0.33l bottle. Hazy orange body with a thick white head. Aroma and taste of bready malts, toast, orange and lemon zest, pears and peppers. The finish has a nice grassy hoppyness to it too. Good one.

Bottle, thanks benzai! ;edium white head on a blonde body. Intensely grainy, with loads of cereals, bread crust, some peach, floral, herbal hops. Mild to intense sweetness, honey-ish almost, some grains showing up, medium bitterness. Slick medium body with pearly but not too hard carbonation. Too intensely grainy and sweet for me. If you're into malt-forward Blonde Ales, this is for you though.
Friday, March 8, 2019. Bottle, 33cL. 5.5%. Purchase ("le Comptoir de la Bière", Boufféré (85), FR). Home. A sparkling yellow-orange clear beer with a medium white foamy head ; good lacing. Herb, light burnt caramel / with other bottles I got nice herbal "noble" floral character. Light dry refreshing bitter, light sweet, spicy note. Light to medium body, light silky texture, average gaseous, sweet herbal light caramel lasting finish. Overall, enjoyable, good. I tasted this beer several times ; some had a burnt caramel malt aroma which covered hop aroma ; others had a nice herbal noble character.
Robe blonde reflets ambrés. Nez sur la levure, pointe hydrocarburée, note de houblon. Bouche tout en fruit et en rondeur, avec une pointe de levure et de houblon en finale. Une blonde assez houblonée, équilibrée.

Bottle@Tuulensuu, Tampere, Finland. Medium nuances of bit bitter malts, butter cookies, some olive. Medium taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with hoppy malts. Light/medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, high quality though nothing special. 8 4 8 4 15

Bottle (from alcostock). Pours brownish amber with whiteish head. Aroma is sweet, esthers, malt, nutty notes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, sugar, nuts. Finish is sugary and dry. Overall: good.
Huge gushing. Hazy translucent light orange with a seriously huge white head, ok retention and lots of lacing. Aroma of hay, slight honey, citric fruitiness and slight spiciness. Overall a bit subdued. Taste has a slight graininess, citric and tropical fruit notes, a hint of spiciness and a bit of grassy bitterness. Overall it's mostly a freshly fruity belgian ale, quite on the sweet side with a bit of residual sweetness in finish and aftertaste. Light bodied with quite high carbonation, easy going and lively mouthfeel. Overall enjoyable and quite refreshing, though not perfectly clean.
Bottle. Golden, clouded, excellent white foam. Aroma: milk, malt, citrus, hay, fresh. Taste: malt, citrus, pear, fruity sourness, a little spices and yeast, soft hop bitterness.
De la noblesse, cette bière en possède, à la fois fine et élégante. De la fraîcheur également entre amertume légère et arômes fruités agréables, et mise en valeur par un alcool et sucre légers. Bière à l’équilibre parfait, c’est plutôt du côté du style qu’il faut trouver les limites de cette bière. Difficile pour cette noblesse de se mesurer à un imperial stout dont les arômes, la puissance, la corpulence et la longueur sont tout autre. Sur le style, nous sommes donc sur du très haut de gamme.
En verre, nous sommes sur un blond doré orangé, (EBC à 18) légèrement voilé et avec une mousse blanc cassé d’un centimètre et demi. Le nez s’oriente principalement sur la levure avec des notes fruités (orange et fruits jaunes) auxquelles viennent s’ajouter miel et céréales. A la dégustation l’attaque et fraîche. Légèrement acidulée, sur un houblon fin, elle présente des arômes fruités, notamment d’agrumes, fleuris, et de céréales. La deuxième monte légèrement sur l’amertume tout en restant sur les mêmes arômes. L’arrière bouche cependant renforce la fraîcheur sur une amertume plus poussée, qui fait davantage que ses 35 d’IBU, aidée en cela par un sucre et un alcool modérés. Très belle alliance de houblons avec Saaz, Magnum et Pacific Gem, clairement dans l’optique d’obtenir cette finesse et ces arômes rond et fruités. La troisième bouche est de façon surprenante furtive, douce sur le pain et le caramel avant un final d’une bonne longueur, laissant en bouche une amertume qui se veut plus saillante et herbacée. Une belle bière dans le raffinement.

From 33cl bottle. Pours intense gold with limited white foam. Aroma is sweet, grainy and honey. Body is medium-dense with lots of carbonation, maybe too much. Taste is sweet, with some spicing. Finish is average.
Bouteille 33. Aspect : orange un peu huileux avec mousse blanche abondante. Nez : floral, houblons, abricot. Bouche : fraîche et ronde, légèrement sucrée/candi, céréales, goûts de fruits divers et une finale tout en amertume délicate. Bonne ; je la préfère à la version "extra-ordinaire" !
Robe blonde foncée à ambrée. Col de mousse blanche bien calibré, compact et stable. Nez malté, de grain, levuré avec des notes herbeuses. Bouche ronde, épaisse sur le grain, douceur maltée miellée coupée par une amertume sèche. Touches de houblon herbeux, noble amertume. Notes levurées très présentes. Amertume en finale avec le retour d’une touche de grain, une sécheresse herbacée pour une finale équilibrée et un peu épicée. Corpulence moyenne assez épaisse pour l’abv, carbonatation moyenne. Blonde belge légère en alcool, mais de caractère, bien balancée entre douceur miellée et houblonnage herbacé et amérisant noble.
330ml bottle (thanks UJH). Clear amber color. Small size, white head, stays. Malty, bready, grainy, fruity, herbal and Belgian yeast in aroma. Malty, sweet, grainy, herbal, Belgian yeast in taste. Sweet malts and herbal hops in aftertaste. Soft carbonation. Soft bitterness. Nice one.

Couleur dorée pure ! Belle brillance et beau reflet .
Mousse épaisse et crémeuse ce tiens vraiment bien ! Pas pourquoi aéré et opaque.
Au nez : note de levure , céréales et fruitée.
En bouche : c’est beaucoup d’arôme intéressant. Note de malts caramel un peu biscuit et grillé. Note de fruits type pêche et abricots discrète mais présente.
Amertume légère mais peu persistantes.
Belle longueur, moelleux.
Carbonisation bien faite.
Manque un peu de houblons pour multiplier le tout .
Bottle from Beer Store. Zest, pepper, banana, caramel, wheat, bread, warming alcohol. Bubblegum taste. Not bad.
Surprisingly thick mouthfeel, somewhat oily even. Taste floral hoppy. Bitterness mild and lasting. Overabundance of yeast with final poor.

Taste is medium sweet malt, some caramel, honey, some fruity and spicy notes, Belgian yeast, medium bitterness, dryish finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, slightly oily.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange colour with a thin white head, aroma is light and hoppy, the taste is medium bitterness with a dry bitter finish.
Cloudy yellow with a white foamy head. Yeasty aroma and some hops. Very smooth. Drinks almost too easy, but then this nice hoppy finish.
Cloudy dirty lemon with a lot of crud and no head. Not much aroma. Lovely wheat flavor with a bit of citrus, nice bread taste, a bit bitter. Medium bodied.
Pours pale yellow, hazy, a few flecks in suspension. Small white head. Aroma is citrus, wheaty. Medium-full oily body. Medium sweet. Not bitter. Lots of acid on the front.
Blonde dorée pale, belle mousse blanche bulleuse de haute tenue. Nez fruité (abricot), malté (biscotte) et surtout levuré (banane, pain). Bouche relativement amère, pamplemousse et levures. Bonne carbo, corps et alcool légers, belle longueur. Très bonne bière que j’ai tendance à préférer à la version dry-hoppée !
