrus hops, pear, apricot, Belgian yeast, ash, pepper and spices. Full-bodied creamy mouthfeel. Long finish with mild bitterness. Fantastic brew!
